The hotel room is very tiny. The breakfast selection was limited. All hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs, sausages were all gone 1.5 hours before the end of the breakfast session and there was no refill. Must visit German Corner.

The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes. Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners.

This hotel is located just in front of the train station which is so convenient, also mean the main bus stop is here. It's quite well decorated. Despite its old built, it's well organized inside. Unfortunately I got the room on the backside but still got the top floor, so won't complain. They have AC and heater(separately). Just only one hair in found in the bathroom is the diasadvantage. Oh well, the blanket seems to be smaller than a queen bed. Maybe because I book just for one, anyway I hope to get a big one. A women at the reception I met was nice, friendly. Overall, I kinda like it here. Well, haven't tried thier breakfast so, can't say. I will be back here if I visit Mainz for some business reasons.

Hotel tempat saya menginap dalam perjalanan perniagaan untuk pertama kalinya selepas wabak ini. Lokasinya baik. Di Sungai Rhine. Terdapat sebuah tadika yang bagus berjalan keluar dari tempat letak kereta menuju ke sungai.

It is the first time i book a boutique hotel in Germany and I had a long drive from Dusseldorf that day. When I arrived, Henny guided me very well on where to offload my luggage, where to park and where to have dinner later. Superb and patient guidance. The room was clean and sets a good environment for rejuvenation. Later also, met Mr and Mrs Horbach who booked the mine tours for me. Truly grateful for the good room, goid breakfast and restful time. Thank you

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. They will give you a free drink coupon if you are willing to pass on your room being cleaned each morning. This is great because the only negative thing about the hotel is that the train station is the closest place to get coffee or food. It’s not far, but it is better if you can have coffee right after waking up.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Saks Kaiserslautern verbracht und hatten eine SPA Suite, Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus ist für Hotelgäste vergünstigt. Der Check-In lief unkompliziert und freundlich ab. Die Suite war sauber und modern ausgestattet: Das Bad und die Terrasse waren klasse: Alles in Allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

初，Booking預定，酒店付款入住。 晚上7:30到酒店，彼時一bai人女孩接待，服務態度非常好，遺憾的是嘗試了四次，兩張信用卡都不能使用，聯繫Booking，無法處理，聯繫建行海外熱線，幾次苦等超出忍耐程度，根本沒有人工客服受理。 此時前台換了一hei人小哥，一臉嚴肅，無論如何交涉：without money without check in. 錢包裏300歐元大鈔💶，不知道什麼消失了，翻遍所有口袋，無果。 夜深無法麻煩別人，改攜程，耗時近一個小時，攜程小哥多次嘗試國際國內信用卡、儲蓄卡，幾次聯繫歐洲代理，代理電話酒店，歐洲代理預付酒店，最終解決問題，期間客服幫忙聯繫建行24小時客服，等待超過8分鐘，無人應答。 拿到房卡，晚上9:30左右，在大堂沙發🛋️發獃一個小時，如果有一隻煙🚬，最好不過。 晚上休息很好，裏面沒有了一個美國🇺🇸大兵，估計都去了烏克蘭邊境。 感謝攜程，五星級服務，雖然價格比Booking貴了不少，毅然卸載Booking，後續的行程機票酒店全部攜程預訂。
