Very pleasant hotel! Convenient location (very close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station), value for money (at least compared to other hotels in Amsterdam), quiet, comfortable bed, clean room. In regard to air conditioning (which seems to be the main negative point mentioned in other reviews): when booking this room it was clearly mentioned that there is no air conditioning (I guess to avoid any discussions) but in fact there was in my room and it worked fine (perhaps just a little slow in adjusting the temperature after you turn it up or down). Would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was super tasty, and the rooms were very comfortable. However, the pillows were too soft for me, and the dishes in the room's kitchen weren't very clean when we arrived. The price was good for the Amsterdam area - you will struggle to get rooms this spacious for a similar price in the city. Despite being a fair way out from the centre of Amsterdam, is was a hassle free tram ride to get in to the centre, so it didn't feel far away. Overall, I would recommend Cityden Zuidas if you want a bit of extra space and the option to cook your own meals.

Sadly I missed my connection from AMS-ATL due to a delayed flight from Seville - so KLM rebooked my flight and took care of my accommodations + food. When they said ”Corendon”, I thought ohhhh ... b/c I hadn't heard of the hotel brand. But when the shuttle bus arrived, I was like wow, this looks like a luxury hotel. The front reception staff was very welcoming & friendly. My apt was actually in the apartments section which is a separate building, and very quiet in comparison to the bustling hotel. Room was super spacious incl. kitchen (plates etc but no utensils; stove/oven; fridge), family room with TV (but missing remote), bedroom, shower (nice rainshower) & toilet in two separate rooms, and lots of closet compartments. Shower has one dispenser with combined shampoo & shower gel. Sink area has soap dispenser. Comfy bed (which strangely had no bedsheets but just the duvet which I have to assume is replaced for each guest). Hotel has an amazing dinner buffet - they recommend reservations. Incredible salad bar, soup, bread, burger bar, pasta, different kabobs, sushi bar, ribeye & seabass grilled-to-order, kids' section, so many desserts, ice cream bars, chocolate fountain, fancy coffee machine, wine bottles, and so much more. I definitely overindulged myself. Price is 35 euros. They also have a breakfast buffet for 19 euros but I didn't partake - instead I got a breakfast to-go bag that was stocked full of pastries, yogurt, and fruit. Hotel bus leaves every 30 mins to the airport. At the airport, catch the shuttle at C13 bus stop. About a 15-min ride.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in quest’aparthotel per il nostro soggiorno ad Amsterdam. Sebbene situato nella località di Amstelveen, questo hotel è in posizione strategica: è infatti ad una mezz’ora di mezzi sia dall’aeroporto sia dal centro di Amsterdam, trovandosi a 5 minuti a piedi dalla linea 5 e 25 dei tram ed a sole 4 fermate dall’interscambio di Amsterdam Zuid. I monolocali sono puliti e dotati di tutti i comfort. Unica pecca la mancanza di ciabattine monouso e forse di accappatoi (sono comunque presenti asciugamani). Il letto è comodo, ma i cuscini un po’ piccoli. In quanto aparthotel, le pulizie sono settimanali. Non abbiamo provato la colazione in struttura, ma il personale è sembrato molto disponibile. Lo consiglierei per un soggiorno ad Amsterdam.

Gluten-free options-consisted of a bread roll which was then unavailable come day two of of our four day stay. Unfortunately no gluten-free cereal options available or any vegan options as an alternative. Food service was very slow later in the day also with bar snacks served luke warm. Staff are very pleasant and super welcoming but our room wasn’t serviced during our four day stay as promised. Overall a brilliant hotel with great rooms but a few disappointments along the way.

The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now. I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception . This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel

This was a great place to stay after our cruise for a few days.It was super spacious, more so than pictures showed. My husband and I had a loft suite. The king bed was very comfortable. It had everything you needed to make meals if you so chose, with the exception of dish towels- it came with a blue shammy cloth which I guess was meant to dry dishes with? However we used the two dishwasher tabs they provided so it was not a real issue. We were also provided two bottles of water which was nice. We never tried the gym because it was not actually in the hotel but rather outside and around it somewhere else. There was no restaurant but a little place you could purchase water, pop and tiny snacks,etc. The lighting was good. There were no face cloths only hand and shower towels and we were only given one of each. The room was missing a blow dryer and I had to go down and also call down twice to finally get one for my wet hair! Also the bathroom was nice but the shower was built defectively- it was one of those walk in ones where it just has a half wall partition, however this one was built way to short and the bathroom floor got flooded every time someone took a shower! We finally had to get a couple extra hand towels/ shower mats to prop against the half wall floor to stop the floor from getting flooded each time we showered. We mentioned this at the front desk upon check out and they are aware of this so it was not just our room.obviously the contractor that installed the showers messed up big time! The best thing was the location, while not down by all the action it was right on a tram and metro( subway) line and it was a super quick metro ride ( 4 stops) to all the action. The hotel was more reasonably priced than most of the hotels in Amsterdam. It also had a grocery store and many restaurants (Monday to Friday for most but not all of them) right across the street from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Recently stayed here for two nights with my husband and daughter. The room was very large, clean, and well appointed. We rented the one bedroom apartment which had a large kitchen with a huge central island, a washer/dryer combo, and spacious living room. The center island came with seating for 4. There were also living room chairs, some little tables, and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom was large and spacious. By far, the largest place we stayed in while in Europe (our 4th trip). The view overlooking the canal was fantastic. Walking to the heart of Amsterdam took maybe 25-30 minutes along lovely, scenic neighborhoods. This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood that does not feel touristy. Very quite and peaceful at night, and we felt very safe. I also want to give a shout out to the wonderful staff here. Everyone was accommodating and helpful, particularly Cedric who checked us in. Lovely staff and a lovely place! Highly recommend!

The whole place was very clean. Our stay was comfortable and all the things we needed were there. The big windows were great and the location of the place was very interesting. We mostly used ferry from NDSM towards Centraal station which was quite fun for us and the kids

Das Penthouse-Apartment ist etwas sehr Besonderes - wir haben es genossen, einfach nur am Fenster oder auf dem Balkon zu stehen und das geschäftige Treiben auf der Straße und vor allen Dingen auf dem IJ zu beobachten. Traumhaft! Und bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es wunderbar leise im Apartment. Die Einrichtung im Apartment ist genau unser Geschmack - modern und lässig. Das Bett sehr bequem und endlich mal optimale Leselampen am Bett, was uns bisher noch keine Übernachtungslocation bieten konnte. Auch die voll ausgestattete Küche konnten wir wunderbar nutzen. Die Frühstückstüte jeden Morgen war immer eine Überraschung wert, da jedesmal ein bisschen anders bepackt. Was das Aparthotel auch noch besonders auszeichnet, ist das wirklich freundliche und sympathische Personal. Egal, wen wir etwas fragten, ob die Hotelmanagerin oder ihre Kolleginnen und den Kollegen, hier war echtes Interesse an unserem Wohlergehen zu erleben, und es war immer ein bisschen Zeit für einen interessanten und ehrlichen Austausch. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und bedanken uns sehr herzlich.
