The cleanliness and comfort of this hotel raise significant concerns. During our room inspection upon check-in, we discovered someone's fake eyelash stuck to the wall and a stray strand of hair on the bedsheet. Clearly, the housekeeping was not performed meticulously. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit, situated right next to the bed, emitted loud noise and frequently switched between fan and cool modes, causing annoyance. The pillows provided were practically non-existent, being extremely flat and offering no support whatsoever. We also had to endure a constant beeping sound from the dishwasher, despite reporting it to the front desk and being assured that a technician would investigate—yet no one arrived. As a result, our rest was severely compromised. Adding to the inconvenience was, the room lacked a telephone, necessitating a trip to the front desk for any needs. Additionally, essential toilet amenities were absent, except for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a minuscule bottle of moisturizer. The absence of bedroom slippers was compounded by a dusty floor. It is perplexing how the hotel's website claims that ”Mint House combines the classic comfort of home and the modern luxury of a hotel...” considering these circumstances. Furthermore, with the exception of one female staff member during check-out and Joshua, who works in the fitness area, the front desk staff were generally unapproachable.

Never again, the only thing I liked was a lovely cleaning lady. The room was wrong, very money-grabbing hotel, do not complain as may as well talk to a brick wall. The room had poor quality in places, and loud noise was random in the bedroom felt was sleeping on a hard floor and then a bed, my friend who came to visit said the roller bed was awful. Sofa beds would question hygiene as usually they open up and you do not sleep in the seating area. Nothing really there, no restaurant. Just not a hotel like we have in the Uk. When things go wrong that is when you see what a place is all about, My Daughter got food poisoning outside the hotel, yes they were helpful when asked but to come back to sick and still left after was told it was there, even the next day had to sort. No one asked how we were etc, that shows you are just a payment and nothing else. So now doing some more research on a better place.Oh yeah, hardly any kitchen stuff, 2 mugs , 2 plates, 3 people , 1 bar soap.

Service was very friendly. The location awesome!!! Maps and amenities in the hotel perfect… my room I love it! Everyday when I came back it was all clean and warm (very cold outside) We rented 3 different room and we all had a great time in New York. The hotel was also very safe as we travel 3 women and 3 youngsters. LOVE.

Excellent location and a great place to stay! The apartment is clean, modern and very spacious! We were skeptical at first with the app-based service but wow, the app is actually decent. We’ve got an instant reply 24/7 - no issue. Wi-Fi works well. Most reviews mentioned about the loud noise outside the apartment. The construction still going on during our stay but but we find it normal in NYC and it doesn’t bother our sleep. One thing though is that there’s no live TV here but you can login to your TV streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. We had an amazing time staying there and will definitely return.

Beautiful waterfront views out the two walls of glass windows of our 3 bedroom corner suite. Coffee shop onsite with a delicious restaurant attached to the lobby. Two other coffee shops across the street. Grocery store is 2 blocks away which made eating in our suite easy. Ping pong table, other games in that room and gym were such a nice add. Nice decor, clean and vibrant feel. Can easily go for a run right next to the water. Battery park with Statue of Liberty a 4 min walk. Red line is 2ish blocks away. Two other lines also close. Would highly recommend! Hard to find multiple room suites in NYC. Worth a very penny.

The Sonder team were really helpful, friendly and attentive. The apartment was excellent for my long stay for business. Really good kitchen, desk and enough space to feel that you were not stuck in a box. The location was close to the subway and a range of restaurants that made it really easy to get around or get a meal if I was late. Excellent stay.

This hotel tries to be different to other hotels and it is. We had a larger room which was ok be it sparsely furnished. The hotel and rooms are very worn out. Badly scuffed floors and furniture, dangling cables, signs missing, poorly working electronic door and lift locks, etc. You get the picture. That is ok given the price, but the room was dirty which is inexcusable for a hotel. You have to request cleaning through the app and it is $50 a shot. I attached a photo of the state of clean socks within minutes of walking in the room. There are few amenities, really only a sparsely furnished roof terrace. One of my biggest gripes is that the tiny Gym (2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 x-trainer and some weights and cable machine all squeezed together) only opens at 7:30 am making a pre-work workout impossible. Overall the hotel was just OK, but I will for certain not return.

The location for Court Square is great. In addition to Manhattan, it's easy to access other Burroughs i.e Brooklyn, Queens, and Flushing. It's conveniently located across from the subway station. You are 10min away from midtown/uptown. There's a person working the lobby to help you with any issues in addition to security. There's also a cabinet in the lobby for any essentials in the unit I.e toilet papers, towels, etc. The down side is there's a lot of construction going on in LIC. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would come back again. Thanks.
