Super seperti bilik dan disyorkan tinggi di Amsterdam. Hotel ini berhampiran dengan Amsterdam Sloterdijk dengan jarak berjalan kaki kira-kira 5 minit. Walau bagaimanapun ia tidak berdekatan dengan Amsterdam Centraal tetapi ia masih sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Central melalui bas 22 dan kereta api antara bandar. Bilik ini sangat besar dengan kemudahan dapur yang lengkap, peti sejuk dan mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk. Katil sangat selesa dengan tilam saiz raja dan kami tidur dengan lena setiap malam semasa penginapan kami. Hotel ini sentiasa menginap di wangian bau yang harum dan kami sangat menyukainya dan pasti akan mengesyorkan kepada orang lain dan akan kembali untuk menginap.

Hôtel très bien situé par trop loin de l'aéroport. Navette aéroport une option très pratique pour relier l'aéroport et prendre le train directement vers Amsterdam centre. L'équipe de l'hôtel sont très réactifs pour les demandes. La présence d'un avion Boeing 747-400 dans le hall de l'hôtel en arrivant nous a surpris.

Great hotel. Amenities are complete, spacious, and quiet neighborhood. Although closed to airport but rarely heard the airplane noise. Recommended.

The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now. I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception . This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel

Would def recommend this hotel if looking for t a short break in amsterdam. Hotel looks exactly the same as the pictures. The rooms are small, but that is typical of amsterdam, but perfectly functional for what we needed. Ensuite is small... But clean and functional. The shower was hot and powetful. Hairdryer provided and it was a good one... Not the usual crappy ones. We didnt book breafast so cant comment but it was pricey at €19 each for what looked like a continental brekkie. Cafes and restaurants all over amsterdam so finding food is not a problem. Great location... Away from the mayhem of amsterdam central but close to De Pijp and Liedsplein areas which are great for bars and restaurants. The hotel provided a recommended restaurant and cafe list (created by staff and guests) which was great. We ate at a thai restaurant on the same Street the first night 'sukhothai thanee' . Excellent food albeit a bit pricey but would recommend if you want authentic thai food. We also ate in a restaurant called Zaza in de pijp area... EXCELLENT fine dining experience and price was reasonable considering the service and quality. Would def recommend this hotel and would def stay again

We had such a lovely time at Zoku Hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful and our room was perfect. We would totally come back here again.

We booked room 51 (or one of the only 2 penthouse rooms at this hotel) 8 months in advance. So, if you are lucky enough to get this room you will be so incredibly happy that your experience in Amsterdam will go so smoothly that you will give thanks forever. The cleanliness of the suite is beyond even my cleaning abilities! Bed is comfortable. Door to balcony opens for breezes. Kitchen has everything that you'll need. The washing machine worked. It was so quiet at night we slept well. The staff was so helpful that all hotels should be like this! The view from our room was overlooking the cruise ship terminal and river and to the left is the train station which we walked to rolling our luggage to get on board for our ride to Rotterdam to get on a cruise ship. The Albert Hein market was close by, too. We can only attest to this room with its incredible pluses. But, if the other rooms are even half as large and comfy etc, then this is the place.

The hotel is close to public transport (10 minute walk) and the staff are quite friendly. They had a nice little store so you could buy a beer or bag of chips late at night. The only thing that stops me from putting 5 stars…no usb outlets. I totally get that the outlets for power are not universal, but everybody has a phone, and a USB port by the bed is needed for people that don’t have a wall adapter. Add that and this place would get 5 stars.

I had to say for a month stay at the Yays Docklands in March 2024. There were some positives and not so positives about my stay, so let's get started: Positives Apartments are spacious (I stayed in a 2 bedroom one), you'll find kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge, coffee maker (Nespresso) so this will help save on restaurant bills. Rooms are comfy enough with a full bathroom and you'll find shampoo and shower gel upon arrival so no need to bring along unless your skin type requires a specific one. I found the shower temperature to be fine yet it would suddenly get slightly colder during the course of a shower for no particular reason. Wifi does work (my Zoom calls went uninterrupted except for a day where wifi did not work for over 24 hours, no apologies nor previous advice from Yays), you can connect your phone to the TV, which you'll find one wall-mounted one in the main bedroom in addition to the living room. Yays is mostly used by tourists or, as me, people staying for weeks at a time, so it's very quiet during the day, I worked from the apartment a few days and I was perfectly able to enjoy the silence. There's a nearby street (Borneostraat) which is multiethnic and where you'll find great Turkish coffee, authentic baklava and many interesting restaurants. I encourage you to explore this street. Not so positives Location is a bit removed from downtown, however that's a matter of perspective. You can get to Central Amsterdam in about 15 to 20 minutes so it all depends on your particular preference. You can go there by tram, bus or even train (this one I'd discourage as it takes some walking or bus/tram). If you need some grocery shopping done, your closest supermarket is about 1 km away so be prepared to walk and carry your groceries with you. Staff at Yays is not responsive, cleaning arrangements are modified which is rather inconvenient and the cleaning crew don't bother to check if you're running low on gel or shampoo. All in all, I think the positives outweigh the not so positives, mostly if you're only staying for a few days as you'll most surely spend most of the time exploring Amsterdam and surrouding areas. Would I stay at the Yays again?: if I can find a better located alternative then no, I would not just for the convenience factor. Tip: Ask for a room located on a high floor, views will be better and you'll be more removed from the street noise (nothing to be concerned about, just one club located next to the Yays which operates Friday and Saturday evenings but the noise coming from it is very light). Nous avons passé un superbe week-end à Amsterdam et cet hôtel en est partiellement responsable ! Accueil très chaleureux et souriant, le personnel et très gentil et agréable. Aucun problème pour communiquer en anglais ! La chambre était absolument superbe, nous n'avons rien à redire et nous sommes ravis, nous reviendrons surement !

Had an overnight stay due to an event I participated to in Amsterdam Noord. After being positively surprised by the location in Amsterdam East, I decided to book Bob W Noord as it as located close to the event I was attending. Even though the design is completely different from the location in East, the attention to details was equally pleasant. If you are looking for a different kind of accommodation but very efficient, this is for you. Thanks Bob W team for a great stay in Amsterdam
