The National Science Museum in Ueno is divided into two buildings, the Earth Hall and the Japan Hall. The exhibits are very rich and the content is very diverse. There are many animal specimens and models, which are worth seeing. The 360-degree animation movie at the entrance is free to watch. There are many languages to use. The best thing is that the tour below high school students is completely free. The adult ticket is only 620 yen. It is a good place to visit for two days! !
The National Science Museum is located in Japan from the rope, Yayoi era to the ancient tomb era. It displays five major topics, including the evolution of biology, mammalian evolution, Japanese flora and fauna, mineral geology and human beings. There are many interesting interactive items especially suitable for children to participate in. For the regular exhibition, there are also Chinese guides that can be rented.
The museum is run by the government and it is split into 2 sections, The Global Gallery and the Japan Gallery. It is located in a ideal way that the museums and the Tokyo Tower are within 10 minutes walking radius of each other , so you can have a day tour to this place. If you don't speak or understand much Japanese, go to the information desk on the right side of entrance and rent a english guidance of the museum ( audio guide player ) is also available. It is a nice place to visit with kids and explore around.
