Definitely recommended. Friendly service. I was allowed to check in early. I liked the decoration, tiles in a Portuguese style. Super clean. Everything is new. The sheets are beautiful. Maybe the bed was too hard, but I personally don’t mind that much. Great location: lots of restaurants. Near a fresh market and near a lot of sights.

What set the hotel apart was its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. In conclusion, my stay at the was wonderful. It stands out not just for its beautiful facilities and prime location, but for the warmth and hospitality of its staff. I left feeling refreshed and with fond memories that will beckon me to return.

Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.

I am a filipino, and the hotel is filipino friendly. The girl at the front desk was just okay but not that hospitable. The room was small but it was clean. The boy was very accommodating and kind. The trip was awesome.
