Yangjiajie: Hidden in The Myst

#naturalbeauty Yangjiajie is one of the tourist areas of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and is located in its eastern part. The Yangjiajie zone was opened to the public in 1992, which is somewhat later in time than the other zones, but not inferior in its grandeur to the same Yuanjiajie or the cave of the Yellow Dragon. A little bit of history: The history of Yangjiajie goes back to ancient times, to the Northern Song Dynasty. Those turbulent times were characterized by violent internecine wars, which sometimes dragged on for many decades. Legend has it that during one of these bloody wars, at the foot of Tianji Mountain, the general of the Yang clan set up a military camp here. But this bloody skirmish turned out to be so protracted that the Yang community managed to settle in the area. This event gave rise to the name of the Yangjiajie site, which translates from Chinese as “Yang Clan lands". The tomb of the Yang family has been preserved to our time. What to see in Yangjiajie: Yangjiajie is the second largest area in the park, and is conditionally divided into three parts: the Natural Great Wall (天然长城), Xiangzhi Creek (香芷溪), Longquan Valley with Waterfall (龙)) and the valley of the Hundred Monkeys of Baihou (百)). In total, there are more than 200 landscape landscapes and picturesque places in these parts, which is difficult to imagine equal in beauty. The best time to visit the park (and the Yangjiajie site in particular) is September, October. Zhangjiajie Park is located in the mountains, the weather there is unstable and rainy.
