Hotel Dengan Spa di Daerah Larnaca, Cyprus

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel . We booked a room with balcony with sea view and woke up to the sound of waves and beautiful sunrise. The wellness area is clean and well maintained with one sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have tried: lots of varieties for everyone : savory, sweet pastries , hot and cold food, green veggies, lots of fruits, juice etc . Amazing staff , thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

I'll start with the positive, beds quite comfortable and clean sheets every 4 days. Didn't dare look at the mattress though. Plenty of hot water. Location was great. Very disappointed with everything else. On arrival I complained about the room and was told I had booked an economy studio room! Absolutely nowhere on my booking confirmation did it mention economy, I showed the reception staff my booking confirmation but they insisted I had booked economy and there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. We had booked 11 nights and we know of 2 rooms on our floor that we're not occupied so not quite the truth. My other complaint was about cleanliness especially the floor, we were told by reception that they would arrange for it to be cleaned but it wasn't for the whole time we were there! We had a couple of cockroachs and found mouse droppings. Facilities:- bathroom lacking in storage just one tiny shelf over the sink and although plenty of hot water the over the bath shower was old with a narrow spray and the shower screen did not seal properly so a big puddle on the floor after every shower. Very,very basic kitchen facilities, thank goodness we didn't want to cook. There was a brand new kettle and toaster though. The kitchen cupboards were extremely tatty and in definate need of refurbishment. We always book a balcony as it's important to us but what we got was a metre square space! In nobodies world could this be called a balcony!! Just enough room for the 2 very tatty old plastic chairs which we did not use as it was so unpleasant and filthy dirty. There wasn't even enough room to put up the airer completely. There is a note on the door regarding the room key which is very harsh and unfriendly which I think says alot about how they feel about their guests. The public spaces are lovely, very well decorated, styled and very clean it's a shame they cannot have the same standards and pride in the rooms.

The new & improved Lordos Spa Hotel, what can I say? So impressed with new layout & pool area. It blew us away. From the minute we arrived Kyrios Nicholas the General manager, Kyria Elena Michael & all his team made us feel welcomed. For us it’s home from home. The familiar faces of Galena, the 2 Giorgios, Kyrios Christos, Andrea, the 2 Maria’s, Kyria Pantelitsa & not forgetting Magda, George, Martin & all the fabulous reception staff that couldn’t do enough. They’re a credit to the hotel & Kyrios Nicholas. So happy that Fotoulla at the hair salon was still part of the team, just fantastic knowing I could just pop down and make all my appointments in house. Countdown to going back next year.

Service was good , Breakfast was ok . Check in fast but why in the 5th floor . ATM machine - hard to find . Some activities are not clear . Room Service menus is very limited . Oudi

Beautiful beach front hotel. Lovely ocean views. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and the food was good. A massive thank you to Kyriakos Shiakallis how made us feel so welcome and at home. We will definitely stay here again :)

Останавливался на 3 дня в отеле, по приезду в отель меня поселили в номер без вида на город, хотя я оплачивал именно такой номер. Менеджер сказал, что других номеров нет, только люкс с джакуззи за который нужно доплачивать, что освободятся номера только через 2 дня. На следующий день был другой менеджер, который меня переселил в номер с видом, и было большое количество людей, кто выехал из отеля. Потом было продолжение истории, о которой не буду рассказывать. Поставлю минус главному менеджеру за негибкость и неклиентоориентированность. Еще минус 0,5 балла за завтрак: каждый день всё одно и тоже, за 3 дня однообразная еда надоела. Нет переходников на розетки, их нужно самостоятельно покупать. По стоимости этот отель с завтраком стоил как отель mercury larnaca beach resort без завтрака. Лучше 4*, чем такой сервис здесь. На 3* не тянет.

On the edge of town (Larnaka), so caters more for people with cars (ample parking). Still, nice seafront walk for a few miles and a few beachside coffee shops. Public beach right outside, shallow water and sandy once inside water. Very new hotel, so good value for money, especially when booking rooms with Seaview balcony. Staff at restaurant very nice. To be honest for the price we paid for it was one of the best hotels under 100$.. very nice and clean.. breakfast it was perfect .. as well what got our attention and impressed us is that in the room there was one use toothbrush with toothpaste and shaving set plus some extras for each guest that you don't find even in a 5 stars hotel that you pay over 500$ per night.. and thats in cheapest room plus has ropes and slippers.. there is no pool facility but u cant have it all trust me..

