Excellent location. It’s just 30 mins away from airport which is very reasonable, and it’s just next to a mall, where you can spend tour time, eat, or shop for anything you need

I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

I stayed at Tentrem Hotel Jakarta in early December and had a generally pleasant experience. The booking process was done through an online travel agency, and I left a note with some requests. Most hotels tend to ignore such notes, but Tentrem exceeded my expectations by actually addressing them. This attention to detail was impressive and set the tone for a good stay. Check-in and Lobby Experience The check-in process was smooth and quick. The lobby is located on the 6th floor, which means you need to take the elevator twice to access the parking area. While not inconvenient, it's something to keep in mind when navigating the hotel. Room Quality The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. My room faced the neighborhood rather than the main street, ensuring a tranquil stay. This hotel could easily serve as a quiet retreat in the bustling city of Jakarta, combining luxury with peace. However, I did notice some noise from the upper floors, such as conversations and the sound of toilet flushing, which could be an issue if the hotel is fully booked. The only downside in the room was the shower. The water pressure was underwhelming and not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. Dining Experience The dining experience was mixed. Some dishes were excellent, like the Ketoprak, but others fell short. The Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng, which I consider benchmarks for Indonesian-themed hotels, were disappointing. The orange juice was a big letdown as well—sour, bitter, and not the quality you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. However, the variety of food offered at breakfast was good, though the taste and quality didn’t match the standards of competitors like Kempinski, Westin, or Mulia. Facilities I didn’t get a chance to explore other facilities as I was attending an event nearby. However, I’m looking forward to returning and trying them, especially for activities with my 3-year-old. Conclusion Overall, Tentrem Jakarta offers a luxurious and quiet experience, with some room for improvement in food quality and noise insulation. The staff's attention to detail and the peaceful ambiance make it a worthwhile choice for those looking to escape the city’s hustle. While the breakfast and shower pressure fell short of my expectations, I would definitely consider returning to experience more of the hotel’s offerings.

The bathroom condition was quite bad. Wet floor, asked for maintenance. Bt it is still wet. Therefore all towels were used to dry.

Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Center is a new Hotel (Open in June 2024). The hotel is located at Pecenongan, which has a number of legendary eatery such as Bubur Kwan Tung, Lumpia Jakarta and Martabak Pecenongan. The hotel is nice and modern with a touch of luxury. Fun Fact: The Hotel has a number of huge, hugable Teddy Bears all accross the lobby area. When staying at Movenpick Hotels, make sure NOT to miss out on the Signature Chocolate Hour, where they provide complimentary chocolate-themed sweets for the staying guests. The room at Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Center is modern and has a warm tone. The hotel is environmentaly friendly. The Hotel Room Key is made out of wood material (instead of plastic). Moreover, the Toothpaste is stored in tiny paper bag (instead of plastic tube). Breakfast Breakfast at Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Center is VERY SPECIAL. [Persekitaran yang selesa] Terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka seperti Famima, Lawson dan kedai serbaneka tempatan, jadi membeli-belah adalah mudah, tetapi semuanya dibuka sehingga jam 22:00. Selain itu, dilarang memasuki kedai 5 minit sebelum itu. 【Sarapan▲】 Sarapan pagi adalah untuk bahasa Indonesia. Roti, *makanan yang dibakar, sosej, dan lain-lain baik, tetapi ia sangat sesak pada hujung minggu yang walaupun saya pergi pada pukul 7:10, ia adalah 80% kosong. Apabila saya mengisinya, ia bergegas sekaligus, jadi rasanya ia akan habis tidak lama lagi.

The hotel was very nice, the breakfast was amazing. The room was big, very comfortable. The only thing is that every time that I called a grab, I have to pay to the driver, because he had to pay to enter the hotel pick up location.

We booked two Superior Rooms and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Family Suite by the friendly reception staff. We liked the bright and lively vibes of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Harmonie Exchange Mall, with good restaurants. The breakfast spread was nice, with a wide selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay at the Yello Hotel Harmoni!
