Lovely would recommend. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t know why people are so negative about this place, I would stay here again. Clean, beds made everyday, clean towels, friendly staff. Located twenty minute walk from the square, and the souks. Off licence around the corner, which sells plenty of beer, wine and spirits. £11.00, for a bottle of wine and six beers. Highly recommended!!!

Nous sommes venus à l'hôtel à plus de 10 personnes. L'accueil est super. Les personnes sont souriantes et disent oui à tout sans même des fois comprendre. Nous sommes arrivés à 19h30 et notre chambre était à moitié faite. Nous ne pouvions nous doucher car les serviettes n'avaient pas été posées. La dame dans le couloir avait refusé de nous les donner. Elle a préféré discuter sur WhatsApp. Les chambres jamais prêtes avant 16 17h. Imaginez lorsque vous vous êtes évadés toute la journée et que vous désirez juste prendre une douche mais pas possible car chambre pas prête. Le service esthétique en bas est à fuir. J'ai fait mes soins dans le hall et vu que l'esthéticienne était longue (un taxi l'attendait 1h apres) je n'ai pas eu la totalité de ma prestation mais j'ai du payer la TOTALITE. Bref je mers un 5/10 car le lieu est sympa et calme. Le service est à revoir sérieusement.

Lovely friendly members of staff, one helped me flag down a taxi and haggle on the fare price too. The apartment had a nice layout and was quite spacious. The seating area was nothing but comfort all the way and had a TV mounted on the wall. The kitchen had a clean open finish paired with a breakfast table for 4 complete with kitchen equipment and utensil minus a microwave and kitchen paper towel. It also had an outdoor table to enjoy breakfast on the balcony, simply watching people go about their day whilst taking in the ray from the sun. The bathroom had lovely wall tiles that made the bathroom stand out and we were met with bathroom robes and lovely scented mini wash products. The bedrooms were nice too, however, the bedroom drawers could be a little higher as they were a little too low down to the ground. We loved how breakfast was presented. It was nice but on the simply side of things. It could stand to have just a little more of a verity to it as it's quite light. We loved that it came with freshly squeezed orange juice, nothing beat freshly squeezed. We had a lovely stay and we would stay with them again. We were very happy with Appart Hotel Mouna and their lovely friendly staff !
