A "Danxia landform" located in the vicinity of Chengdu

🏜️ Less than 50 kilometers from downtown Chengdu, a place strikingly similar to the "Danxia landform" of Gansu has been discovered. 🏜️ The cave and gorge cluster here is a natural formation of Jurassic sandstone that has been eroded by running water over more than a hundred million years, and it is quite spectacular. However, it is not yet fully developed, with only No. 1, 2, and 3 gorges accessible. 🏜️ On the way to the gorge cluster, you will pass over a water trail, as if employing the water-avoiding technique from a fantasy martial arts drama, walking into the water, level with the water surface, which is quite wonderful. In front of the trail, there is also a waterfall cascading down from the red stone cliffs, with water droplets splashing up, dreamlike and fantastical. 🏜️ Upon entering the gorges, what greets you is the mysterious charm of nature. What kind of magic can create such huge and rugged rocks with diverse shapes, presenting a captivating appearance. Gorges No. 2 and 3 are particularly photogenic, especially the narrow rock passageways in No. 3 gorge, where the orange-yellow spotlights cast down, resembling the American West at sunset. 🏜️ Inside the gorges, there are mostly stone steps and narrow places, so it's best not to bring baby strollers or scooters for children.
