Jika anda mengambil Grab, mereka akan menurunkan anda di pintu masuk hadapan. Terdapat 7-Eleven dan restoran berdekatan (5 minit berjalan kaki), yang memudahkan. Terdapat peti sejuk dan mesin basuh di dalam bilik, yang sangat membantu. Pemandangan dari tingkap sangat menakjubkan, menghadap ke Jambatan Pulau Pinang dan pemandangan bandar. Location is a bit away from old streets with tourists , which means it is quiet .
But you need to take a grab car to Art street for 10 mins , or wait for a bus . Bus stops is nearby behind the building .
You can walk to Gurney walk seaside area from hotel .
WiFi signal was good.

Bilik ***a pangsapuri studio yang saya tempah sangat bagus dengan pemandangan pantai dan balkoni yang luas. Daftar masuk adalah prosedur yang lancar. Banyak tempat letak kereta juga disediakan. Bilik itu dilengkapi dengan perabot yang bagus dan agak baru. Tetamu mendapat akses peribadi ke pantai di atas akses kolam renang / jakuzi. Ia adalah penginapan yang sangat selesa untuk kami dan kami merancang untuk mengulangi penginapan ini apabila kami kembali ke Pulau Pinang!

Bilik ini baharu. Kami gembira dengan penginapan ini terutamanya untuk kanak-kanak.
Ia dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke New Lane Night Food Street dan mudah diakses (menggunakan Grab) ke bahagian lain Georgetown dalam masa 10-15 minit.
Ia mempunyai kolam infiniti yang cantik dan anak-anak saya sangat menikmatinya. Alangkah baiknya jika pemilik boleh menyediakan tuala tambahan terlebih dahulu untuk kami menikmati kolam infiniti.

Pengalaman penginapan kali ini sangat memuaskan. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel sangat sopan dan mesra, dari proses daftar masuk hingga menjawab soalan, mereka sangat prihatin. Persekitaran keseluruhan selesa, dan perkhidmatan sangat baik. Ini adalah pengalaman penginapan yang menyenangkan dan saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini lagi pada masa akan datang.

Apartmen ini bersih dan bersih, dengan mesin basuh, ketuhar gelombang mikro dan dapur elektrik. Kemudahan hidup pada dasarnya lengkap. Apartmen ini mempunyai kolam renang awam yang cantik. Tidak banyak tempat untuk makan di sekitar, tetapi sangat mudah untuk berjalan ke pasar raya besar dalam masa sepuluh minit. Tuan tanah akan membalas serta-merta apabila terdapat sesuatu yang tidak kena, dan tiada halangan untuk komunikasi dalam bahasa Cina.

Setiap pagi, mereka menawarkan sarapan grab-and-go yang mudah, malah terdapat tempat letak kereta automatik di lokasi untuk tempat letak kereta tanpa kerumitan. Mengidam Starbucks? Anda akan menemuinya di lobi—tersedia untuk pembelian, sudah tentu ☕️
Apa yang paling menonjol adalah perkhidmatan yang mesra dan penuh perhatian. Kakitangan malah memberi kami kunjungan hormat hanya untuk memeriksa sama ada segala-galanya berjalan lancar sepanjang penginapan kami, sentuhan yang bernas!

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel has such a cozy and calming vibe, with a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing interior. The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and well-maintained. I especially loved the bed and pillows—so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. Excellent service from the staff too. A solid 10/10

Overall homestay is comfortable and clean. Location easier for us to have breakfast before going out. There are food court and market just behind the hotel. Swimming pool is nice as we really enjoy the full view of penang island from the top.

Saya menginap di tingkat atas dan dapat menikmati pemandangan bandar yang indah dari bilik. Bilik itu dilengkapi dengan kemudahan yang mudah seperti penyangkut untuk menggantung tuala kami dan dispenser air jenama LG di mana anda boleh memilih suhu yang anda suka untuk minum. Secara keseluruhan, semuanya baik dan selesa.
Satu-satunya perkara yang perlu disebut ialah bayaran parkir. Setiap hari perlu pergi ke lobi untuk menebus parkir tetapi tempat letak kereta masih mengenakan bayaran RM9 (kami menginap 3 hari 2 malam), yang merupakan sesuatu yang tetamu mungkin ingin ambil perhatian.

DDarth.Great location in George Town — easy access to food and nearby attractions. The unit was clean, modern, and comfortable for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and overall it’s good value for money.

