Hostels di Oklahoma, United States

Check in is posted for 2 PM. Found facility around 3 pm and checked in only to find the door to “my room” open, warm, and not ready. Called front desk. Person didn’t apologize. She said I would have to come back to lobby to see if they had another room ready or “you mignt have to wait.” I didn’t take this very well. I am a disabled (invisible) American. The front desk person knew that. Lugging my suitcase on carpeting does a number on my back. She did find another room but it caused my back to spasm. Not necessary. Just practice integrity and customer service excellence.

It was decent average hotel clean pool nice employees

The staff wee nice and very accommodate and helpful. The room are big and the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were standard size. Nice clean towels. Have mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. But unfortunately in our room have no coffee bag. Breakfast was small only waffle and juice available. Overall we has a nice stay.

My Husband andi just love it here. Utsav a great location so close to so many stores. Wal mart being my number 1store..

Large room, free parking, no breakfast, pre-authorization is cash, refrigerator, microwave, quiet room, bath water is not very big. WiFi signal can also

I've stayed here many times and never really had a problem accept for this time this morning I woke up and the 1st thing I barely seen was a bed bug crawling on the bed..

Breakfast is not bad, it is far from high speed, sleeping at night is very quiet, others are OK, the location is also very convenient, there are fast food restaurants not far from the surrounding, overall it is OK!
