Our group has a charity lacrosse tournament every year and it was Toronto's turn to host this year. Glad that this hotel is the closest to the TRAC. Conveniently located just off the QEW but no rooms face that busy highway. Rooms either face the atrium (indoor pool) or parking lot. Don't worry about ice machine or elevator noise because there is a thick door that separates the rooms from them. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. And unlike most hoteks there is daily housekeeping without requesting. The in house restaurant/bar has great food (breakfast buffet was especially good. I thought it was pricey but then remembered it was in CAD so the price was quite reasonable). If you want to go out for food many options some walking distance. All employees I interacted with are great and cheery. They even let our large group assemble in the back of the parking lot so we did not disturb other guests. If you need to charge up your Tesla no worries - there are many charging stations. Thank you for everything.

From the warm welcome to the comprehensive self-serve buffet breakfast and everything in between we were most pleased and impressed with our one-night visit. I had requested an accessible room as hubby uses a walker. A roll-in shower with safety bars and a shower seat were much appreciated. The room itself was also near the lobby making for less walking. The room was spacious and bright. Bright lights in the bathroom made for easy makeup application. Love the charging unit on the bedside table with plugs and usb outlets. Also liked that glasses are paper cups with plastic kept to a minimum.

For under $100, my stay included freshly made breakfast and fast internet. I also liked: (1) Heater/AC unit works very fast, and super quiet whether it's low or high fan level: noise level feels like about 30-40dB. (2) There were many bright lamps (800 lumens), 4 USB outlets (2 at bedside, 2 on the desk lamp), 3 wall outlets near the shoe tray, a height-adjustable chair and plenty of desk space for work. (3) Coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer and shower hot water work very fast and quietly (4) Mattress is firm and duvet is light and warm. (5) Blinds and curtains are easy to use and keep lights out (no gaps) at bedtime. (6) Bathtub and hallways are clean and well lit. (7) Breakfast served well by staff. (8) Front hall hot water and coffee machines (regular and decaf) are well stocked. (9) Early check-in and late check-out available. (10) Location is easy to find and parking was easy and close to by. (11) Check-in and check-out process was safe and fast. (12) Front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff are all welcoming. Some items on my wish list: (1) The fridge is too small -- can't put in a 1L bottle water or medium pizza box. (2) The pillows are too soft. Memory foam ones would support my neck better. (3) The lamps use cool daylight colour light bulbs which are really hard on my eyes when I work. I'm used to bright and warm white light bulbs. (4) There is no elevator -- I didn't have luggage carts but my computers + briefcase were heavy.

Easy check in. Called to let them know I was checking in late and they very quickly found my reservation and made a note. When we arrived the process was very streamlined and we were settled in our room with our dog in minutes. My husband had and nice sandwich at the restaurant. I noticed we were close to the elevator and we could hear the sounds slightly but we were not bothered by it once we fell asleep. The walls are well insulated because our dog did not hear sounds enough to make his bark which makes it easier for us to travel with him. Great sleep in comfortable bed with nice pillows and sheets. Extra blanket was great. Lovely bathroom and storage for clothes. Beautiful towels and supplies in bathroom. Nice sized sparkling bath tub. Comfy chair to relax in. Overall great place.

The hotel is so nice and clean and their service is so good.We booked jacuzi room and this is the best stay ever.We enjoyed a lot and jacuzi is the best part in this room.The tub is nice and clean and the water temperature is also good and perfect. We love to go their again.
