You can check-in easily by yourself through the device at the reception. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including pots, pans, measuring cups, a cheese grater, plates, bowls, a kettle, and even a coffee maker. Cleaning supplies are located outside the room and can be accessed using the door card. Bed sheets and dish soap can be requested from housekeeping at any time. Checking out is easy; simply drop your card into the mailbox at the front office and click the checkout button via the email you received. Overall, it was excellent and very impressed!!

Loved the hotel! Underneath the hotel, you had a supermarket and a drugstore, which was amazing. Over the hotel you had a train station that would go directly into the city center, which was amazing as well. The hotel was so clean amazing beds the kitchen have everything amazing shower!!!! The breakfast was good as well. I recommend the pancakes :) From the first of the sixth floor up they had special rooms with fun activities. They had a library, a gym, game room, they even had a cinema which was so fun! overall would recommend and come again!!!!

Aufenthalt leider eher grenzwertig gewesen. Frühstück für den geforderten Preis wirklich qualitativ und quantitativ schlecht. Mal gab es nur Äpfel als Früchte, mal nur Paprika als Gemüse.. Das Rührei schmeckte gar nicht, es war eine riesen Masse gewesen. Kaffeevollautomat (ein einziger) für teils volles Restaurant, Wartezeiten einkalkulieren! Qualität des Kaffees eher mau, da von der Sorte schnell Brühen da viele warten. Orangensaft war während der 5 Tage Aufenthalt immer nur mit AUS gekennzeichnet gewesen, scheint Nachschubprobleme zu geben..... Dieses Buffet war das Geld überhaupt nicht wert gewesen. Nun ja, Rezeption, schnell den Gast abhandeln, Zimmer an sich gut mit Safe, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Tassen und wenig Geschirr. Bad ausreichend gross, Bett bequem. Negativ am Zimmer: Verdunklungsvorhänge nur pseudo, mit den ersten Strahlen der Sonne wird man wach. Wunsch nach ruhigem Zimmer war am Ende Strassenlage gewesen, obwohl vorher mehrfach per Email bzw. am CheckIn angefragt wurde. WLAN stabil. TV Programm gut. Klimaanlage heizte sehr gut, aber leider das Kühlen ging gar nicht, daher mit offenem Fenster geschlafen da ansonsten viel zu warm. Das negative Highlight war: Zimmerreinigung aller 7 Tage!! Kein Handtuchwechsel, kein Müll raus, nothing, dies ist so gewollt von dieser Einrichtung. Empfand ich als unangebracht. Lage zur SBahn 5-10 Fussminuten, Bushaltestelle 2 Fussminuten entfernt. Insgesamt für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis was geboten worden war, nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

It’s completely virtual check in. I was having an issue since I booked on trip but when I called, the receptionist was very helpful and got me checked in and helped me find my room. There is no breakfast or amenities but the room is large and has typical apartment things. This was my 2nd stay.

公寓式酒店佈置非常温馨，在裏面如果有做飯需求的話會很方便。因為是早上到達的航班，工作人員非常nice讓我提前辦理了入住。距離安聯很近看球的話很方便！但距離瑪麗亞廣場就稍微遠一些，好在這邊走路到地鐵站非常近。地鐵站周圍有超市和餐廳，很方便。

Spacious and clean rooms with a bathtub. No complaints, except that the room cleaning service was too late on my last day to be ready in time for my departure.

We loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!

Останавливалась на время фестиваля. Отличный отель с завтраками. Хочу отдельно отметить сотрудника ресепшена, который заселяет ночью, наверное, это единственный отель с круглосуточной стойкой ресепшена. Очень доброжелательный мужчина, с ним даже просто интересно пообщаться. После фестиваля произошел небольшой казус (уже после выселения), но он вошел в наше положение, разрешил посидеть в холле, налил чай, просто пообщался🤗 единственное, не хватало тапочек в отеле, в остальном вопросов нет. Номер хороший, бесплатно две бутылки воды и два пива😁 чай, кофе в номере, есть балкон
