It’s an air B & B. Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me. I booked it here, but they didn’t give the owner any of my details, so the owner couldn’t contact me for check in details at all. I didn’t know it’s an air B&B, I tuned up at the office after hours, only found it’s closed. Then I realized it’s actual address was not the office address, so I went to the apartment, also no one there, of course no one, it’s an airB&B, I was the only one staying that night, luckily I got the owner’s number and rang, warmed you, it’s after 7:30 pm, I was lucky to get hold of her the second time. Then she told me whoever booked the room for me, never give her any details of me. How does that work Trip.com?

Good location. Close to both CBD and Sandy Bay. The kitchenette is very convenient. There was an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans and knives and forks, but no chopsticks. Free internet. Front desk closes at 9 pm, but you can enter and exit multiple doors at anytime with your room card. Free parking space. Luggage storage is available. Let us check in at 12 noon. For sleeping, there is a powerful air conditioner, but only two thin blankets and the mattress is too soft. A$6 for continental breakfast, but you have to fill out a form to order. A$6 for both washing machine or dryer. Free laundry powder or liquid. Wellington Mountain and a corner view of the ocean from your room!

I stayed as a single occupant for a business trip. I didn't need parking and was only staying for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well equipped. I liked the canvas prints of Tasmanian landmarks. While the fan in the bathroom sounded like a cargo plane taking off, it was easily forgiven as it was only needed when having a shower. The toiletries supplied seemed lovely but I only used to body wash and soap - there was body wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, sanitary bag. The bed was comfortable. In the firmer side but I like that. Plenty of comfy pillows. Location was central - the name doesn't lie. I was able to walk easily to many parts of the city. The little details really amplify a stay in a hotel. At Launceston Central it was the fact that there was ear plugs available in the lift. I had forgotten mine and can't sleep without them. Saved me a trip to the chemist!? My biggest regret about my stay is not grabbing the name of the person at reception when I arrived (5:30pm, 14/09). She was personable, authentic and engaging. Employee of the month material. I especially enjoyed her work on a crochet unicorn!!

I would like to give the reception staff Lisa and Karen 10 out of 10 for wonderful service. I was trying to get a bed for one night and rang the hotel as I'd booked on what I thought was their website - I'd booked the wrong night and couldn't change it. Lisa was the lady I spoke to and she very kindly sorted it for me in such a lovely manner. Then when I arrived Karen was on reception and the welcome was warm and friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Personality plus, what an asset! The room was on the small side but comfortable, spotless and had a fabulous view of the city. It is also within walking distance of two theatres, bars and restaurants. A genuine pleasure to stay here, thank you ladies.

Quest Trinity is in a great, convenient location close to the CBD although noise from helicopters attending the Royal Hobart hospital can, at times, be a little intrusive. Beds were comfortable and apartment was well equipped and had everything needed to make your holiday feel like home.

Stayed here in a 2 bedroom unit on our first visit to Hobart. The location is superb. Literally step outside the door right into the Salamanca markets. Great place to stay for walking around the area. Very modern furnishings & well equipped. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms which is a very nice touch. Showers are sooo lovely. So hot & good pressure. Would stay here again for sure.

Great 2 bedroom unit that we used as our base for 5 nights exploring the bottom half of Tassie. Living area isn’t huge and the kitchen is small, however it’s all very functional and works well. Bedrooms and bathroom facilities upstairs with comfy beds and bathrooms are great - fantastic shower pressure. Laundry facilities are good with 5 washing machines and dryers, and you can grab extra coffee, sugar, towels from here also anytime. Didn’t use the pool but it looks great. Parking is easy with parks straight outside your unit doors. Overall, great place to stay, but quite hilly if are wanted to walk into the city.

At first we can't find the reception as the address they gave us was empty. Hv to call the guy to lead us there. The house is 200% fully equipped with all the nitty gritty thing you can't imagine, even a air fryer, band aid..... Clean new n modern. Great value for the price u paid.

We booked the restaurant for a special dinner celebration in May. We were not hotel guests. When I called to book a table, the person who answered the phone was unsure as she had to speak to the chef and she was going to call me back. She did not call me back. So I called again the next day and got a confirmation of a table. When we went to the restaurant, it was so cold we had to keep our coats on the whole time. There was no one in the restaurant. The appetiser and dessert were excellent but the main was below par. After appetiser, the waitress who was the receptionist, just dropped 2 sets of cutlery for the next course on our table.I felt like we were at a cheap dining place. Service was poor. I’m sure the rooms are excellent.

Good size rooms. Bathroom was dated but clean. Great kitchen well equipped. Great clean guest laundry. BBQ area. Close to path for walk around water, Don’t rely on google to get you there. Sent us to another address, the lovely man said it happens all the time and happily gave us directions blabbing “MrGoogle” great stay
