An excellent hotel that combines luxury with efficiency. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were professional yet warm. My room was a quiet sanctuary, offering stunning city views and a very comfortable workspace. The amenities were top-notch, especially the gym and the relaxing spa. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with exceptional service. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get to my business meetings and explore the city in the evenings. For a stress-free, high-quality experience, this hotel is my top choice. I look forward to my next visit.

It is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center. The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small. The breakfast is quite rich, probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Türkiye. The private beach is poor, dirty, and only one bathroom is open, which is quite smelly.

The hotel is very convenient due to its location. The service quality was ***et good, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms was ***et sufficient, especially for those who would like to stay alone and for those who want a non-smoking room. It was very nice.

Otelin en güçlü kısmı mutfak/restoran. Bu kısımda herkes vizör vızır çalışıp harika yemekler sunup ortamı düzenliyor. Sorun yaşadığınızda Şef Şenel Hanım’a ulaşabilirsiniz. Asyalı kadın masörlerden masajı mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Maalesef termal suyu 20 derece civarı bir ılıklıkta. Otel ana yoldan 5 dk uzaklıkta olduğu için toplu taşıma ile gelenler için alıp bırakma servisi yapmalı. Çay saatindeki kek çeşitleri azaltılıp kurabiye yapılabilir

Уставший отель. Когда-то был хороший, но с ремонтом не торопятся. Душ, вентиль биде свищут водой, кондиционер еле работает. Комната окнами на шоссе, соотв. окно не открыть чтобы не было шума машин, их и так слышно немного, поэтому духота, нужно ждать когда кондиционер понемногу остудит. Где-то писали, что паркинг подземный - нет его. Машину просто на улице ставить у отеля, если место есть. Завтрак хороший
