PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel, very clean & had everything needed. Love the design and the interior of the rooms, so good to have multiple mirrors! The sea view balcony with the outdoor bed was amazing. Stunning views and a good enough location. Not sure where the private beach was though?!

On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in.
- After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation.
- We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation.
- After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest.
- The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night.
- Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment.
- Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY.
- I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip.
- Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card.
- This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns.
- We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking.
- Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment.
- I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled.
- To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter.
Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂

Llim beilinThe hotel has a fantastic all-inclusive concept, making everything incredibly convenient and relaxing from start to finish. The food selection was plentiful with a good variety throughout the day, and it was nice being able to simply enjoy the facilities without worrying about additional costs all the time.
The highlight of the hotel was definitely the breathtaking sea view. Waking up every morning to the stunning blue Mediterranean waters was simply amazing. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset, and the cliffside setting gives the place a very unique and luxurious atmosphere. Sitting by the sea and enjoying the peaceful surroundings felt incredibly relaxing.

KKatsu LiewGreat location right within the old town, making it super convenient to explore the area on foot. The room had a nice, luxurious feel. While it wasn’t particularly spacious, it was still able to comfortably fit our two large suitcases, which was a plus.
That said, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s a good idea to bring your own earplugs as noise could be an issue.
The room was supposed to come with breakfast, but since we had an early flight the next day, the hotel wasn’t able to make any arrangements for a takeaway or light breakfast. This is definitely an area for improvement. Instead, we were simply told to grab anything available from the café bar, which felt a bit underwhelming.

PPengguna TetamuThe location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect.
The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option.
The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited.
When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open.
The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit
The ensuite fantastic for all needs.
All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

Le personnel sont super souriant, agréable,
Malheureusement le petit dej pas très copieux ( exemple pas de jus que du thé, plus de salé que de sucré )
La piscine est incroyable elle ferme à 00h si je ne dis pas de bêtise
La plage juste à côté, y’a pas mal de chat et de chien qui traîne autour de l’hôtel
Mais je le recommande car j’étais plutôt alaise

KKritagya7Hotel dan kakitangan perkhidmatan adalah luar biasa. Saya sedih kerana saya baru menempah hotel ini untuk satu hari daripada perjalanan 4 hari saya, jika saya tahu lebih awal, saya akan menempahnya untuk keseluruhan perjalanan saya. Jalan-jalan di lokasi ini adalah bahagian terbaik hotel ini, tiada lokasi yang menakjubkan di bahagian lain Antalya. Semuanya berdekatan, termasuk 5 minit berjalan kaki ke pantai Mermerli, 7 minit dari Hadrian's Gate, bazar lama berjarak 5 minit, Menara Jam sejauh 15 minit. Terdapat kolam renang di hotel, bersama-sama dengan sarapan percuma. Pergi untuk itu!!!
