buat harga segini sudah termasuk good, kasurnya nyaman bgtt, viewnya bagus, bisa turun ke mall langsung, tp kalo mau stay di sini jgn lupa bawa handuk, sabun, shampo, sikat gigi, odol & hairdryer sendiri yaa😃🙏🏻 karna ini hitungannya sewa apart, room only jadi belum di siapin amenities nya

Ascott Waterplace Surabaya was a lovely stay. We were delighted with the room - quiet, clean, spacious with a well appointed kitchen. Water dispenser was nice as well as the washer/dryer. Nice view and comfortable bed. Reception staff professional and welcoming at all times. Cafe adjoining lobby has some nice drink and food treats at favourable prices. Restaurant and breakfast options were fresh and sufficient with polite staff and plenty of available seating inside and out. Pool and recreation areas were extensive and well maintained with facilities suited to all ages and abilities. Only small gripe was that bathroom towels looking tired, in need of replacing and car park procedure could be more simplistic, otherwise a great stay and we look forward to another stay in near future.

Pertama kali booking di Orchard yg studio dg tambahan extra bed, lalu katanya ada gangguan listrik sehingga dipindah ke Tanglin upgrade ke **R tanpa biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat strategis karena menempel Pakuwon Mall. Selebihnya cukup saja. Room cukup kecil. Host-nya komunikatif dan dapat ditelpon. Proses ambil kuncinya (kartu akses lift dan pintu mailbox, kunci kamar, kartu parkir) di mailbox dan parkirnya memang membingungkan kalau tidak diterangkan. Untung Host kasih foto2 dan penjelasan serta siap jawab kalau ditelpon.

It's surprising very comfortable, big room, good size, with double floor division. The room upstairs is also sound proof, totally couldn't hear the sound from outside once the room is closed

Penjelasan untuk pengambilan kunci dan parkir sangat jelas. Owner ramah. Tiap ruangan ada ac dan hot waternya joss.. Cuman sayang ada kebocoran di kamar mandi yang berasal dari lantai atasnya. Jadi lumayan mengganggu. Disediakan handuk juga. Dibawah sofa bed harap dibersihkan. Dan tempat jemur handuk nya waktunya dibuang. Udah copot copot

Ok for overnight, nothing flash very small, has a kitchen owner gives the impression they're much better than everyone else, was judgemental of my husband's look, told me to tell security that I own the apartment so obviously not supposed to rent nightly. Bed was comfortable and suited our needs for stop over, right in the shopping mall which includes Pizza Hut, supermarket, and much more on several levels.
