I had a great experience at this hotel. Taylor had great conversation and gave me some amazing recommendations for the area. She’s amazing at her job. Alicia was wonderful to talk to in the morning time in the Bistro. Esthela was so kind and sweet in the hallways of the hotel. Angie was able to to give me all the information I needed for my trip and more. This hotel is highly recommended the people really care!

I get the other reviews. The ladies up here in the office don't put up with no bull, son, for real!! But you should see what they put up with daily!! I commend them for being such strong women! My man and i are between homes, waiting for our place to be ready and, so far, they've been amazing with us. Deanna, the manager, runs a tight ship, boy!! We appreciate that so much!! And Jessica is very professional but kind! And Mrs Dorothy is amazing at her job, too, anmilo90l

I stayed with the Fairfield never a days inn I’m suing your company for using my information and stealing my card information I never stayed in a days in . Thank you I’m going to call my bank and get my refund again you will be going to. Court and I’ll write a million reviews about this

At checkin the girl was on the phone, so we had to wait. But when she had finished she seemed to take a long time to get us checked in. Before we had finished checking in she got another phone call, which she answered without hesitation. Then gave us our room keycards but didn’t bother telling us how to get to our rooms. Figured it out for ourselves. When we got to our room it was very noisy. So we phoned reception and asked if we could change to the quieter side of the building. The receptionist was quick to say no that we would be unable to change rooms. So we decided to go down and see if she could make sure this was the case. Whilst speaking to her face to face she was able to phone her manager and get our room changed. Not really happy to be told originally that we couldn’t move. Though for the rest of our stay everything was good. TownePlace Suites are always consistent for being good quality. Breakfast was good, though it did seem to finish a bit on the early side on the second morning. On the morning of our checkout we were phoned at 10am asking us if we were wanted late checkout even though checkout was 11am. Having stayed in many TownePlace Suites over the years we’ve never been pushed to checkout before. We left feeling a bit let down by the quality of their customer service.

This Microtel is located right off I-80 freeway. It makes it easy to find and to get back on the freeway. Also is nearby Walmart, Denny’s, Starbucks and Chipotle. A affordable hotel with some rooms offering a jacuzzi tub.

I only went to get some sleep it was only good for that. I will not use again the same room located next to stairway very noisy.