This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I felt like I was on a hidden camera game show. First, our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait over 4 hours for it. Second, the hotel is not close to any restaurants or stores so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant. Be prepared to wait hours for a simple dish. Most of the staff was pretty accommodating but the best were Priet and Daniela. They were always so friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding and the venue was still dirty for the previous event that was over 2 weeks before that. The breakfast is ok, however the ceiling above the restaurant did fall in and some of our friends had to change rooms due to safety concerns. I will say on the day of the event, the staff did a great job pulling everything together and the venue and food were very nice. Be careful with the hotel manager- I think his name is Vassos. He was very condescending and did not take responsibility for anything and blamed his staff. Overall, I would not book this hotel ever again and refer it to a friend or enemy.

I’ve spent 3 nights there. It is located outside the old town, but you can get there within 15-20 minutes. There is a bus stop nearby, some small grocery stores and a few restaurants. The room was ok, quite comfortable bed, balcony, fridge and bathroom with bathtub. On the premises, you can find a pool, bar and gym. They also offer breakfast. In general hole is ok but could use some renovation as everything is really old. It wasn’t bothering me at all but I’ve heard people complaining. Anyway, for this price it was a very decent stay

Great hotel to stay a couple of nights close to the airport. Construction next door last for a year or more already. Breakfast menu does not have any “health” food at all. Staff does not know what “porridge” or “hot oatmeal is”. Other than these minor things - a nice new hotel

I’ll start this review with the few positives - We booked this hotel mainly due to its location, only 5 minutes walk to the seafront and in old Larnaca. The price we paid for one nights B & B was very reasonable. The reception staff very very helpful and polite as was the housemaid. Now the negatives - no parking available advised to use secure parking about 3 minutes walk - car park very tight negotiating the bends going up/down levels. Cost around €10 for 24 hours. The room was OK but even on 4th floor very noisy from outside activity. Bathroom OK but room could have been cleaner - hadn’t been swept/hoovered properly. Beds very soft. Breakfast was mediocre at best - on arrival we were asked what eggs, if any, we wanted. We then sat down after getting cereal etc. The scrambled egg, which was powdered, arrived whilst we were still eating our cereal. By the time we got the toast eggs were cold - asked for fresh but got ours microwaved! The bacon, beans etc were all lukewarm at best. Plenty of cheese etc if you wanted continental. One positive one of the best toasters I’d ever used. We planned on using the pool before we left the hotel but on arrival on the 7th floor we soon changed our minds. The pool itself was clean but surrounding area dirty as were the cushions on the sun loungers which were disgusting either lots of mold or stained. Toilets looked as if they had been hosed down rather than cleaned and showers were grubby and cracked tiles etc. The reception staff kindly booked us a taxi, there were 6 of us. If you are using this hotel and need a taxi please ensure they do not use “The Family Taxi Ltd”. They booked this firm for us and we needed to book a return later on in the evening - confirmed with driver time and location and asked for business card. Cut a long story short the taxi never turned up even after numerous calls to office and also hotel reception to make them aware. Finally managed to flag another taxi some 60 minutes after booked pick up time and a lot more money! We will not use this hotel if and when we visit Larnaca again.

Hotel oddalony od centrum ale uznaję to za atut. Pokoje wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria. Styl typowy dla sieci. Wyjątkowo sympatyczna obsługa, ludzie naprawdę pozytywni. Kuchnia bardzo dobra, czystość perfekcyjna, atmosfera bardzo dobra. Wart polecenia jako jeden z najlepszych hoteli w Larnace.

The property is very conveniently located, close to shops, restaurant and a 2-minute walk to the beach as well as the bus station, both the local buses and the intercity buses. Our apartment (Gaugain) was quite small but had everything we needed (kitchenette, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary bottles of water etc.); the only downside is it was a little noisy, because of the air cons behind the block and a terrace that played loud music until late in the night. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the roof-top terrace where we had breakfast which was really nice, with lots of fresh fruit and a great selection of pastry and vegetarian dishes. The staff was very kind and helpful, offering useful information and advice. Would definitely stay again and also recommend.
