I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best western plus Amedia Wien, and the experience surpassed my expectations in several aspects: 1. **Accurate Representation:** The room matched the images provided online, offering a comforting sense of reliability and meeting the expectations set by the visuals. 2. **Friendly and Accommodating Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. 3. **Convenient Location and Transportation Access:** The hotel's location was strategically chosen, providing easy access to transportation hubs. This made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze, contributing to the overall convenience of my stay. 4. **Delightful Breakfast Options:** The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of tasty options. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations, setting a positive tone for each day. In conclusion, my stay at was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The location of the accommodation near Central Station is very convenient, with only a 7-minute walk, cleanliness and spaciousness of the space are commendable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The nearby Italian restaurant Vapiano, it's wonderful that you enjoyed the food there. Overall, a great experience and were pleased with the recommendation from Trip.com.

Hotel is clean. Good and friendly service from reception. Nice hotel lobby with nice decorations. Manage to do a early check in (1plus pm instead of 3pm) after stating in booking request. Location Central Enough but still a 17-18min walk to Luxury Boutique (Chanel/Dior) Parking garage nearby (3min walk) for 24euro/day (get card from hotel) usually price $40euro Paid $10 extra a night for a room with Windows (they highlighted if never pay and upgrade, we will have rooms with windows that can’t be opened) - not complaining but seems like a usual sales Tactic Loved that the hotel got a mini shop/bar at reception that has many simple food and drink items. Not much in room amenities. No slippers or bath ropes or toothbrush etc. Only a simple hand wash and a all-in-one shampoo and body wash in toilet. No bottled water provided. Free wifi, no password required. Will recommend to stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean and nice with pleasant decor. Very good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Central location in central Vienna. Easy to get to various attractions.Grateful that they were able to arrange two rooms for an extra night when we had a rescheduled return trip.

非常好的酒店，個人強烈推薦。 開始還挺擔心的，這個價格在維也納市區真的不算貴，看評價也不都是好評，有點糾結想定另一家貴一倍的酒店，後來為了節約點訂了這家，但給了我很多驚喜。 另外出發前我改過行程，它家在我已經扣款後居然還能順利退款，簡直是我用攜程十年第一次感覺能把錢取回來，覺得很大方。 另外是在我落地維也納機場，被土航搞丟了行李，又冷又煩，又搞不定市內交通迷路了，最後從中心車站打車到的酒店，這樣的前提下，這家酒店的環境和景緻極大的安撫了我的情緒。 首先它很顯眼，綠色的棚頂在附近很醒目。其次我覺得房間足夠大，在我今年住了新加坡香港的小房間之後，甚至覺得巨大。雙床因為我是一個人還好，兩個人的話可能不大喜歡這種拼起來的大床。 環境很好，附近有家好吃的不得了的川菜。在維也納吃兩天麪包你就知道找到一家好的川菜多麼難得了。周天教堂會有禮拜日，注意週六買夠吃的，周天很麻煩，超市都關門。出門右轉五分鐘還有一家不錯的酒窖，可以自己選酒。 交通方面，出門右手邊就是一號線，去中央車站就一站路，挺好找的。 最後，最後一天我才發現房間裏有冰箱，前兩天我都是燒了水放窗外晾好…被自己蠢哭了簡直 總的來説，我會推薦這家酒店給所有盆友

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

Nice hotel, very good breakfast! But there was noises early morning from cleaning hotel staff, so was hard to sleep.

Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was also delicious. Above all, the location is very close to Ausria Centre, only 5 minutes walk. If you want to have a walk around, you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the Danube. Also, very convenient to take metro to the city centre.
