This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Kami menginap di hotel ini beberapa hari semasa lawatan ke Ipoh. Lokasinya sangat strategik, bersebelahan dengan pusat beli-belah besar dan pasar raya. Ada farmasi, kedai makan, kedai pakaian, semuanya dalam pusat beli-belah. Sarapan pagi di hotel sangat pelbagai, ada roti, susu, kopi, salad, buah-buahan, minuman, dan masakan tumis. Kolam renang hotel sangat selesa dan cantik untuk bergambar. Kakitangan perkhidmatan semuanya sangat mesra. Secara keseluruhannya sangat berpuas hati, satu-satunya kelemahan ialah bilik yang diberikan selama beberapa hari itu tiada pemandangan, tiada apa-apa di luar tingkap. Kami akan menginap di sini lagi pada masa akan datang, kerana nilai untuk wang masih berbaloi.

Bilik selesa dan besar..ada area untuk lepak..cuma aircond kat area situ kurang sejuk..aircond kat area tempat tidur, ok..dah setting sama dgn bilik pun masih tak sejuk..tak complaint sebab tak lepak sangat kat situ..wifi connection very good...dapat complimentary snacks and soft drinks..dalam bilik siap ada iron dan iron board..toilet bersih..lengkap dengan toiletries..water pressure sangat ok..ada air panas..ada bathtub..puas mandi..breakfast buffet banyak pilihan menu..setakat yg sy makan, semua sedap je..cuma roti canai keras sikit..ada gym dan kids playground kat level 2, swimming pool kat ground floor.. tapi tak sempat nak guna..the building nampak biasa dari luar..tapi interior, lawa..bau wangi je kat lobby..cuma receptionist kena belajar untuk lebih senyum..

Hotel baharu, makanan yang sangat sedap. Memang lazat sungguh. Selva dari restoran memang hebat. Sangat membantu dan mesra. Kami sempat berbual panjang dengannya. Dia menjadikan pengalaman kami jauh lebih baik. Hotel ini agak berteknologi tinggi. Kami kurang gemar kemasukan tanpa kunci melalui imbasan muka, walaupun ia adalah pilihan. Kami lebih suka menggunakan kad. Lokasinya okey, tetapi anda perlukan Grab untuk bergerak ke mana-mana.

Bilik ok cuma ada bau carpet yg tak berapa ok sikit. So far lokasi bagus, tenang2 je. Cuma agak jauh nak ke bandar Ipoh. Dah 2x stay sini cuma kali kedua ni je dpt bilik yg berbau tak best sikit. Kena improve part tu. Thanks.

Kami mempunyai masa yang indah tinggal di apartmen ini. Lokasi adalah sangat mudah, dan akses mudah untuk menghubungi perkhidmatan Grab. Apartmen itu sendiri bersih dan diselenggara dengan baik, dengan perabot yang selesa dan semua kemudahan yang diperlukan. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi pada masa hadapan. Terima kasih kerana keluarga saya mempunyai penginapan yang hebat di apartmen ini!

Lokasi sangat bagus, dan tempat yang boleh Instagram. Hotel telah digunakan semula dari bangunan lama dan usang. Reka bentuk industri dalaman menambah watak. Tetapi kebersihannya tidak begitu ketara. Bilik juga berbau dank n sewer-ish bau dan masa. Secara keseluruhan, untuk perhentian memandu selama 1 malam, ia adalah memadai. Tetapi lagi tidak akan mencadangkan.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

PROs: Cute and clean unit. Perfect for a group stay in Ipoh. Located near the town; able to reach by car within 5-10mins. Everything in the unit is working properly except the WiFi. There’s even a washer for laundry. Recommend to bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent. Overall it’s a great place for quick getaway. CONs: Bad building management, which is no fault of the unit owner. Rude security guards, unclear signage both inside and outside of the parking lots, even worst is the wretched traffic management. If you are driving and parking in this building, I suggest you go slow and take your time looking out at the signage, lest you fall victim to their management’s ridiculous rules. This was my second stay at The Anderson condo, while I knew from the first stay that their parking lots had poor lighting and signage, I’m surprised that it can get worse.
