Ini adalah kali ke-4 kami menginap di Aryaduta Medan, tetapi ini kali pertama kami bercuti bersama keluarga yang ramai. ************* layanan sangat memuaskan dan seperti biasa anak-anak tidak bosan di kolam renang Aryaduta yang sangat menarik...

Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

The staff at Anara are always very kind. I have stayed here many times during my travels to Sumatra. You can’t be more conveniently located for an early morning flight.

the stay quite nice, washroom and hot water also work properly. fast wifi, and fast check in process. also love that they have massage spa inside the hotel with affordable price but as a malaysian , i would say, its quite cheap when they give you a discount voucher. if you dont really want to go out, you can order the room service food which also quite big in portion (for me) and the tempe goreng with the sambal sauce was so nice. In front of the hotel , got several private taxi service (suv car) with a range of price like 1 million IDR to Parapat(lake toba) & 700 thousand IDR to siantar.Just in case you had last minute plan to go to danau toba and didnt book any supir in advance The only thing that i wish they change is the bath towel. Please change it to the new and softer one. all the thread is coming out from the towel.

its a walking distance to centre point mall and subway station. got mixue cafe and mart in front of the hotel. the bedding was so comfortable and soft. the check in process quite fast. appreciate that. hot water and shower also nice. they got spa for massage with cheap price plus 100 thousand IDR discount voucher for the spa. but i wish, the spa staff would give some private time for customer during changing clothes and shower time after the massage instead of cleaning and setting up the room, walking in and out while customer changing. it was kind of disrespectful to me that i dont want to repeat the service. also my whole session should be 90 minutes (traditional massage ) & ear candling (45 minutes). start at 12.20 pm but end at 2 pm. so definitely not recommended if you want to pay for the correct amount of time you get. the hotel do have storage service for luggage just in case you want to go out / to the mall after check out time before going back to the airport. I will repeat the stay but not the spa service.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The room is big n the food also good… love the soto n satay… also very in love with kopi hitam

It would score 5-6 stars if clean and ”white” towels can be provided which was expected for a 4-star hotel. As all towels look like stained and ”grey” :( Otherwise, everything has been perfect :)

Great stay at Jw Marriot. Room was spacious, amenities was okay, swimming pool was okay, staff was friendly

Tempatnya strategik, bagi makanan tak makan sebab terlebih tidur. Untuk kemudahan AC di dalam bilik, ia tidak cukup sejuk. Terima kasih

Their service is great. Their room is cozy and clean. Their location is near to go Merdeka Walk and Deli Park Mall. Behind the hotel there is KFC as well. Thank you for HM Bu Emmy, who always greet me, Kak Merita, who allow me stay 1 month with a good price, Kak Ayu, who assist well and Kak Yori, who clean my room well. Also all the team that I can't mention the name one by one. Well done, team. Keep the great work!

Nice and comfortable hotel to stay in and its convenient to the airport. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Only setback is the swimming pool which is not clean. Can see some dirt and leaves in the swimming pool.

A wonderful oasis in Medan! Our family of four had a great four night stay in this beautiful hotel. The food was top notch, with amazing Indonesian and western options. The wait staff were highly attentive and professional with warm smiles abounding. We stayed in the family room with plenty of room for us all. The grounds were immaculate, and we really enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the Deli river valley. Most memorable will be our time spent with the Buiskool family, the owners and operators, who made us feel so welcome and who so warmly shared their stories and experiences with us.

Good hotel with breathtaking view and nice to have an event in this Hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location Perhaps to consider having lift to access the high level room. Overall the event running smoothly and thank you for the hospitality.

I stayed one night at Presidential Suit and Teratai. Arrived at 1.45pm but the reception said the room was not ready yet and asked us to wait. While I was planning to wait near the beach and passed thru the room, i saw no cleaning service and the room was still uncleaned. I notified the reception and afterward they started cleaning it at 2 pm (while the checking time suppose to be 2pm) and i could enter the room at 3pm The room has good view of Danau Toba, but the room cleanliness was very poor. Some grafiti on the wall, some grease at shower area here and there. The breakfast was not so bad though.

Although we have seen some negative reviews we were very happy. Beds and bathroom were fine and the grounds are lovely. We only had breakfast but it was an excellent range. There is no AC but it was ok without it and the shower was warm. The only problem was that the rear window is open and screened so outside noise was intrusive for the light sleepers.

Hoewel we een rokerskamer kregen was die zo schoon gemaakt dat dit miet merkbaar was. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een conferentie waardoor helaas niet het restaurant maar het poolcafe open was voor ontbijt en diner. Het eten is prima. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeker een aanrader!!!

Hôtel simple , bon accueil , chambre basique mais literie propre ,petit balcon donnant sur le lac : bruyant jusque 23 h : karaoké et famille nombreuse Eau chaude limitée en fonction des horaires Peu de restaurants aux alentours a part Warung et restaurant d’hôtel qui servent tous la même pitance. Parapat est une ville où on ne s’attarde pas : mal organisée , sale, rien à y faire Il faut être motorisé pour profiter des alentours Samosir est nettement plus sympathique pour un long séjour

Awesome Lake Toba view. Its a budget hotel, don't expect too much. The staffs are nice. The room is spacious, provided with some furniture, a fan, a venti fan and sink with mirror. As for backpackers, this is good enough. By the way, they had a small problem detecting my booking, due to so many RedDoorz hotel around. This hotel known as Sedayu 2.
