張家界風景太美了，最驚喜的還是住宿，選的地方特別滿意，別墅藏在山林間，環境安靜舒適，傍晚時候看晚霞特別美，觀景視野超好，房間也很滿意，設施嶄新維護的很好，沒有損壞，床墊很柔軟質量很高，睡着很舒服。

Отличный отель! Чисто, красиво, номера просторные, а вид на горы просто вау😍. Персонал очень приятный, всегда помогают. Завтраки вкусные, есть из чего выбрать, хозяйка готовит лично. Удобное расположение — всё рядом. Есть домашние животные с которыми можно поиграть! С удовольствием вернулись бы ещё👍
P.S. У отеля есть своя продукция, нам очень понравилась!

Excellent stay!
The apartment is new, clean, and in an excellent location close to the bus station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The owners were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. They kindly allowed me to check out late at 3:15 PM without any extra charge. I felt very comfortable during my stay and highly recommend this place!
One small suggestion: it would be great to provide a WeChat or WhatsApp number for faster communication, especially for foreign guests who don’t speak Chinese.

非常非常滿意，不想聞煙味的都來住，房間乾淨完全沒有三手煙殘留的味道，強烈推薦，在長沙能找到一家完全禁煙的民宿真的太難得了，之前在長沙定過四星酒店空氣都很渾濁。老闆人很好，會幫忙拿行李，房間一次性洗漱用品都很齊全，還準備了一次性浴巾，很驚喜。難怪叫鳥日子，原來真的養了小鳥，可可愛愛捏！位置到麓山南路步行五分鐘，但是是小路有點難找，但是這個價格這個環境，位置難找這個小缺點完全瑕不掩瑜，體驗非常好，下次回母校玩還會選這家。

We stayed here to be close to Tianmen. We watched the Tianmen Mountain Fairy Fox show in the evening. Didi was available here. The fare was around 10 yuan. However, at the end of the show, taxi drivers demanded 30 yuan for the return. We paid 20 yuan.
The villa is located in a gated and guarded residential area. No eateries nearby. A simple bowl of noodles was included for breakfast. It was good. Our only issue was guests who smoke in the lobby and in their rooms with the doors open. The smoke filled up the whole corridor and stairway. Our room was located on the 4th floor. No elevator in the hotel.

Food was great. Friendly staff. Nice environment and fresh air. Spatious apartment. Good hiking opportunities but a bit difficult to navigate. A map of nearby hiking trails and suggestions for routes would be useful!

設施跟新床鋪都非常乾淨，用的牙膏，牙刷，梳子，沐浴用品都是比較好的。#衞生超級乾淨都是嶄新的#位置交通交通比較便利#服務一定要誇誇小姐姐的服務，真的超級好。我們當天晚上自助燒烤都是提前生火，還給我們打開了KTV，還可以使用他們的一次性碗筷，真的太感動了。第二天早上下完雨春筍也漏頭了小姐姐砍完竹筍還給我們送了好多，真的好好吃。#早餐早餐很好吃，還貼心的給寶寶準備了小童餐#房間景觀房間觀景真的是絕美270度的玻璃窗，映入眼簾的是一片綠色的竹林，微微下着細雨，那感覺真的簡直不要太爽，還可以在露台上吃早餐，或者是午餐可以免費點外賣，小姐姐會送到房間裏啊，真的太好了。

4家出行，玩的特別開心，房子裏有温泉池，廚房可以做飯，我們自己做飯，吃玩都很好，客服姐姐人特別好，訂房前後打了好多電話都是很有耐心解答，起床晚了，推遲退房也特別熱情的説要我們別急，下次有機會還會入住。唯一遺憾忘了拍照

老闆人很好，特別熱心腸，為我們詳細規劃了旅遊行程，這簡直是初來韶山遊客的福音！離開韶山時，老闆娘親自開車送我們去高鐵站，贈送了精緻的伴手禮，就好像在與朋友道別。這家民宿真真切切地做到了賓至如歸。[愛心][愛心][愛心]

SSanyiThe service was impeccable, truly excellent. I added her on WeChat beforehand, so I could ask her anything. She even provided a pick-up and drop-off service from the station once. Breakfast was delivered to the villa at my requested time and was quite delicious. The environment was also lovely, surrounded by green trees and mountains, all within a villa area. Taxis could be called right to the door, so it was quite convenient. There was even a mahjong machine, although it wasn't the standard Hunan mahjong set with the red, green, white, and wind tiles. It's perfect for two or three families or team building activities. The downstairs room seems to have been converted from a mahjong room. The price was very reasonable, but the facilities were somewhat lacking. The air conditioner was quite noisy and not very warm, and the TV would automatically turn back on even when turned off 😂. If the facilities were better, a slightly higher price would be acceptable.

GGuest UserThe stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and bright, a standard villa, and very clean with no odor. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, making the stay safe and comfortable. When visiting scenic spots, Xiao Xiang, the housekeeper, could even help plan routes for free. Xiao Xiang handled everything perfectly. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay and would definitely come back again. I would also recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserI booked accommodation at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park during the National Day holiday. The guesthouse was located near the East Gate of Wulingyuan City. The hotel owner personally picked me up and drove me back to the hotel in the evening. The next morning, when I went to the South Gate of the park, he also drove me there early in the morning. I was very grateful for his extra help. The hotel was quiet at night, and the owner's wife personally prepared breakfast the next morning, which was convenient for tourists.
