Green pines and cypresses surround the cemetery, and the majestic Martyrs' Monument stands tall, piercing the sky. The golden characters on the monument gleam in the sunlight, expressing endless reverence for the heroes. Strolling along the cemetery paths, rows of martyrs' tombs line both sides. Each tombstone represents a vibrant life, and in their prime, they shed their blood on this land for the country and its people. I gently laid a bouquet of flowers, paying tribute to these nameless yet great heroes, my heart filled with gratitude and remembrance. 📍Third Stop: Huaihai Campaign General Front Committee Sculpture Square On the sculpture square, the statues of the five leaders, Liu, Chen, Deng, Su, and Tan, are lifelike. Their gazes are firm, their expressions solemn, as if they are strategizing and commanding the decisive battle that determined China's fate. Standing before the statues, I can imagine them working day and night in the simple command post, making decisions that affected thousands of miles. Their wisdom and courage forged the great victory of the Huaihai Campaign, laying a solid foundation for the birth of new China. At this moment, my admiration for the revolutionary predecessors arises spontaneously. They are the creators of history, the backbone of the Chinese nation. After visiting these three sites, my heart remained restless for a long time. The victory of the Huaihai Campaign was a victory for the people, won with the lives and blood of countless martyrs. The Chenguangzhuang Memorial Hall is not only a remembrance of history but also an inspiration for future generations.
