So very glad we chose to stay here on our travels between Marseille and Saint Tropez. Picked Hyeres at random and this hotel based on reviews. Beautiful property with easy convenient parking. We were greeted courteously and assisted professionally. Our room was top notch. More spacious than others we encountered and it was well furnished. We were lucky to get a very large (like huge-bigger than my living room at home) outdoor sitting area. It was awesome. We had breakfast delivered and sat outside for a wonderful start to our day. The ****** was a bonus. We played live blackjack with a very patient dealer. We let him know we were not experienced so he slowed the game at first as we we were the only players at the table. As more folks arrived the game sped up. Dinner was superb. The Chef is very talented and his sous chefs are very active. We has an excellent view of the kitchen and were entertained watching them work. The food was terrific. We had the flowered zucchini, salmon, and pasta with truffles. Highly recommend.

Hôtel très calme bien situé une déco soignée des chambres joliment équipé un personnel dynamique,sympathique et surtout professionnel une piscine est à disposition avec des emplacement pour une détente à tout moment pour un rapport qualité prix très intéressant le restaurant La Cigale est a fréquenté impérativement des choix de menus adapté et rechercher un service en salle efficace professionnel et surtout très agréable et sympathique je recommande vivement

Pas forcément facile à trouver , mais il y a un parking. On peut aller à pieds au centre historique. Nous avions une vue sur la piscine (non encore ouverte ). Chambre agréable personnel souriant et serviable, très bon petit dej. La fenêtre ouverte on entend bien les voitures de la rocade, mais très suportable la fenêtre fermée. Il n'y a pas de restaurant, mais nous recommandons chez Guilia, rue Gambetta, qui change un peu des pizzerias et burgers.

Des personnes agréables et accueillantes à l’accueil qui nous ont conseillés pour manger dans un endroit sympa et qui ont même appelé. J’avais oublié mes écouteurs neufs dans la chambre sans m’en rendre compte et l’hôtel m’a appelée pour me dire que la femme de ménage avait trouvé des écouteurs !! Et bien je souligne le sérieux de ces gens et l’honnêteté car je connais des hôtels plus étoilés où je n’aurais jamais récupéré mes ecouteurs alors bravo et merci!!!

We had overall a good stay at the hotel. I would say that I was prepared to the experience as I have had thoroughly read previous critics. We were there with our two children and grand parents for one week: Pros: - locations - indoor pool - lagoon - outdoors - mini golf - connected rooms for family - family atmosphere - gala dinner Cons: - outdated bathrooms- and we tested 3 of them due to room changes because of overbooking ☺️ (I hope they will budget to refurbish the bathrooms as we had really bad smells and the showers were malfunctioning + intermittent cold hot water) - evening buffet could be improved - no attention to details: not super tidy, do not clean tables at the bar - rental bikes not well managed.. we could rent bikes luckily, but half of the parks were flat … was told that it was managed by a third provider… well as a customer, I don’t care who manages it .. if it is advertised it should be managed properly Overall we had a good time, but we will come back when the bathrooms will be redone. And would be great if it could be a bit cleaner.
