The room is super clean, big .. Friendly staff. The selected room is SUITE 2 bedroom type, very suitable for families. Check in and check out process is also fast.
I happened to get room number 1111 and 1211. So access to the room can be from the 11th floor and 12th floor.
the upper floors (12) and lower (11) suite room type is connected by stairs in the room. This is not the mezzanine yes. It is a combination of 2 rooms, so the upper room has a door, a bathroom, a separate mini refrigerator. So is the downstairs separate bathroom and mini refrigerator.
downstairs(11)there is a sofa and a dining table.basically fully equipped.the air conditioner is very cold because there are 2 air conditioners downstairs.jd although the room is large,the cold temperature is still well supplied.
1st floor (Lobby) is Parigie Coffee & Pastry, Indomaret. 2nd floor is Food Station, House of Wok. So no need to be confused for culinary.
Lift access is also fast because it is different for the broken and odd floors. So it's really comfortable without having to wait long for the elevator.

Stay with family here. The apartment is clean, the facilities are cool, the location is also strategic to go anywhere near. Recommended! Next time I go to SBY, I want to stay here again.

Good experiences anyway. This is a kind of daily cost. But because it's new, it's very clean. The bed is quite comfortable, the air conditioner is perfect cold, the hot water can be adjustable. The bathroom is also very clean because it's new. The new thing is that I forgot to swipe the mirror and clothes hangers/towels ... hehehe ... only minus 1, the car parking slot is very small, you can only get on 2-3 cars. But it's no problem, next time you go to Malang, you can come back again ...

The service was excellent, and the overall experience was very good. However, the housekeeping process was somewhat questionable; the cleaner first cleaned the toilet bowl without wearing gloves, and then proceeded to handle the towels and duvets, which made me quite uncomfortable.

AAnonymous UserOk for overnight, nothing flash very small, has a kitchen owner gives the impression they're much better than everyone else, was judgemental of my husband's look, told me to tell security that I own the apartment so obviously not supposed to rent nightly. Bed was comfortable and suited our needs for stop over, right in the shopping mall which includes Pizza Hut, supermarket, and much more on several levels.

GGuest UserThe check in procedure was not efficient and meant we had to wait for several hours for a member of the team to come and check us in. The office kept putting the phone down as they did not speak English but would also not WhatsApp to arrange check in. A lady on the front desk for the hotel assisted in translating. Once checked in all was fine. Gym good also. Deposit of 200k, returned at check out.
