In early 2025, it snowed, but the snow melted as soon as it hit the ground. However, Tanxi Mountain still looks like winter. The 100-meter ice waterfall and the two snow parks (the mine pit and the glass bridge square) are full of fun for families during the winter break! During the Lunar New Year holiday, the park was packed with visitors, especially the snow park, which was filled with children's laughter. The Lunar New Year holiday is over, so it's time to travel off-peak! Winter Park Route: Welcome Waterfall (Ice Waterfall) → Mine Pit Snow Park → Glass Bridge Square → Star Cave Legend → Longfeng Platform → Zhaoyang Cave → Aerial Glass Rafting or Children's Playground Tips: 1. If you are driving from Jinan, Qingdao, or Zibo, we recommend taking the Jiwei Expressway, which will save you at least 30 minutes. 2. The snow park and glass bridge square are currently slippery, so we recommend bringing crampons. 3. The ice waterfall is open for viewing until mid-February (around the Lantern Festival). ⚠️ Check the weather before you go. 4. The aerial glass rafting is open until February 12 (the 15th day of the first lunar month). Due to the weather, the rafting will be closed on February 7 and 8.
