Hotel Dengan Spa di Larnaca, Cyprus

This is our 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel, & I have rebooked for next year to stay here. Staff are very helpful & polite, It is very clean can't any faults. for us this hotel is very good location as we have family in Cyprus & not far from the airport. the only problem is the TV as I only had mange to get one channel to work & that is the BBC news, hopefully by next year when I come I get a better improved TV but its not the end of the world. (just like to watch some Greek soaps) who ever goes to Cyprus I find this is the hotel to stay at.

Nearest to lcq airport 425 bus gets you there for 3 euros. Seaside across directly from beach. Nearby ministore. A long walk to downtown along promenade. Location, location, location. Think any tired old seaside hotel in england but all there. Has seen better days Nice cats!

Positive: Location, Room size, wifi speed, big balcony, free toiletries, fast elevator, microwave works, water boiler works, fridge works, free towels, toilet works, many restaurants nearby and a nice cleaning lady. Negative: Balcony door does not lock. Staff came to check it and said they can not do anything about it and told me there are no criminals and we dont need to worry at night if it is not locked and we can leave the valuables in the room even if the balcony door is open and the neighbours could easily just jump over the balcony. Nothing happened luckily and we were happy. There was bird poop in the balcony, but the cleaning lady was nice and cleaned it. There was no sea view and no sun chairs as in the photos. The staff said they cant do nothing about it. But the cleaning lady clean the bird poop and I just sun tanned then on the balcony without the sun chair and it was also nice. Sofa was a bit broken, dishes were very dirty and the toilet smelled very bad. The water in the shower was not hot, only warm.

My room was clean, bed was comfortable, air-con worked really well. Great views over the pool & sea. Breakfast was reasonable. The pool area is very nice & well appointed, there’s plenty of sunbeds / cabanas around The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location & the beach is only a few mins walk away. Larnaca is 25 mins away in a taxi. If you want a quiet, chilled out place that’s good value for money, this could be the hotel / area for you. If you’re after local nightlife within walking distance then maybe not!

we came family ( 4 double rooms) where all are adults. the hotel is beutyfull , freshy and stylish one. all facilities are wonderfull and breakfast is very good. all hotel stuff were very welcoming and gave us service way above expectations. the hotel has a nice private beach and that is great. the only problem is that the beach ***** around the hotel (not the hotel beache itself ) is not well maintained and need much nurturing . near the hotel across the street there are grocery and nice coffee restaurant. other restaurants are walking distance. we ejoyed the stay very much.

My partner and I absolutely love this Hotel. From the moment you enter the reception, to taking your bags to your room, the cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing breakfast that has nothing missing, the closeness of the pool bar, the beach, the amenities, everything. We enjoy staying here for business and for pleasure. It is an all-rounder Hotel that offers everything anyone can desire without the airs and graces of the local pompus Hotels. We will come time and time again because we are made to feel at home.

Service was good , Breakfast was ok . Check in fast but why in the 5th floor . ATM machine - hard to find . Some activities are not clear . Room Service menus is very limited . Oudi

Stunning hotel I cannot fault a single aspect. Each and every member of staff were so warm and helpful (special mention to Eva and Andre). The suites themselves are extremely well designed and appointed, they have thought of everything from nespresso machine, to mini shaving and dental kits in the bathroom. Beds are really comfortable and the balconies spacious. Make sure you check out OLIV the deli cafe adjoining, really delicious fresh food. Thank you all at LIV we are beyond grateful for your hospitality and will be back

Stayed at the hotel on my own. The room was spacious and super clean. Room had a fridge with complimentary bottles if water. In the bathroom was everything I needed from toothbrush to shower cap etc. Complimentary coffee facility including espresso machine. Staff were amazing and treat all guests like old friends.

Very good sea view, breakfast is especially great , brand new facilities

After visiting another hotel of this group, I was extremely curious to come to The Ciao Stelio; however, I was disillusioned after seeing some reviews. Despite my doubts, I decided to go and was glad of my decision. From the first email, I got prompt and kind assistance regarding everything I was interested in (special thanks to Alexandros, Dimitris, and Stella for that), my additional requests have also been kindly noted (and satisfied at the end). Guys, thank you very much, you are amazing! Thanks to Anna, the check-in procedure was smooth and fast, and of course, I also annoyed her with tons of questions because I was so curious about everything around me. After coming to my spacious and lovely room, I forgot the fact that I’d ordered sparkling wine in the room and completely forgot about payment, was ready to come back to the reception but my thoughts were interrupted by the knock and when I opened the door I saw a smiling man who was welcoming me and telling that he was honored to deliver my complementary wine 😊 Nicos, you are top! A handsome man filling up the glass of champagne in my room – a better welcome is hard to imagine)))) Your service at Gambino Bar later for the dinner was so speedy and professional – thanks for making my evening, really. Adored Gambino bar for yummy-yummy food – quality is on the level (please make portions a bit bigger), will definitely come there again for a drink/snack. The only disappointing moment I had is due to the early working shift and the need to come back to Pafos I haven’t had a chance to appreciate the taste of breakfast but this issue can be easily sorted by the next visit. Thanks to all The Ciao Stelio Team for making my short stay so remarkable and relaxing!

