The owner was super friendly and helped us from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location is in one of the best areas of Beijing 5* We will be back for sure.

I usually struggle to feel comfortable in hotels because I’m very much a “homey” person, but this place truly made me feel at home. The first thing that hits you is the size – the square meters are crazy. I’ve never stayed in such a huge apartment before, and it has a real wow-effect. The apartment has absolutely everything – dishwasher, plates, knives, bottle opener, you name it. I also really liked the shampoos and conditioners, which are much better quality than what you usually find in hotels. The bathroom is spacious, the design is lovely, and everything feels high quality – from the washing machine down to the shower gel. The swimming pool and breakfast were also very enjoyable. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The place is so big that the cleaning isn’t always perfect – we noticed some signs of missed cleaning, and unfortunately we even saw a cockroach in the kitchen. I also noticed that the kitchen staff didn’t wear hats or hair restraints, which was a bit off-putting. Location-wise, it’s far from tourist attractions and the subway – it took us about 40 minutes by taxi to get to the Forbidden City. Still, despite these issues, this is a wonderful place to stay. I fell in love with the Ascott chain and would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Travelled with elderly parents. This hotel is the perfect place as it has a 24 hours internal passage way to Westin Hotel which makes it easy and calm for taxi pick up and drop off. You don't have to rush as there is a proper drive thru at Westin Hotel. The 2 rooms and 2 bath was great for a family of 2 elderly parents and 1 adult. The kitchen has basic amenities such as electric stove, pots and pans, ladle, cups and saucer, coffee pod machines, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave with over feature, water boiler. Call the reception or WeChat them for additional kitchen items such as plates, bowls, fork and spoons, rice cooker, cleaning sponge, dish washing liquid. Be very detailed in what you need especially if they are non-conventional in China such as fork and spoon and the staff will try their best to source them for you. There's a 2 in 1 washing and dryer machine for laundry, request laundry soap from reception. There's also a clothes drying rack if you don't wish to use the dryer. I find its easiest to chat with the staff thru WeChat as there's an auto translate feature that we can use. Everyone was really great, from reception all the way to cleaning staff. Thank you the young man at reception who received us on 30 Dec 2024 at 4am in the morning with still a cheery face and very friendly and kind. Also thank you to cleaning lady Ms Wang Xi Yuan for asking what time is best for her to clean, she even checked the time with us. It's a quiet area because it's a financial district, so I slept very well without noise disturbance even though our room was facing the main road. The temperature was also comfortable and sensitive to our manual changes in the 2 rooms and living room. There was a steam iron machine, dehumidifier and air purifier. The metro was 15-20 minutes walk but that's ok for us as we mostly needed the taxi for my mum who can't walk far. The metro when we did use it goes straight to the Forbidden Palace and Niujie (halal community area). There are not many supermarkets around but plenty of food order options from *******, we ordered our groceries and halal food from ******* because we were in close delivery distance to Niujie where there are plenty of halal restaurants. Also thank you for the free milk and fruit, healthy snacks that we enjoyed. There was also the option to have paid breakfast buffet at the Westin but I was not sure on the halal status so did not try that. Plenty of towels, bath towel, medium and smaller towels in the bathroom. 1 bathroom had a bathtub. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel for family and 3-4 person group stay as we have plenty of space at the living room to chat and eat, and a good kitchen to cook together.

This hotel is indeed an excellent choice. The service is excellent. All the appliances are in good working condition including the fridge and washing machine. Very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning mode can be adjusted either hot or cold according to our needs. It’s near to Taikoo Li shopping area with plenty of good food and shopping. It’s also near to a supermarket market for all your daily needs. The best part is that it’s just a couple of minutes to walk to the train station. We use it every day for sightseeing in the city, better than taking a cab and getting stuck in traffic. Highly recommended.

Terletak di kawasan teras yang sibuk, perjalanan sangat mudah SKP, Gemdale Plaza, Huamao dan Wanda terletak di tingkat bawah. Bilik itu sendiri juga sangat baik, luas dan terang, bersih, hangat dan lengkap dengan semua bekalan yang diperlukan. Anda boleh menempahnya semula apabila anda pergi ke Beijing pada masa hadapan. Sejurus sebelum daftar masuk, perkhidmatan pelanggan menelefon dan mengatakan bahawa jenis bilik telah dinaik taraf, tetapi mereka tidak diberitahu bahawa lokasi juga telah diubah, jadi saya tidak mempersoalkannya, tetapi apabila saya mendaftar masuk, saya dapati bahawa ia bukan lokasi semasa saya menempahnya, dan jaraknya kira-kira tiga hingga dua kilometer, jadi saya melakukan ini sebelum melancong. I'm surprised that I have a washing machine. The convinient store in ground floor cater enough for what I need. The eating outlets nearby is superb. Nice.

I stayed at Stey Sanlitun recently, and it was such a wonderful experience! First off, my room was perfect. It was super stylish and impeccably clean, and the bed linen deserves a special mention—it was so soft and comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in ages. The design overall was superb, with thoughtful details that made the space feel both cozy and modern.  I also really appreciated the bathroom and shower—everything was well-designed, with great water pressure and consistent temperature, which made it such a pleasure to use after a long day.  The communal living room was another favorite part of my stay. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating, an excellent coffee station, and amazing contemporary art on the walls that added a unique charm to the space. It was a great spot to relax or connect with other guests.  ….   The location of Stey Sanlitun is also a huge plus—it’s right in the heart of everything. With fantastic restaurants, shopping, and places to explore nearby, it couldn’t be more convenient.   I also want to highlight the outstanding service. Fuci and Vivian from the team were so friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond, providing not just great service but also helpful tips for finding some of Beijing’s hidden gems, which truly enriched my experience.   Overall, Stey Sanlitun is a stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed place to stay. Between the great location, the cozy room, the fantastic communal spaces, and the excellent service, I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed nearly a week at Lauder Executive Apartment. The location is nice — a quiet residential area, though a bit far from the city center. That said, transport is convenient, so getting around wasn't an issue. Initially, the room wasn't as clean as we'd hoped, but the service was excellent. The team was very friendly and helpful — they immediately arranged a room change for us without any hassle, which made our stay much more comfortable. Good service overall, and we appreciated how quickly they fixed the initial issue.

房間還是比較大的，在三里屯附近，房間的設施齊全，不太乾淨，房東估計沒做過酒店，設施全，但是設施差，而且擺設亂，投影儀投的畫面是歪的，床的質量很差，睡下去就要陷進去了，衞生間的龍頭的歪的，居然放了個浴缸，浴缸材質差，衞生做的不好，誰敢躺着洗了？洗衣機的門打不開，要維修一下，問題不少，對於在這個地段的價格，還説的過去，
