What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Kami menginap di hotel ini beberapa hari semasa lawatan ke Ipoh. Lokasinya sangat strategik, bersebelahan dengan pusat beli-belah besar dan pasar raya. Ada farmasi, kedai makan, kedai pakaian, semuanya dalam pusat beli-belah. Sarapan pagi di hotel sangat pelbagai, ada roti, susu, kopi, salad, buah-buahan, minuman, dan masakan tumis. Kolam renang hotel sangat selesa dan cantik untuk bergambar. Kakitangan perkhidmatan semuanya sangat mesra. Secara keseluruhannya sangat berpuas hati, satu-satunya kelemahan ialah bilik yang diberikan selama beberapa hari itu tiada pemandangan, tiada apa-apa di luar tingkap. Kami akan menginap di sini lagi pada masa akan datang, kerana nilai untuk wang masih berbaloi.

Bilik selesa dan besar..ada area untuk lepak..cuma aircond kat area situ kurang sejuk..aircond kat area tempat tidur, ok..dah setting sama dgn bilik pun masih tak sejuk..tak complaint sebab tak lepak sangat kat situ..wifi connection very good...dapat complimentary snacks and soft drinks..dalam bilik siap ada iron dan iron board..toilet bersih..lengkap dengan toiletries..water pressure sangat ok..ada air panas..ada bathtub..puas mandi..breakfast buffet banyak pilihan menu..setakat yg sy makan, semua sedap je..cuma roti canai keras sikit..ada gym dan kids playground kat level 2, swimming pool kat ground floor.. tapi tak sempat nak guna..the building nampak biasa dari luar..tapi interior, lawa..bau wangi je kat lobby..cuma receptionist kena belajar untuk lebih senyum..

D'Kelly overall a nice hotel for our overnight stay in Ipoh. The hotel's beautiful lobby with a nice cafe/coffee house next door definitely inviting. The Standard Twin Beds Room was adequate, maybe a bit small for longer stay. Bedding & Pillows were nice & bathroom pretty good. The pool & chill out lounge on the roof top definitely inviting & great for family with children. Will stay again if I visit Ipoh

Bilik ok cuma ada bau carpet yg tak berapa ok sikit. So far lokasi bagus, tenang2 je. Cuma agak jauh nak ke bandar Ipoh. Dah 2x stay sini cuma kali kedua ni je dpt bilik yg berbau tak best sikit. Kena improve part tu. Thanks.

Apartmen itu berada di lokasi yang bagus. Ia sangat terang dan bersih dan selesa. Terdapat kolam renang atas bumbung yang menakjubkan serta banyak kemudahan lain yang kelihatan hebat juga. Tuan rumah sangat membantu. Saya pasti akan tinggal lagi.

Best tapi takde paip kat dalam toilet tu. Agak inconvenient sikit as a muslim. Shower ada both air panas dan sejuk. Bilik dan tempat sangat aesthetic. Yang tak berapa best sink dalam bilik air tak keluar maybe rosak kot. Tapi dekat la dengan Concubine Lane, Book Xcess etc. Parking boleh park area kedai-kedai situ.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

Place is clean and facility is good but there is a problem on the tap , shower and bidet. Maybe it’s due to high water pressure.
