great service, easy to link-up with trips around the city. Very helpful staff for questions and interesting facts about the city. So many buses and routes to pick from!

Ticket collection is convenient, you can start picking up tickets at 5 pm, you will write several cars, there are basically people queuing at 7:30, the second floor is outdoor, marked on the ticket, there are staff guidelines, basically an hour and a half to end.

KL is worth seeing at night for the beautiful lights. A good Grab driver could take you to all the places the KL HOHO does for the same or less money and have a more convenient pick up. The Stop 1 was truly chaotic to the point of endangering customers clamouring to get on the bus as it moved away. Online booking had no way to request outside seating so it was all unavailable for our pre booked tickets. The tour finished 30 minutes early and the commentary around the route was less than you coul
