We stayed 2 nights in a king pet friendly room. The hotel is quite large and it’s on a side street right off of a very busy street which made for easy access to and from the hotel. Our room was toward the busier street side and got street noise if the slider was opened but otherwise pretty quiet. Our first night they were at capacity and parking was a bit tight. The second night it was still busy but less cars and better parking. With the exception of the one front desk gentleman who needs a refresher in how to talk with customers without being rude, everyone was amazing. They were friendly and it felt genuine. You could see How hard they were working and were taking pride in their work. Special Kudos to Kylie for her customer service. It was very clean and the lobby and patio area was very large with lots of seating and tables. Outside had nice views and also fireplaces. There was grass outside the pet rooms for easy access and another small area for them as well. Breakfasts were great! I was really surprised to see each morning they had soy, almond and oat milk along with dairy options. They also had gluten free cereal. Being dairy and gluten free this made me so happy. Other breakfast items were the typical oats, cold cereals, various bread and muffins, eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, warm cinnamon rolls and a pancake machine. Beverages of coffee, teas and juices. Their breakfast attendant was very friendly and was on top of everything. They also do a manager’s reception Mon-Wed that provides a light dinner and a beverage including beer, wine and sodas. Monday was sandwiches with chips and fruits and Tuesday was Tacos. Now for the not so good. It states it’s a non smoking hotel, signs saying no smoking within 25 feet of entrances yet the patio and doors were full of smokers at all times of day. People were smoking on the balconies which then made our room smell like smoke. At one point it was really uncomfortable bringing kids through the front door with people smoking pot at the entrance and the smell was overwhelming. There were multiple ashtrays at outside tables and on balconies which didn’t seem right given their policies. They really had some amazing staff but they were visibly overworked. The hotel should have more people especially during the Manger’s reception. The front desk ladies were running back forth between duties at the reception and the front desks with customers. Customers should be nicer to staff especially on those days. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would recommend the hotel if your not bothered by the smoking

First of all I want to give a huge shout out to Kimberly and I think Chloe (?) at the front desk who also help run the shuttles. I took a shuttle a few times and both of them were very helpful and had great conversation throughout the trips. The shuttle is one of my favorite perks of this hotel. Not only is it 24 hours but they will also take you to either nearby ******. The Dennys vouchers were nice, and they gave you plenty of options to choose from. I personally enjoyed it more then most breakfast buffets but my husband likes the buffets as he can go back for more so he missed that. The rooms were pretty clean. They also have an amazing espresso/hot drink machine in the lobby that was amazing. My only complaints about this place, was there was no hot tub (though several pictures still show one) and the pool was very cold and smelled of chlorine (more so then most other pools) so we really only enjoyed the pool once out of our week stay. Also once in the middle the the day, power had went out, and actually the locks in my room stopped working during that time (where anyone could come in). They said they were ran on batteries and that shouldnt have happened, but it did. I just stayed in the room the whole time and hoped it wasn't out for too long. I would definitely stay here again because the positive outweighed the negative and overall our stay was good.

This is a difficult one to rate because, in a nutshell, the hotel is fine but the neighbourhood isn’t. We stayed for one night in a suite while visiting Spokane on vacation in the area. Starting off with the positives, parking is plentiful (avoid the bays for Perkins next door, which seemed to be clearly marked), and the hotel is a short walk from downtown and Riverfront Park which is what appealed to us. Our suite was a good size and clean, although a bit dark and I’m not a fan of the rough cast ceilings. Bed and sitting area were comfortable and had everything we needed. Unfortunately this hotel is in a terrible neighbourhood. Felt safe enough by day but after dark absolute carnage unfolds making any prospect of sleep near impossible. Very loud street racing all night on Division Street that the local police don’t seem to have gotten a grip on, and unsavoury groups gathering in the car park late at night that were clearly not hotel guests. There were signs of broken car windows in adjacent streets suggesting a crime problem, although we had no issues. I had to use my noise cancelling ear buds to sleep above the racket from outside, which was less than comfortable. However, it’s more a policing issue than the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was quite adequate, although we were late after a poor night and almost felt we were in the way of staff who were congregating in the breakfast area. I’m a Marriott man but might try the Hilton DoubleTree next time.

Tony was a wonderful front-end for us, family if 4 who drove a long way from Livingston, MT and we were exhausted after such a long travel. She upgraded us without even showing i was a premiere marriot bonvoy. I think she provided such a warm welcome for us that was a perfect advertisment for a city, spokane, that eas otherwise just thought as an intermediate step on the way to seattle. Wr are thinking about coming back. L
