What can I say? From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. They even offered us coffee from the breakfast floor when we asked about good coffee spots nearby, and kindly let us use their machine. It was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s location is fantastic—just minutes from Mestre and only 5 minutes from a supermarket, with some great dining options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and to top it all off, they surprised me with a lovely birthday note and a bottle of prosecco. It really set the tone for our trip—a perfect start to our time in Venice!

Oriana Homèl is an absolute gem! It’s hard to pick out one fine attribute since everything is so excellent. It’s not possible to find a better location either. Located in the historic part of Verona; Oriana is positioned on a quiet street a few blocks away from the Arena, great shopping and fine restaurants. The apartments are nicely appointed with comfy beds, great air conditioning and large bathrooms. The staff is super helpful as well. If we come back to Verona someday, Oriana will be our first choice for lodging. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful visit!!!

Wonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat. Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast. The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel. Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.

Ho soggiornato in famiglia presso questa struttura dal 17 al 21 agosto, e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo in particolare grazie alla disponibilità e cordialità di Matteo. Grande attenzione alla pulizia delle stanze e alle misure di sicurezza anti Covid. Vi è inoltre la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito e un’altra grande comodità è garantita dalla fermata del tram diretto per Venezia collocata a poca distanza dalla struttura.

Amazing, friendly staff!! They overwhelmed us with their kindness and their Helpfulness. We were looking more than just for a hotel room because we were in Cortina to ski for the week and this place was perfect! The kitchenette made it fast and convenient to feed the kids before we left all day. Bunk beds in the second bedroom is an absolute must instead of the pull out sofa, extra storage for all our luggage and ski Clothes made this way more enjoyable than 2 Queens across the street at their hotel. Across the street you do get access to the spa, pool and full Breakfast if you choose. Not to mention the location couldn’t have been better! Walking distance to shopping, bars, and restaurants. We only pulled our car out to drive to the different mountains. Hands down this checked all the boxes.

Recently returned from a weekend trip to Verona, the room allocated was in a good walking location to the main arena area and town. The room was extremely spacious well presented and equipped. The Reception staff were very friendly and provided good advice in helping us explore this beautiful city. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Muy buen lugar para qued**** durante la estancia en Venecia, limpio, acogedor, personal muy amable y atento. Los desayunos son muy buenos y las camas cómodas, además apenas hay ruido, osa que se agradece cuando llegas para descansar. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Si vuelvo a Venecia me alojaré de nuevo aquí.

Giudecca is the perfect location to explore Venice. The view of the city is exceptional both at day and nighttime. The neighbourhood has a very authentic atmosphere as it is home to many locals whom you can encounter in the shops (some excellent bakeries and a little supermarket just around the corner) and the numerous seafront restaurants. The apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated and functional. It really feels like home from the very start. The only negative thing to mention is the rather cumbersome procedure to open the main entry door as well as the flat itself on arrival. The openow app requested doesn't work properly and we had to call the hotel for help. We were promptly given a 4-digit code which allowed all of us to easily access the house and flat. An app might not even be needed if this were adopted as common practice. We would return to Al Redentore any time if back in Venice!

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Better than extremely good ! We went for 2 nights in Lords of Verona without any real idea of where we went since we booked it 1 hour before going there. I cannot find any other words than ”Exceptional”. We are perfectly placed in the center near a very nice ”Piazza dei Signori” in Verona. The decoration is pure Italian design and beds are really really comfortable. The receptionist were all more than welcoming up to the extreme. Very friendly and sincere, they gave us extremely good adresses in Verona. They even prepared a special attention to my wife and brother in law since it was their birthday. This kind of attention is the difference between a 5 and what this place is really : 5 stars ++++. We came only 2 nights but without any doubt, we will come back. Thanks a lot for not being only good, but just excellent !

Нам все очень понравилось! Современные комфортные апартаменты в нереально удобном по расположению месте - 5 минут от Арены! Уборка каждый день, шампуни подкладывают, полотенца меняют, если положить их на пол. Есть мини-кухня, плита, микроволновая печь, холодильник, ежедневно ставят 2 маленькие бутылочки с водой. На ресепшн работают очень приятные сотрудники. Из небольших минусов : были проблемы с сейфом, два дня подряд он не открывался, выдавал ошибку, хотя код мы вводили верно, когда к нам приходили, чтобы его починить, оказывалось, что он открывается обычным стандартным кодом (т.е. его мог открыть любой сотрудник просто так). Ну, и немного завышена была стоимость на новогодние праздники, но тут все понятно :) В целом, очень рекомендую!

Heartily recommend this hotel for comfort, the warmth of all the staff at reception, over breakfast, those cleaning the rooms. Has a striking interior style with its own distinctive trademarks. Excellent value. Breakfast was really good. Spacious, clean rooms. Well located for the city landmarks. A faultless experience. Will recommend to others and if back to Verona it is here i will be staying.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Horrible staff, dirty apartment, terrible service, didn’t have most of the things that they said they did on the website. Pictures on the site are one big lie. We are here for 10 days due to a summer school in Verona, our showers did not have any warm water and was freezing cold. We went down every day to ask for it to be fixed. They would fix it after some very unfriendly looks but it would be broken again within 5 minutes. We had to go down every day to ask for stuff to be fixed, on day 5 they said a technician would come but it did not work or did not come (for we were out so never saw anyone). We asked them multiple times to change our apartments but they lied to us that there were no other rooms free. While on the site you could still book multiple rooms for those days. On day 6 they finally just gave us another apartment (smaler than the one we paid for) but still we had to go down every day now to get stuff fixed. Our balcony door got stuck we called them to come fix it for we had stuff on the balcony. The man came in did not apologized for anything (during our entire stay did not hear one sorry) asked us in the rudest way “what do you need” and then climbed through our window to grab our stuff of the balcony. Not gonna lie that was very funny but the door is still not fixed. So no more balcony. My friends are also writing reviews they have more on the apartment so read those Before you want to book here. I wouldn’t. The place is way to expensive for what state that it’s in. I know i want my money back for we did not get what we paid for at all. Quick little summary: moldy bathrooms, a lot limescale in the shower head, dirty floors, broken doors, broken hob, microwave broke down then the fridge, terrible staff, place stinks, no hot water, do not have any customer service skills, things barely work, didn’t provide with stuff listed on the website. Pls do not stay here.
