Strano leggere delle recensioni negative e soprattutto documentate con foto per cui non si può dire che sono false però la nostra esperienza è stata superpositiva e vi elenchiamo e documentiamo anche noi il tutto. Siamo stati per 3 notti in questo hotel, dal 27 al 30 aprile 2024. Personale giovanissimo, sorridente, disponibile e simpatico. Camera grande, PULITA e con tutto l’occorrente. Bagno regolare forse un pò strettino ma completo anche di bidet ed asciugamani sempre pulite con cambio giornaliero. Ho presentato solo una piccola lamentela alla direzione perché non è possibile che un 3 stelle non abbia una cassetta di sicurezza in camera e/o neanche alla reception e mi hanno risposto che sono state tolte perché la gente non sapeva usarle e le bloccava (di tutta un’erba un fascio non va bene). Per tutto il resto il nostro voto non cambia ed è il massimo perché siamo stati benissimo sia per la grandezza della camera che per la super colazione completa di salato, di fresco (cornetti, yogurt, kellogs, succhi, ecc) e di imbustato. L’hotel è posto sul Lungomare ma il luogo della movida è dall’altra parte del porto a circa 2 km a piedi. Mi hanno riferito che stanno per iniziare i lavori per la costruzione di un nuovo ponte pedonale che accorcerà la distanza a meno di 1 km e sarà veramente comodo andarci a piedi. My husband & I stayed for 2 nights & despite my husband being unwell, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful setting with beautiful views overlooking the sea. The staff were very friendly & helpful, especially when I needed guidance to get a Dr.. The food was excellent. The pool area was just a lovely place to relax. Our room also had a sea view & was immaculate.

The Resort is very well maintained and very pretty. Each staff member I encountered went out of their way to be very nice and pleasant. The GM asked us each day how we were and gave great advice. The restaurant is very cute, right on the water. The manager there always spent time with each table. I do wish the menu changed every few days but the each dish was good. We did have some issues with service as it seems once you got your food it was very tough to get anyone to come again to your table. It got quite annoying. No one would ever check even if you needed more water. I always had to wait a long time to get some attention to ask. I believe this is just maybe a bit of issue with lack of training as the staff is extremely friendly and nice. I do wish there was a spot open to grab quick bites, a sanwhich or even a bottle of water. If you didn’t make it for an exact mealtime there was no way of getting food which is tough with families. I got an excellent massage while there. One of the best I’ve ever had. The kids club is the very best we’ve ever encountered. We travel extensively and the main reason we booked this hotel. It did not disappoint and in fact impressed us especially my children. My son keeps talking about it. Thank you to the girls there for being so awesome! They even included my little one who was too young to be dropped off but still was able to join in on the weekend night parties! They truly gave some wonderful memories. All in all what makes this resort so wonderful is the friendly staff.

UPDATE - following my below review on my initial experience the manager sought me out to apologise and to resolve the issue regarding my room. I was shown the bungalow and an alternative hotel room. The bungalow was cute and if I was travelling as a couple it probably would have been my preferred option. As a solo traveler the hotel room seemed more appealing. It was also very much appreciated to get a heartfelt apology. An additional note regarding breakfast; if you are looking to avoid carbs (not easy in Italy anyway) then fruit and yogurt are really your options (they had a bowl of boiled eggs but that didn’t appeal) I wouldn’t want an English breakfast (I don’t have those in England!) but it really was just rolls and pastries (which did look delicious) My first night here was a disappointment. I was given a box room with a fold out bed (see pics) when I had actually booked a deluxe bungalow. I was told in a very nonchalant way that they were fully booked and there was plumbing issues with the bungalow. It’s a beautiful place for a wedding and wouldn’t begrudge anyone getting married but the music and party was very close to my room and very loud. Dinner was challenging as I don’t eat seafood so had limited options and as mentioned before; trying not to overload on carbs. The menu is heavily seafood based, which I assume is normal for the area, so ordered a salad and was given a bowl of chopped iceberg lettuce

Qualche mancanza nei servizi della struttura, qualche accessorio da sostituire, non è possibile che nel bagno pulitissimo debbo sollevare con la mano il butta carte, per esempio non si regolare il clima nella stanza, il servio colazione per un caffe oppure un cappuccino servito da una persona ed una fila di tante persone, quindi lunghe attese, non poter asciugare una tovaglia perché senza balcone, oppure con una finestra a piano terra, camere poco insonorizzate, sentivo il vicino di camera e tutti quelli che passano dal corridoio, la lamentela più grande è che al momento di entrare in sala per colazione, pranzo e cena tantissime persone debbono essere assegnati in una unica sala grandissima ed affollata, il cibo buonissimo, abbondante, vario a volte avanti di cottura, personale di sala educato, cortese e pronto ad ogni richiesta, altrettanto per la piscina ed animazione, giudizio complessivo finale BUONO, cioè consiglierei ad un amico o parente SI, con qualche riserva.
