We had an absolutely wonderful morning at the spa! From the moment we arrived, Joanne made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly approach. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helping us get settled and ensuring we felt right at home. We spent three blissful hours in the hydro spa and chillout room, which turned out to be exactly the escape we needed after a hectic few weeks. The hydro spa was so relaxing and offered a perfect balance of soothing jets and warm water to melt away any stress. Every detail felt designed for relaxation, with cozy seating, gentle lighting, and a serene atmosphere that encouraged us to fully unwind. The chillout room was equally inviting, with comfortable loungers and soft music that created a peaceful, calming environment. We could really let go of all our worries and simply enjoy the tranquility. It was clear that the team had put a lot of thought into making the experience feel personal and rejuvenating. By the time we left, we both felt completely refreshed and recharged. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway to escape the hustle and bustle, I couldn't recommend this spa more. With Joanne’s thoughtful care and the beautiful setting, it’s the perfect place to relax and take a well-deserved break. We'll definitely be back for another day of pure relaxation!

Amazing experience!! Came for my birthday present by myself and it was so amazing! The bar& lounge is a great place to hang out and snack in in the daytime- I also had dinner there. Super chill and quiet. Good to people watch. The spa is sooo lush! Came early to look around - have to fill in a client form if you’re getting a treatment. Had a wonderful massage (55 [minute] combo facial and back massage) I wanna say my Masseuse was called Anna or poppy (maybe poppy was the room name) and it was wonderful. Never felt we relaxed in my body physically. Was told to wait an hour before I swam to let the oils and stuff absorb, so I came back after dinner. Swam at about 8:40pm and almost had the pool to myself. Really lovely. Dinner was great!! Had bream and crème brûlée from one of the menus, can’t remember which. Service was amazing. Super considerate and kind. I forgot to ask names of staff! But they were great and seemed to have everything working smoothly even when the place was full!! Breakfast was so lovely and delicious. Both waiters were super kind and got everything to me in good time. Food was delish. Freya at reception was amazing at every part I saw her!! Woohoo!
