Прекрасный персонал, вежливый и ненавязчивый, шоу анимации супер классное. Номер с видом на море нас устроил. Ужины вкусные и разнообразные, а вот завтраки мне не очень понравились, для 5* маловато выбора. Абсолютная чистота, удобная кровать, постельное белье и полотенца как новые, халаты и тапочки брендированные в отдельной упаковке, презент от отеля в виде фруктов тоже очень понравился. Странно, что в платном бассейне нет шезлонгов (!) в басплатном есть!

فندق سيء ، واستقباله كان سيء ايضا ، اكله مقبول ليس ممتازا، الغرفة المزدوجة كانت عبارة عن سريران مفردان 🤷‍♂️ لايتوفر مكيف ولا مروحة . وسيلة الاتصال شبه معدومة اطلالة غير جيدة لانيصح به بتاتا تم استلام الغرفة ولم يكن ىضعها مقبول ، كانت ليست نظيفة، الادراج كانت مكسرة ، الغرفة بحاجة صيانة تم التواصل مع الريسبشن اكثر من مرة ، ولم يكن متعاون

Bel accueil dans cet hôtel qui est très bien situé. Une belle piscine avec un toboggan où les enfants se sont bien éclatés. Dommage que 3 chaînes de TV mais l'ambiance reste superbe Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Encore un séjour parfait en famille hôtel très propre personnel très agréable du directeur aux femmes de ménages , la réception parfaite , les repas beaucoup de diversité ,nous invitons les français a y venir , car franchement vous y serez très bien accueilli , malgré les différents commentaires négatif que j'ai pu lire sur ce site je pense qu'il faut y allez pour ce rendre compte du réel , personnellement nous y allons 3 /4 fois par ans est nous sommes a chaque fois surpris agréablement .

This 4-star hotel is located right next to the beach. The hotel offers rooms with views of the sea, the garden with palm trees or the large outdoor pool. Guestrooms at the Hotel Abou Sofiane all have a private balcony and satellite TV. The hotel also offers a fitness centre, a Kids' Club, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and water sports activities.

Stayed in a bungalow all inclusive but ate out in the evening and at the beach cafe in the day. A la carte restaurant is available once per weekly stay and food was good there. Bungalow was run down and uncomfortably close to the entertainment stage. Smell of mold in bathroom, which flooded after a rain storm. No drinking water provided at all and only evidence of housekeeping was the occasional straightened bed sheet. The beach and the staff at the beach and beach cafe are wonderful and the best thing about the hotel. Only part of the hotel that deserve 4 stars. Lots of groups of men from outside the hotel at night hanging about reception, pool and beach. Some entering corridors for rooms. Pathway to the bungalows closer to the beach poorly lit. No WiFi, no kettle etc in rooms. Not suitable for families or solo female travellers.
