Firstly, I have to say that the service here provided by the staff was fantastic. I can dare say that it’s better than 5-star hotels—they are very present, attentive, patient, enthusiastic and helpful. As someone who barely speaks mandarin and travelling to China for the first time, they really took the effort and time to connect and made sure that we were not lost or confused. For the first time in a long time, I feel like the service staff genuinely care about their guests. The place itself is comfortable—hot water to shower, aircon that works well to fight the heat, daily housekeeping and basic amenities provided. Location is perfect if you are planning to visit Disneyland. To the main city, it’s not that close, but bearable and affordable by taxi. Convenient stores and supermarket is about half an hour by walk. But you can always order in food and drinks on their local app (you can ask the staff to help you if you’re unsure)… there are plenty of options. Some vegetarian too. And if you are ever feeling lonely, there are two residential cats in the main lobby area to keep you company. 🙂 Overall, I would recommend this place to people who are planning to visit Shanghai Disneyland. It’s a gem! Cute architecture too.

這家上海迪士尼民宿真的太棒了啊！室外還有巨大游泳池🏊♀️真的hin乾淨～ 三層的獨棟別墅🏡這也太豪華了 哈哈哈😝 這次我們兩大兩小入住的是星空湖景雙大床房🌃 巨大的落地窗 視野真的很棒呢！ 戴森吹風機、智能馬桶🚽全都是高端的用品～距離迪士尼衹有15分鐘車程🚗，店家還可以專車接送哦！真的太完美了😍～ -

The front desk staff were friendly and kind. My room had a window facing a wall of the building next door, which isn't pleasant for a one-week stay but I wasn't there too often. The cleaning staff were also friendly and attentive and the room was cleaned daily. The big and soft butterscotch cat is a great addition to any hotel and the cafe out front is very popular. The setting overall is lovely. I didn't eat at the hotel but there are several cafes and restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood is great for exploring on foot or by bicycle.

I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

1st floor rooms very noisy. Noise coming from the hotel operation, not from other guest. Can sleep maybe after midnight to 6 AM or so. Too noisy for me, I went out for few days to another place. The courtyard in front of the place is nice. Net connwction so and so, not for real work. Location is silent. Good restaurants need some walking, but not too far. Somewhat difficult to find. They should add a bit better view how to find the place.

family style hostel, hostel to spend a night. family house style. good for this passing traveling. so that the allergic to cats, impossible to stay because it has several. bathroom not very clean. very disorganized house style. when you arrive at the place, weigh to change the handkerchiefs. the location is good for those who need to go to the airport and train . it's close. the metro is also nearby. it has a large park next to the hostel. the person who owns it, solves everything in relation to arriving, getting the WiFi password. regardless of the time you arrive.

To start off, service and cleanliness is exceptional, there’s no place where I have been to with this level of service and cleanliness. They take care of you as an individual (for example, they give advice and tips on where we want to go). They provide absolutely delicious home cook breakfast. Location is perfect if you want to go Disney. 100% will recommend anyone who travels to Shanghai for Disneyland to choose this wonderful home stay. Note: I didn’t take any photos of my room during my stay but I’ve uploaded pictures from their listing m.

設施：茶味房間是在頂樓的雙層房，二樓是兩張床，樓下是衞生間和客廳，還有茶桌和一個小陽台，都打掃的很乾凈。 環境：房子後面就是河，周圍綠化很好，空氣清新。 服務：房東人特別好，有什麼要求都能立刻滿足，在我們到之前就把空調開好了。半夜時有個同伴突然病了，打了電話就立刻過來了。 尊享迪士尼接送服務:房東會根據路況和到達時間推薦第二天的出發時間，而且路上還告訴我們回去時應該怎麼走。

Nice hotel on Chongming Island. Room was simple but comfortable. Heated floor in bathroom was nice during winter. Can access the scenic area through the hotel. Pet friendly. Didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel but the buffet breakfast was ok. Hotel restaurant has lovely views to the lake. Would advise visiting Dongtan Wetland Park about 15 minutes from the hotel.

I required a place close enough to go to Chinaplas Exhibition and this accommodation was in walking distance. Neat bedroom in a rooming style accommodation shared bathroom. Bathroom fan and some doors could use some maintenance as it was noisy and squeaky. Overall not bad if you need a place for a short stay.
