We booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university. They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere. The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though. I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs) The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.

Great location with mall over the road which has a delicious Greek restaurant called Golden Olives. Breakfast was not very good, omelettes were OK but not much choice of rest. Small Play area across from restaurant which the children enjoyed Apartment was nice and spacious, beds were a little harder than we are used to

This is the landmark of the Xiamen city. View is superb and neighbourhood is nice with Lot of young people. I booked High Rise apartment but for some reason I got apartment in lover possible level. It’s more than 50 floor high building but I got room in 18th floor. As well room size was Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.

設施整體是由房地產項目和物業改建成公寓酒店，面積較大，入住空間較好，但是地點比較偏，不建議臨時決定和在漳州遊玩進行訂酒店，但如果你想去天柱山和長泰漂流這兩個景點遊玩，那麼這家酒店會是一個非常棒的體驗，8月11號凌晨夜班的小姐姐人真的超級好，服務態度和服務質量沒得説，真誠並且能夠設身處地的為顧客考慮，那一天的夜班經理也非常通情達理，8月12號早上的餐廳廚師大叔人也很好，幫助和體諒顧客的難處，非常感謝她們，給予凌晨2:00多才到酒店的我們重要的幫助！ 儘管在地點和設施上有不盡人意的地方，但是真誠有優秀的酒店服務人員可以給你温暖的入住體驗！

國慶期間，老闆比較忙，但是民宿的住宿環境還是不錯的，房間就可以看到海灘，去海邊方便，老闆還可以提供抓皮皮蝦的工具，雖然因為時間關係，我們沒來得及體驗，但總體還是好評！

Great view. No problem communicating with the apartment owner but the results weren't satisfactory. As can be seen from the photos, there was a broken door latch to the outside air conditioning unit. When I reported this was letting cold air in. The answer I received was that it wouldn't be cold tonight (this is still winter). Then given the options of look for other accommodation or other room. This is 3 o'clock in the afternoon and unpacked. Checked out the other room but too much trouble to pack Ended up using a chair to keep closed. If I was given the latch and a spanner/ screwdriver, I could have replaced it in 2 minutes. It is a simple latch used on electrical/industrial panels. If you don't maintain things they turn to poo.

Very good service by apartment manager who showed us to our room and even helped to arrange to change room and additional booking for 2nd night! We booked a different room for the 2nd night with an amazing view! Absolutely love our stay here. Super clean and also, very near to shopping mall and a convenience store downstairs! Will definitely book this again when we visit Xiamen next time!!! ☺️☺️☺️ 公寓经理的服务非常好，带我们到房间，甚至还帮忙安排换房和额外预订第二晚！我们第二晚预订了另一间房间，景色很棒！非常喜欢我们在这里住的时光。超级干净，而且离购物中心和楼下的便利店非常近！下次我们去厦门时一定会再次预订这家酒店！！！☺️☺️☺️

My Airbnb experience was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze. 環境：地理位置絕了，雖然比平常價翻翻了，但是在房間陽台就能看到美景，絕了，晚上還能聽到海浪聲 服務：凌晨四點多有人放煙花，被吵醒了，還趕上看日出了 設施：就是睡一晚，要求不高，床墊適中不難受 衞生：早上上廁所才發現洗手池下方排水管那有個煙頭沒打掃乾淨
