MM38487****Shanghai Chuxin Moshe Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, just 4 km from Disneyland, and they offer a free shuttle service, making it super convenient to visit the park. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and attentive, helping us with everything from Disneyland tips to arranging airport transfers. The family room design is dreamy, and the breakfast is exquisite and plentiful. The room was as neat as a pin, just like home. The free pick-up and drop-off service to Pudong Airport was an unexpected bonus! The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Disneyland!

The mattress is super soft and comfortable. Hot water comes quickly, and everything is well-equipped. The service is great and very attentive, with a good attitude. Since Shanghai was so cold, they even offered hot tea and hot water. Staff personally escorted me to my room and even delivered my takeout to the room. The service exceeded my expectations, even better than a five-star hotel. I'll definitely choose this brand again next time.

SSuoFlareI've never willingly given a hotel a perfect five-star rating, but this one deserves it. The location is absolutely fantastic, right above IFC and surrounded by major shopping malls. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Disney Store, the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the Bund.
Even though it's a 10-year-old hotel, you really have to stay here to understand just how incredibly well-maintained it is. The service is practically on-demand; they respond to almost any request incredibly quickly. While they don't automatically deliver takeout to your room, you can call concierge and they'll bring it up.
The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, and everything tastes delicious. 'Variety' is relative, of course – it can't compare to places that specialize solely in breakfast, but it's very good nonetheless.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any family or friends who need a place to stay in Shanghai.

HHunter Jackson TonyI booked the Novotel Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao for my classmates visiting Shanghai this time, and the experience absolutely exceeded expectations – I have to give it a glowing review!
First off, its biggest highlight is the location. It's incredibly close to Disney! The hotel offers a dedicated free shuttle bus to Disney, which takes about ten minutes. This saves the hassle of taking a taxi or the subway, making it super convenient for those who want to get to the park early for queuing. Plus, the hotel also provides airport transfer services. My classmates were able to take the hotel's car directly from the airport, saving them the trouble of lugging luggage around and navigating, which was incredibly stress-free.
I booked a family room for the three girls, and the space was very generous, not at all cramped. The beds were also just the right size and very comfortable to sleep in. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; it was spotless, which made their stay very reassuring.
The hotel environment is also excellent. The decor is modern and elegant, and the common areas are great for photos. My classmates mentioned that the lobby had a lovely fragrance, and the check-in process was very smooth.
I must give a special shout-out to the service here. From communication during the booking process to fulfilling various needs during their stay, the staff were responsive and enthusiastic. My classmates accidentally left something in the room, and when they contacted the hotel, it was quickly found and safely kept, which made them feel very reassured.
The only minor detail is that some facilities might not be the newest models, but they are very well-maintained and completely functional, not affecting the overall experience.
All in all, this was a very successful booking experience. Whether it was the location, room comfort, or service level, everything was impeccable. It's especially suitable for friends visiting Disney – highly recommended! If I have friends coming to Shanghai again, I'll definitely choose this place!

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Bund, offering classic Huangpu River views from the window – especially romantic and soothing when the city lights up at night. The overall atmosphere is quiet and understated, with exquisite and sophisticated design evident everywhere, without a hint of ostentation. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, leading to a deep sleep, and the subtle fragrance in the air instantly helped me relax. The breakfast spread was abundant, thoughtfully combining both Chinese and Western options, making every bite feel like a treat.
I especially want to commend Deslin and Vicky! They were both absolutely fantastic~ Deslin's calm yet meticulous professionalism was particularly impressive; every interaction made me feel valued, and everything they arranged for us was just perfect, leaving us with absolutely no worries. Vicky, on the other hand, was incredibly warm and attentive, excellent at anticipating little details. For example, knowing we preferred a late check-out, she proactively coordinated it for us. I felt completely looked after and cared for.
The service wasn't just formal politeness; you could truly feel their thoughtfulness and warmth. After my stay, my mood was uplifted. It's rare to find such a quiet and luxurious escape in Shanghai. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to truly pamper themselves or enjoy a slow pace with someone special~ Five stars plus one isn't enough; I'll definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserThis was my second stay at the Waldorf Astoria, and this time it was for my birthday.
Upon check-in, the front desk lady was very pleasant, but due to a backend issue, we were given the wrong room type 😂. It caused a bit of a delay, but we were in a hurry to go out, so I just took the new key card and left. The bellboy who helped with our luggage was also very nice.
On check-out day, there were two ladies at the front desk. One was the same young lady who helped us check in the day before, and her attitude was truly excellent, no complaints – she had a sweet voice.
However, the shorter lady standing next to her had a contrasting attitude; she acted as if she was superior and couldn't be bothered. Do I owe you something? When we left, this shorter, older lady didn't even say goodbye. It was the younger lady next to her who did. Is this how the hotel trains its employees? 🙂 Such an attitude. If you don't want to work, just go home.

BBowubuThis guesthouse was absolutely fantastic! The decor was lovely, and everything was spotless. It was fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, washing machine, air purifier, and even kitchen utensils. The shower had excellent water pressure, and I really appreciated the individually wrapped disposable towels – it felt very hygienic. The shampoo and body wash were standard supermarket brands, which was fine, and the hairdryer had good power. Honestly, everything was perfect. When we noticed the complimentary bottled water was out, they immediately ordered more for us. The service was superb too. I was very satisfied with our stay.

AAnonymous UserBook this...the location is good - the Shanghai Railway Metro is within walking distance, and from there, you'll reach most tourist spots in only 2-5 stops. Transfers are convenient.
We stayed for 6 nights, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were so accommodating. There's free bottled water, coffee, and tea at the lobby, plus other essentials.
The twin Smart-AI room had an automated toilet, and the beds are as advertised (~1.5m), comfortable for 2 people to share. Blackout curtains help you get a good rest.
You can also have your Taobao parcels delivered to the hotel. They have an area for this, and your package will be placed on the shelf based on your mobile's ending number. Your food delivery will be brought your door by a robot.
This was a good stay, and we'd love to book this again for our next visit.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff seemed inexperienced. When I arrived to check in, no one noticed me right away. I had to wait in line for two minutes before actively asking for assistance. (Though they seemed quite enthusiastic with foreign guests.) I redeemed points for a welcome fruit platter, but it wasn't delivered even after 10:30 PM when I returned from dinner. When I inquired, they told me I had to request it again – that it wouldn't be sent automatically. What's the point of redeeming it on the platform then? It took almost an hour after calling for my child's slippers and toothbrush to be delivered, and I had to call again after 11:30 PM to finally get them. I was already exhausted from a long flight delay at the airport due to weather, so it's hard to understand why even these small things took so long. Furthermore, they didn't even know the general directions (left or right) to the nearby W Hotel on the Bund, which indicates a lack of experience. However, the service staff in the breakfast restaurant were friendly and experienced, and the food was good – definitely recommend!
