My child fell sick during our stay and the staff has been extremely helpful and caring. Our room attendant Tushar Sharma was especially kind, and even made my child a towel figure and left a nice note. We love the staff and the food here. Thank you everyone and Tushar and Aakash from the waitstaff.

V Friendly helpful staff … super clean rooms ultra comfortable beds.. so spacious and kept nicely . Overall great experience wonderful tree top views from my room (601)… totally recommend oakwood to all ! I was here on a solo trip and felt welcomed and safe the entire stay 😃….. so I wud say Solo or with family or even girl gang oakwood is just perfect

The apartments are poorly maintained and the property is beginning to show its age. The staff try and make up for the poor property quality with excellent service, but the rooms could do with a major makeover

Stayed at this service apartment type property for the first time. The property is very well maintained and the staff is fairly courteous except the those at reception. I found them to be not very efficient. They have two newly opened Restaurants . Had food in one of the Restra n it was fairly tasty. The Breakfast was included in the Tariff however serving the same in the room only is not at all a good idea. In a place like Mumbai with severe space constrains having a huge Bath tub in the shower room is not at all a good idea . Over all a good experience except for the minor observations made above. Am sure the ***agement will look into it as there are a large no of service apartments around the place and in the present times of stiff competition.