Останавливался на 3 дня в отеле, по приезду в отель меня поселили в номер без вида на город, хотя я оплачивал именно такой номер. Менеджер сказал, что других номеров нет, только люкс с джакуззи за который нужно доплачивать, что освободятся номера только через 2 дня. На следующий день был другой менеджер, который меня переселил в номер с видом, и было большое количество людей, кто выехал из отеля. Потом было продолжение истории, о которой не буду рассказывать. Поставлю минус главному менеджеру за негибкость и неклиентоориентированность. Еще минус 0,5 балла за завтрак: каждый день всё одно и тоже, за 3 дня однообразная еда надоела. Нет переходников на розетки, их нужно самостоятельно покупать. По стоимости этот отель с завтраком стоил как отель mercury larnaca beach resort без завтрака. Лучше 4*, чем такой сервис здесь. На 3* не тянет.

I’ve spent 3 nights there. It is located outside the old town, but you can get there within 15-20 minutes. There is a bus stop nearby, some small grocery stores and a few restaurants. The room was ok, quite comfortable bed, balcony, fridge and bathroom with bathtub. On the premises, you can find a pool, bar and gym. They also offer breakfast. In general hole is ok but could use some renovation as everything is really old. It wasn’t bothering me at all but I’ve heard people complaining. Anyway, for this price it was a very decent stay

Arrived and they were very friendly and all 4 days ive been here they have been very helpful and once again friendly clean rooms lovely clean pool all in all vg would stay again

It's a good inexpensive hotel. We stayed there twice, upon arrival to LCA and the night before the return flight. The room on the 1st floor was spacious but showing signs of wear and tear like a broken sliding door to the balcony, damaged floor, nonworking a/c, old shower with a rod-curtain combo. The room on the 2nd floor was smaller but in better condition. The location is great, practically in the center of the old town. They arrange airport pickup for €20. Alternatively the airport bus stops some 200 meters from the hotel. They provide parking for €5 but you have to write them to make a reservation. Breakfast was standard fare with eggs to order.

My partner and I absolutely love this Hotel. From the moment you enter the reception, to taking your bags to your room, the cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing breakfast that has nothing missing, the closeness of the pool bar, the beach, the amenities, everything. We enjoy staying here for business and for pleasure. It is an all-rounder Hotel that offers everything anyone can desire without the airs and graces of the local pompus Hotels. We will come time and time again because we are made to feel at home.

I was here 6 nights with my wife. A great place to unwind. Wonderful beach (with a great way to reserve beach chairs!), pool and generally the hotel is 5-star. However, what make a great hotel, in my opinion, is the staff. They were super! Patricya in the dining room was just a wonderful person and most helpful. Marios was a hard a worker as I've ever seen as cook/waiter and the Ass't Manager, Antos, was a real gentleman. It can be a bit noisy at night if your room faces the hotel next door which likes to play loud music sometimes, so as for a low-number room that faces North-east.

Hotel yang bagus di tepi laut. Tidak semua bilik mempunyai balkoni, peti sejuk, pengering rambut, cerek. Hotel masih belum usang. Segar dan menyenangkan. Ia sangat mudah untuk menaiki bas 425 dari Lapangan Terbang Larnaca. Harga perjalanan ini ialah 1.50 Euro. Sebaik-baiknya ada bilik dengan pemandangan laut, kerana sebaliknya, semua bilik menghadap ke jalan raya. Kelemahan: Terdapat sebuah bilik tepat di atas restoran. Kami tahu bahawa kerana ini, dapur membuka tingkap semasa memasak. Oleh itu, bilik berbau dan tidak berbau, iaitu dapur berbau. Sangat sukar untuk menutup pintu balkoni, jika tidak bau dapur di dalam bilik akan meningkat. Minta bilik sejauh mungkin dari dapur. Kami sudah usang-pada bulan Mac (2020). Mereka makan sarapan pagi dan makan malam. Sarapan adalah baik, tetapi makan malam adalah a la carte, anda perlu memilih hidangan dari menu. Ini terutamanya makanan segera. Mungkin makan malam dan sarapan bermusim juga bufet. Saya tidak tahu jawatan itu.
