San Nome Square is not far from the Cathedral of Barcelona. It is a square square square with a small area. The high-rise building beside it is the city seat of Barcelona and Catalonia. There are many restaurants and shops around it.
There are two opposite buildings in Sant Jaume Square, one is the Autonomous Government of Catalonia (loyal to the King of Spain) and the other is the City Hall of Barcelona. When people come to protest, they often mistake the object of protest.
Inadvertently walking here, tourists are not many, places are not big. But it left us a very unique feeling. Because it was early morning, the whole city had just come to life and wanted to sit in a small coffee shop on one side. Unfortunately, it was too early to be received. But I really like the tranquility.
Great square with amazing architecture and art all around, and in the heart of Barcelona.
Saint Nome Square is my first stop in Barcelona. The City Hall of Barcelona and the Government Building of the Autonomous Region of Catalonia are all here. The square itself is rather ordinary, and my grassy area is the ancient special zone of Barcelona. The starting point is that it is close to the subway station and the landmark construction industry is easier to locate. The square has a strong political and festive flavor. Politics is self-evident, and it is also the place where many celebrations are held today.
