Cultural Relics and Landscape Garden

The Yangshuo Cultural Relics and Landscape Garden is located in Yangshuo County, Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It was rebuilt from the original "Binjiang Park" and has a history of more than 1,400 years. The garden is backed by Bilian Peak in the west, starting from Yangshuo Wharf in the north, reaching Yangshuo Ferry in the south, and bordering the Lijiang River in the east. It is a representative of Yangshuo's scenery and a symbol of cultural origin. The Landscape Garden is not only a tourist attraction, but also has rich historical and cultural value. There is a scenic path in the park engraved with inscriptions by literati of past dynasties, with more than 20 large and small stone carvings. It displays the calligraphy and poetry works of literati of past dynasties. Among them, the famous poem "Guilin's landscape is the best in the world, and Yangshuo is the best in Guilin" is also engraved in the park. The natural scenery and cultural landscape here complement each other. Countless celebrities have visited here, including Li Shangyin, Mi Fu, Fan Chengda, Zhang Xiaoxiang, Sun Yat-sen, He Xiangning, Liu Yazi, Guo Moruo, Zhang Daqian, and Shen Congwen. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, party and state leaders such as Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, and Deng Xiaoping, as well as internationally renowned figures, have also visited here.
