1. Cleanliness
- We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service.
2. Location
- City center, easily accessible to all attractions
- We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day
3. Service
- They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special.
- We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info.
4. Amenities
- No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.

Apto limpo, todo climatizado (ar condicionado central). Possui 2 quartos, desse modo é preciso compartilhar o banheiro e cozinha. Isso não foi um grande problema, conseguimos utilizar o banheiro sem muitas dificuldades. Banheiro limpo e funcional. Quarto bem grande com camas grandes. Localizaçao boa para fazer os pontos turisticos à pé. Unico incoveniente foi ter que fazer o check in em outro endereço.

We had a great stay. Very spacious, renovated and clean apartment in a quieter location but easy walk to main attractions and train station. It has everything we need including a heated clothes rack which was very handy. We had a great stay for 2 nights.

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide”
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.

The apartment is located near Venezia Mestre Railway Station, with a superior location and convenient transportation. It is a 5-minute walk to Mestre Railway Station. Opposite the apartment building, there are buses 2, 7, and 7E to various attractions in Venice; there are large supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, McDonald's, etc. nearby to meet your daily life and dining needs. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort in all seasons.

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, nice 2 bathrooms and kitchen is fully equipped with condiments, dish washer and oven. The room also has a big balcony which is very nice. Katherina was helpful with helping us with our requests. Taking the bus outside from hotel to venice station was a bit further than expected however it is a direct bus to venice so it is good.

Our stay at Dimora Capuleti was good. The service was great , helped us when needed. Our room was perfect, it was clean and luxury looking. We always had hot water , clean towels and the room was very spacious. Would highly recommend this and would stay here again :)

Es un sitio increíble, la pena fue que tenían el hotel solo ocupado por nosotros y otra pareja, pedimos que nos pusieran en una habitación del siguiente piso y nos dijeron que estaba lleno...
Que como sabíamos que estaba vacío ? Pues la habitación que nos dieron estaba justo en la puerta de entrada y solo escuchamos entrar a una pareja.
Estuvimos tres días y el apartamento es más que suficiente, totalmente reformado y en perfectas condiciones. Además te obsequian con cerveza, Cocacola y proseco.
Si hubieran tenido el gusto de que cuando llegamos nos pusieran en el piso de arriba hubiese sido perfecto.
Una pena.

Situato in una zona industriale un po' lontano dal centro, auto necessaria. La struttura è nuova, pulita e molto funzionale; tutto funziona con un codice che viene fornito al check in, c'è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage inclusa nel prezzo.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

AAlvinOngThis is an ideal studio hotel. There is a small kitchenette with induction cooker and microwave. Also a dishwasher and fridge. All cutlery, pots and pans are there. Supermarket (Interspar) is just 5 mins walk away. There are a few eateries nearby the hotel. All the staff are friendly. We were met by staff Hinda who was super helpful. There is also a laundry room on ground floor.
To go over to Venice just need to walk across the road to the bus stop above the flyover bridge. Many buses go to Venezia, 2, 7, 7E, 8E.
The train station is about 5-10 mins walk from hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice.

The room and bed were very spacious, and the living room had an open feel. The kitchen has an oven and washing machine, which is very convenient for long-term trips. The staff were very kind and we were able to check in smoothly.
Venice isn't that large, so you can basically get to the tourist spots on foot. It's also about 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, so it was perfect for using the water bus!

GGuest UserThis was the best place we stayed at in Italy! Really pretty and big with all the essentials you need. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything including free snacks, juice, soda, water, tea, coffee and fruits. They also provide us we slippers, lotion that smells really good, bathroom essentials and other things we didn’t find in a lot of other hotels/airbnbs. The service was phenomenal and the people here are so friendly. We were presented with some welcoming gifts and lots of help during our stay. This hotel also has its own private dock which was very convenient for us to go to the train station with a booked private water taxi through the hotel. The taxi brings us right to the side in front of the station and we didn’t have to carry our luggages up the stairs and across the bridge had we gone on a public water taxi (the price is pretty close). Definitely recommend and would come back again next time in Venice!

NNIGarden-style apartment hotel, very good, like it very much. You can cook, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The room is big enough, and there is a loft for a family to live in. To the attractions, you can walk, not very far. Very nice hotel apartment!

SSunnyfurlifeAllegro Marin is situated next to the train station. Though it maybe convenient if you are planning to travel elsewhere by train, you cannot avoid dragging your luggage across a bridge, unless you hire a luggage porter. The attractions are quite far away if you don’t travel by ferry, at least 20 minutes walk away.
Other than my thoughts on location, I find the hotel staff friendly and hospitable. When having breakfast, I only need to find my table and be seated. It came with complimentary freshly made bacon and eggs and a charcuterie board! No complaint about the service.

GGuest UserWhile the accommodation was fine the checking in process left a bit to be desired. We booked the Cannaregio II Apartments but actually stayed at the Venice Apartments. I don’t know if we ended up in a better standard of accommodation but it was closer to restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding it wasn’t the accommodation we thought we were booking and as a result I left my travelling companion at the wrong location while I checked us in and we had to walk further than was needed. I also felt like I got a bit of attitude from the reception staff when I was checking in.

The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto.
There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.
