The store clerk has a good service attitude and has free bicycles to lend to customers. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the ancient city and there are many massage shops nearby. I suggest the owner to improve the breakfast.

It is within walking distance to the old town, and there is a balcony so you can enjoy a resort feel. There is no elevator except for luggage, so it is a bit difficult if you are on an upper floor. The front desk speaks English, and they arranged a transfer to the airport when I checked out. For breakfast, I was asked what two main dishes I wanted when I checked in, and fruit was also included.

I stayed here for the second year in a row. The staff were very friendly and I will definitely stay here again next year.

Because of the system error, the hotel arranged another place for our family at Vy Khoa Hotel! The location is very close to Hoi An ancient town. At first, there was a bit of a problem checking in, but the owner was very cooperative and willing to negotiate the check-in conditions. Originally, the room booking included breakfast for everyone, but because the hotel did not have it, we were a bit disappointed. Hopefully the hotel will soon improve the booking problem on the system.

The location was good for sightseeing in Old Town, and the breakfast was good. I got a free upgrade to a two-bedroom room, so I had a good rest. The staff were all friendly, and I recommend it because it's good value for money.

However, although there is an elevator for luggage, it is not suitable for humans, so it is difficult to go up and down on the upper floors. There are no tissues, and the Wi-Fi is a bit weak, so online calls are cut off all year round. Also, the bathroom smells a bit. There is a 24-hour front desk, but they are often not staffed, so it seems to be a small staff. The breakfast is delicious. It's good value for money, so if you don't want the same level of service as a hotel, it's fine.
