I stayed at Placemakr Wall Street for 3.5 weeks and absolutely loved it. Having a true apartment-style space in NYC for an extended stay makes a huge difference. It felt like having a real home base, not just a hotel room. The staff were incredibly helpful while still allowing me the privacy and autonomy of a luxury NYC apartment building. Everything was easy and seamless from start to finish. Communication by text was efficient and convenient, and they were always immediately responsive. The unit itself was thoughtfully and efficiently designed with tons of storage and plenty of usable space. It never felt cramped. Having a large, modern, and free laundry facility on site was a major bonus, along with the full kitchen and dining area and a well-equipped gym. They even helped facilitate shipping packages after I had already checked out, which speaks volumes about their level of service. I will absolutely be back. I recommend Placemakr for anyone visiting NYC, but especially for longer stays or groups who want space, flexibility, and comfort without sacrificing service.

I booked this apartment on Trip.com over a month in advance. It's in an excellent location in Manhattan, right by Times Square, on 49th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. You just turn the corner downstairs and you're in the bustling Times Square. It's also very close to Rockefeller Center and Central Park. There's a subway station downstairs with several lines passing through, and other subway and bus lines nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The lobby has a 24-hour front desk, so it feels very safe. They thoughtfully provide a variety of free tourist brochures at the entrance for guests. There are also all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. I booked it for over 1600 RMB a night (during peak season in July), which is a fantastic deal for this prime, expensive location next to Times Square. The room was very clean, about 20 square meters, and had a small kitchen. It was fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, oven, and even pots and pans, allowing us to cook simple Chinese meals. The only downside was the old-fashioned window air conditioner, which was a bit noisy. I stayed for 5 nights and was quite satisfied. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to New York.

Location is great, the rooms are tight, toilets clean. Its a deal for this price point just temper your overall expectations to what has been presented. Basically it works!

It's within walking distance. The property market part of a complex building is more like an apartment, but the elevator requires a password to go to the corresponding floor, which is quite safe.

We knew that we had to register. Uploading passports and credit cards was considered to be self-check-in. After all this was completed, we got the password. Building, The elevator was very smooth, but the room could not enter. It was already more than 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. The long-distance plane was very tired. Contact customer service at the door of the room. The customer service responded quickly. I know that the domestic customer service is a microphone, but I can experience the service is still timely. The hotel's requirements are very strange. Thinking that the password they provided is correct, it must be our operation problem, encountering this kind of emergency, the best and fastest solution should not be to change a room? It was not until I proposed this plan that I finally solved it. The bed in the changed room was small, the room rate was different, and Trip.com also refunded it in time. Fortunately, I booked from Trip.com. If I booked directly with the hotel, the language problem and other factors are more difficult to communicate. The room itself is not bad, the mattress is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dishwasher. It is very close to the uncle, but there is no one to do hygiene during the stay, and there is no service staff. It is very troublesome for people with language difficulties.
