The hotel is in an excellent location. You can hear the mind-calming sound of a flowing river in the night with the sound of wind. The person who loves nature must visit Kanchanaburi to explore the amazing waterfalls and eye-catching views. And your stay at this hotel will bonus on that. The U Inchantree exceeded my expectations. The hotel grounds are spacious and well looked after. The deluxe room is very large and has all the modern amenities. Aircon worked well. Rain shower has good pressure. Breakfast spread is good for the price. Many hot dishes as well as a made to order egg station. Location is also just a stone's throw from the River Kwai bridge. Great stay overall.

Locates along to River Kwai Yai and very good environment. It will be convenient if you take your own transportation. Room is clean but the air conditioner is toooo noisy and unable to sleep. Housekeeping staff should inform to Engineer to come and fix. You can hear the noisy voice from A/C louder than other things. TV remote control’s batteries should be changed ASAP, couldn’t change channels or volume adjustment. Warm water doesn’t work, please go and check. We did go to dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We ordered Thai Omelet with Pork (Kai Condo) which was too oily and greasy. Yum Woonsen is not tasty, only spicy taste but doesn’t have other tastes at all. Pork belly and fried rice with pork were yummy. Limited choice of breakfast items. Overall I satisfied to stay here.

I’ve read many reviews on this hotel and think some are unfair, in general the hotel is a little tired but not to the point it would effect a holiday, and although very big complex, was very quite, pool was very clean, no pool bar but phone and menus were available and staff brought drinks food out, we stayed in the royal suite for three nights this suite was amazing so much space, two separate bedrooms both with dressing rooms and en suits, two lounges and dining areas one on each floor, along with small kitchen area, and 5 balconies, the apartment could be accessed on both floors leading to a covered walkway, the view of the river was lovely. The hotel grounds are huge. There is a golf buggy that will take to you to entrance of grounds and it’s only 100mtr walk to bridge, there is a small market there and restaurants

This hotel is spacious with a good atmosphere. There are two swimming pools inside ,the room decorated beautifully and pleasantly. There are food and have Thai massage services. There are a lot of trees here, suitable for people who like peace and love nature. If there is a chance to stay here again.

Cross River Kwai. Luxury hotel in Kanchaburi. Nice staff, good service, glorious view, and perfect decoration. We stayed 1 night here (Type: X Float Luxe cabin) with complimentary snack bar, afternoon tea and bed time tea set. Breakfast is buffet and taste is good. Its location is really quite which is good for relax time. If you checked in here, you will love it like we did.

靠近服務區的酒店，適合自駕。房間挺大，設施簡單也算能住。因為在服務區旁邊，所以711近的，入口還有個挺大的榴蓮攤，老闆榴蓮開小口給你看，覺得不好會另開，200/公斤，買的三百多🐷，幹包，很甜。去火車站，桂河大橋幾公里吧，自駕就完全沒問題。

This was fabulous! Located in a lush green surrounding, it was an amazing place to scape. They had a pool that overlooked a lovely lake and the view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic- stunning and serene. The kids did ziplining and the course was right on the hotel grounds. We did a day trip from here to Erawan National Park. Highly recommend this place!

A normal room floating on the river… nothing special and no TV… the staff is friendly… the location…??? Not 2 but 40 km from Erawan… from the Waterfalls? another 55 km… make a better research next time

We had a lovely time at Campster and stayed one night in the camper van. We arrived around 1 pm and got our room at 2 pm (we hadn't notified of our early arrival). We were served welcome drink (refreshing) while we waited by the pool for the room to get ready. The camper van was nice and compact with all basic facilities. The bunk beds can fit kids only. The location is out of the town but it was easy for find a grab. We paid around THB 200 from Death Bridge Railway station for a SUV which is reasonable. The driver offered us his services in case we needed to go around town or back to Bangkok but we had already booked a car for the next day to take us to Erawan in the morning and then to Bangkok in the evening (paid THB 2800 for SUV) whereas he had offered THB 3000. There are limited options for food (especially since we eat halal only). We ordered veg pizza's which were not bad. They also have the ready to make noodles and food price is reasonable. There is unlimited supply of water free of cost. Coffee is not great. You get a drink eggs and toasts for breakfast that can be served in the restaurant or to your room. The area is tidy and they have some activities like campfire (free marshmallows and yakult), swimming pool, playground/ garden, swings, bicycles and kayaks. For an additional cost they also arrange jet ski, standing board, water bike and wet raft. The staff are friendly and helpful but many of them don't speak English. The supervisor is a nice lady and speaks fluent english. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and i would prefer it any day over staying in a regular hotel.

Lovely hotel with a serene river view, clean rooms, and friendly staff. A perfect retreat. The breakfast buffet was decent but nothing out the ordinary. Still, would come back at any time

Super Hotel und man kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das einzige ist das etwas simple Badezimmer aber sonst war alles perfekt. Danke Der Markt ist abends sehr zu empfehlen in Kanchanaburi

Отель классный, большой, красивый, необычный, с большим количеством развлечений. Думаю, надо брать тут номер на дереве, или какой-то из дорогих. Я взял обычный номер, в итоге в нем было очень грязно. Всё в пыли, всё очень старое, а вечером убил таракана на холодильнике. Наверно, хороший отель, но больше тут не остановлюсь

Perfect landscape. Excellent atmosphere. Staffs are very friendly. Mouse at room every night. Remember to pack your food well before sleep. Very dark at night time. Better to bring your torch with you. Overall, good experience. Worth to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel provided us with the transportation which we didn't need to pay, to go to Nam Tok Sai Yok Noi waterfall. Which we enjoyed so much. It's an awesome spot to visit with the family close by.. food in their restaurant was great! Cocktails also. Everything well maintained, staff very helpfull and everything that we needed was arranged very fast. Top quality service! Top people! Thank you for great experience!

Ia lebih sesuai untuk perjalanan pandu sendiri, 2-3 jam perjalanan dari Bangkok, hotel di lembah di tepi sungai, suhu OK, projek berakit hotel sesuai untuk semua peringkat umur, 150 baht seorang, kanak-kanak suka. Terdapat juga perhentian kereta api, dan kanak-kanak juga suka melihat kereta api yang lalu lalang.

Sangat baik, bersih, bersih, suka, saya mahu pergi ke sana pada masa akan datang. Hotel yang sangat bagus sesuai untuk orang dari semua negara. Perkhidmatan meja depan sangat prihatin.

We stay for 3days 2night . On first day , we enjoy raft which arrange by hotel need to pay 100 bhat each if more than 4 ppl and above more cheaper if more people. Hotel kitchen and nearby restaurants are closed at 6pm due to low traveller on weekdays . There don’t have money exchange so better do exchange at town are. The breakfast is American breakfast come with set but hotel arrange buffet style if more people. We order lunch and dinner from hotel before 6pm . Price are reasonable with large portion. We take grab app book taxi to go Erawan waterfall . The place 15-20 min far from hotel. Overall , we so much enjoyed incredible with view. Staff are so friendly she explain us in details. We will definitely come back again .

Отель рекомендую . Чисто, спокойно, аквапарк на воде для детей - просто восторг. Вечером ужин в их ресторане на воде с прекрасным видом. Утром отличный разнообразный завтрак.

Very good service mind from all employee , but need renovate all facilities. All look old. and need to improve TV system. Still use old fashion way of Cable TV. Feel like 20 years ago.
