Great location for our trip! We were within 5 miles of our destination. The hotel allows smoking still which for us is not great to walk smelly hallways. The room decor was nice, but the mirrors were smudged and the lamps really dusty. Microwave and mini fridge work, but no coffee maker. The property is old, but for our couples night in Roanoke it served its purpose. Waffle House is next door and that was great the morning of checkout! Overall we would stay again all we needed is a bed and a shower. 2.5 of 5 stars. Needs work and better staff at front desk.

Best of all, it offered terrific value, making it a top choice for anyone looking for quality without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

Just needed a night to rest while traveling to meet up with friends. Hotel was accommodating, I made mistake of booking 1 bed and the service desk quickly got me into a room with 2 beds. The Staff was friendly and efficient.

location was nice, the main part of the room was very clean and nice looking but the bathroom was in need of a shape up. there was a huge hole in the wall which they covered up with a towel rack, the shower had cracks in it and the toilet paper was just sitting out there was no holder. the shower curtain bar was nothing but rust and the curtain itself was moldy. the “kitchen” area was also very rundown. the cabinets were filled with rust and just stunk.

REd roof Inn Leesburg is a kinfd of Motel. Nice staff. Scott very kind and open to help . Basic not hot breakfast. Close to shopping area, supermarket, you can even go for a walk to town Room not very spacious for four, very small bathroom, but renovated.
