We stayed at this hotel as a group of friends. There were five of us and between us we stayed in four rooms. We had only one night in Nan on our motorbike trip so we only spent one night here. The rooms are decently sized. Beds are on the harder side (which I like). The bathrooms are a bit too old-fashioned with everything being concrete. However, everything when we visited was in a good condition. We couldn't say much about service as we arrived late and departed early. Breakfast buffet was average. A few Thai selection, with boiled rice station and an eggs station. The hotel seemed very popular amongst Thais. We believed the weekend we stayed there the hotel was almost full house. Location wise, the hotel is quite centrally located. With only a few minutes walk to the nearest market. The hotel had a free bicycle rental service where you can take their bicycles out to roam around the town centre. We found this to be very pleasant as it shortened the time it took for us to get to the night market. Basically it's two minutes away from the dead centre of the city with these bikes. Overall, the hotel would be better if they were priced correctly. We felt that the right price would be around 25% off of what we had paid for the night.

Hampir ok, lokasi yang baik kebersihan sangat baik dan kemudahan yang baik tetapi kurang sarapan hahaha. Hanya satu yang saya tidak suka kerana ia sangat dekat dengan sekolah begitu banyak bunyi dari sana tetapi bukan isu besar saya tinggal di sana hanya satu malam. terima kasih

The grumpy guy that works evenings/nights has issues & zero English, but my Thai's good enough. The Thai gentleman before me received a much brighter attitude & got a room on the 2nd floor. I was put on the 4rth floor (no lift) when rooms were open on all floors (confirmed from the gal in the morning). Toilet didn't work, water pressure too weak, AC was noisy & inconsistent = small bits of sleep. 1st stay 2 weeks prior was bad (3rd floor), but thought that ornery guy was just having a bad day, however.... Check-in during the day, that gal is super nice & you'll get a decent room on a lower floor. Personally, I will avoid this hotel now.

- เป็นรีสอร์ทเล็กๆ ที่ค่อนข้างออกมาจากตัวเมื่องน่าน เหมาะสำหรับคนมีรถเท่านั้น ทำกันเองภายในครอบครัว มีห้องพักไม่กี่ห้อง เหมาะสำหรับคนชอบธรรมชาติและเงียบๆ - ห้องพักแมลง มด ยุง ค่อนข้างเยอะ อาจเป็นเพราะรอบด้านเป็นธรรมชาติต้นไม้สะส่วนมาก ไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่แพ้แมลง - ห้องพักยังใหม่ แต่ควรทำความสะอาดให้ดี ใยแมงมุมไม่มีการปัด ทำความสะอาด - เตียงนอนค่อนข้างแข็ง - ราคาสูงไปหน่อยเมื่อเทียบกับสถานที่พัก เพราะไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก หรือสิ่งที่น่าสนใจอะไรมากนัก - ห้องน้ำขนาดใหญ่ แต่ไม่มีแบ่งโซนเปียกแห้ง - มีอาหารเช้าบริการ ข้าวต้ม ชา กาแฟ ขนมปังเท่านั้น

Wonderful reconversion of industrial building (tobacco warehouse) into hotel and shopping mall. Perfect design, good finishings, excellent facilities with very good bathroom, spacious, well furnished rooms, delicious breakfast, possibility of renting bikes, a wonderful thing to do in Nan Prices very decent as well, to be recommended without any restriction