The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and all essential amenities were provided, making it feel like a home away from home.
The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always available to answer questions or provide local recommendations. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Just show your check-in confirmation to the security guard downstairs, ask them to open the door, and grab your key from the left. Customer service will send you a comprehensive document; make sure to read it carefully, as it's very well-organized. The building is disinfected daily, and the elevators are kept clean. There's a Starbucks and a convenience store right downstairs. I was on the 22nd floor, and the noise wasn't too noticeable. The view was also quite good, and the room rate was incredibly reasonable—much better than what I experienced in Guangzhou. Unless you're staying in a high-end four or five-star hotel, I'd definitely recommend this type of serviced apartment for travel. If you're considering guesthouses in George Town and have high expectations for your accommodation, I wouldn't really suggest them. The motorcycle noise there is beyond imagination, and since it's a heritage area, their sewage system is quite old. However, if you're not particular, it can offer a unique charm. Overall, everything was great. The residents here are very friendly, and I never had to wait long for the elevator, contrary to what some online reviews mentioned. My longest wait was never more than 30 seconds. A local driver told me that this is a newer area, so the location isn't ideal for tourists if you want to walk everywhere; you'll need to take a taxi unless you're driving. But I personally found it quite good. If you plan on exploring, you'll need to taxi to George Town daily, which is usually about a 15-minute ride, so that's a bit of a downside. Otherwise, I'd choose this type of travel accommodation over a four or five-star beachfront hotel. I had a spacious apartment all to myself, which was fantastic. These are all my thoughts, and I hope they help with your decision.

Cckfung1976This hotel is incredibly convenient, with a convenience store on-site and plenty of local eateries and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, with an open view outside. Since it's a serviced apartment, it came equipped with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, which was perfect for making a simple late-night snack with groceries bought from the supermarket. However, there were a couple of downsides: the water pressure was quite weak, and there was a strange drain smell coming from the bathroom, which definitely needs improvement. The gym and infinity pool are located on the 36th floor. The pool was super clean and the views were absolutely stunning! 👍

GGuest UserThe building is very new. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the 27th floor, and the balcony view was fantastic. The room was extremely clean with fresh and comfortable decor. The bedding and towels were new and spotless.
The hot and cold water dispenser was super convenient, with clear instructions posted right next to it. It was very quiet at night, without the usual rumble of Southeast Asian motorcycles. The location is convenient, within walking distance to many teahouses where you can enjoy a local breakfast. The only thing to note is that the smaller bedroom has no window, but there was no strange odor in the room, so it wasn't an issue at all.

GGuest UserStayed 3D2N at this hotel. Great location with many coffee shops nearby and the room was clean.
However, parking is inconvenient — no free parking. Outside parking costs RM40 per night, while the building parking (Level 5/6) is RM9 per day but the spaces are very narrow.
The biggest issue is the lifts. Only 4 lifts for 36 floors, and waiting time can be up to 30 minutes during peak hours. Lifts are often full before reaching mid-level floors, and the capacity is small.
Management should seriously look into improving this.

1. Fan and aircond in the living room are very old.
2. Fan and aircond in the second room also quite old.
3&4 Blanket already torn but still provided for us to use.
5.First toilet got two shampoos, second toilet got one shampoo and one shower gel — how to wash body? Need to share or use shampoo as body wash.
6.Second toilet shower pipe leaking when using.
7. Washing machine cannot be used from third day. They said will come to fix, but need to wait long — end up have to bring clothes home to wash, LOL.
8. Saw baby cockroach inside the unit.
9. Power plug in the room is loose.
10.Toilet and room got no good smell.

Not sure if you believe this — my cousin can see ghost. At night or sometimes in midnight, all of us smelled “bunga melati” (jasmine) scent. My cousin, who slept in bedroom 1, heard someone knocking the window loudly. After that, she slept in the living room instead. The smell came again, sometimes very strong and badly — all of us in the kitchen and living room could smell it. Quite creepy!

GGuest UserWe had a truly pleasant stay at this suite. The unit was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, with fresh and clean sheets that made our stay even more relaxing. It was fully equipped with all the essential amenities, including a hair dryer, iron, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, and even a washing machine — which made everything very convenient.
The facilities were outstanding. There are several types of swimming pools, including a stunning infinity pool that offers a great view and relaxing atmosphere. The property also features a sauna room and a well-equipped gym, adding even more value to the overall experience.
They also provided us with two parking spaces located conveniently near the elevator, which made it very easy for us to access the suite. The only minor downside is the parking entrance, as you need to drive up a spiral ramp until Level 10, which may feel a bit long for some drivers.
On top of that, the price is very reasonable for what you get, especially considering the spacious suite and excellent facilities provided.
The host was very responsive, friendly, and polite, ensuring smooth communication from start to finish. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
