Kami tinggal 2 hari di sini.. lokasi dan perkhidmatan baik tetapi kebersihan kurang baik..lantai kotor dengan rambut dan habuk di merata tempat..kami terpaksa membeli sapu sendiri untuk membersihkan lantai dalam bilik dan dewan..hanya 1 kad akses disediakan.. selekoh tempat letak kereta yang sangat sempit membuatkan kami berasa sangat sukar untuk meletak kereta di tempat letak kereta bertingkat dan kami memilih untuk meletak kereta di luar dengan lebih mudah.. bagaimanapun terima kasih atas perkhidmatan yang diberikan.

Kemudahan unit homestay adalah sempurna (wifi yang baik, penghawa dingin dan kipas, mesin basuh) tetapi tekanan air perlahan terutamanya bidet. Kami malang kerana pengemasan melakukan kerja yang buruk dengan meninggalkan sampah penyewa terdahulu, meninggalkan tandas dan bilik berbau busuk. Namun, satu perkara yang baik ialah perkhidmatan pelanggan The Flash Suites cepat menghubungi pada hari daftar masuk dan segera. Tambahan pula, bangunan ini mempunyai kolam yang dipanaskan (kolam onsen)

Keadaan bilik adalah dalam jangkaan. Sarapan pagi mempunyai pelbagai jenis dan rasanya sedap. 2 tingkat tempat letak kereta bawah tanah mempunyai akses lif yang memudahkan tetamu. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah hotel ini tidak membenarkan tetamu bermain piano di lobi tidak seperti beberapa hotel lain yang pernah saya menginap sebelum ini.

Manhattan Condominium Ipoh I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning 4-bedroom apartment, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spacious layout, modern design, and the thoughtful attention to detail in every corner. Each bedroom was generously sized and decorated, offering ample space, comfortable beds, and plenty of storage. The master suite, in particular, felt like a luxurious retreat with its en-suite bathroom and scenic pool views. The living area was perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, with cozy seating and large windows letting in an abundance of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and had everything we needed for cooking and dining. It made meal preparation feel effortless and enjoyable. The location of the apartment was also incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, which is in walking distance. Overall, this 4-bedroom apartment perfectly balances comfort, style, and functionality. Whether you’re traveling with family or a group of friends, this space offers everything you need for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium accommodation experience!

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

This homestay offered a convenient location near shops and felt very secure. The studio apartment surprised us - it was quite cozy for a family of four, including two teenagers. There were amenities like WiFi, a fridge, laundry, TV, and even access to a swimming pool. Plus, the view of the Kampar hills was breathtaking! However, a few things took away from the experience. There was no reception staff to greet us upon arrival, and the key collection/return process was a bit unusual. Additionally, the room had a lingering cigarette smell that lingered despite multiple air fresheners. Despite these drawbacks, it was a decent stay overall. The location, security, and amenities made up for some of the inconveniences.

We are pleased with the unit. Simple and yet cosy deco. They even have water dispenser. Crucially it was very clean, quite new plc and importantly for my daughter, the toilet comes with bidet (though It took me a few attempts to try to confirm it) . Self Check in and check out was simple and smooth. However, we wished the toilet comes with shower and toilet separator/door for the shower so that we can keep the toilet area dry. Important especially if there is only 1 bathroom for the whole unit. Just as a feedback BTW, the attached photos was at the point of checking out. We left it clean and neat too. 😁 Thank you for the pleasant stay. Yes, a stay experience that we can repeat .

Beautiful house and very clean. Clear check in and out instruction. Very responsive host. I love their bed, it is really comfortable. Spacious living hall. Best part, they provide Netflix! Bonus point, free wide visitors parking.

Check-in / out process instruction’s were clearly communicated and actual check-in / out was easy. The unit was very tidy and clean. There is a gaming system in the unit with hundreds of games which was fun to play with. There is also free Netflix. The Wi-Fi is good, beds are comfy, and ACs work well in every room. The location is great - a short 5-10 minute drive or grab ride to all Ipoh attractions. We were able to get a grab with 3-5 minutes of booking every time. Really recommend this space.
