Great place to stay the manager Rhiannon is great she is very nice and ready to help if you have any issues sraff is very nice and rooms are nice and clean

The staff was very nice all the way down to the housekeeping... The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated... The only thing that I think they could improve on is trash cans, a plunger, a coffee maker, cups and a couple of small pots 1 pan with lid and dishes in the rooms they can even be disposable dishes and eating utensils... Other then that the stay was excellent... Would most definitely stay again and tell anyone I know that is looking for a nice place to stay to stay here... Daughter was upset we had to go...lol

I hope sharing my vacation experience helps you in planning yours! :) We traveled to Sedona, Arizona and stayed at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe in June 2024 with our timeshare. This was our favorite trip we have done and we left already planning our return trip! We loved our stay here. After reading over the reviews on this page, I was getting nervous about our upcoming stay. But let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this resort. We had the ”2 bedroom, 2 bathroom” unit and it was nice. This option was conjoining rooms of a 1 bedroom & studio unit with a nice little private entry. I really liked this, it made it feel like a private condo, with steps leading up to just our units. The unit we spent the most time in was the 1 bedroom unit with the full kitchen and we really like it. My husband and I were comfortable, we were able to relax and unwind, which is such a large part of going on vacation. The room was clean and was upkept nicely. One of my favorite things was that in the middle of our stay Hyatt coordinated a ”Mid-Week-Clean” of our unit and that was a big surprise. We travel frequently with our timeshare and we have never received a complimentary cleaning. Major bonus points for that. When reading the reviews, I think most of them are coming from a review on the ”studio” units. I would highly recommend getting the 1 bedroom unit, this will massively improve your stay, as the 1 bedroom unit it much larger, has a full kitchen, Livingroom, dinning, bathroom, etc.. Something else I recommend doing is calling ahead and requesting a room with a view, this is something I did and was so happy I did. Hyatt delivered with a breathtaking view and it was truly spectacular. I heard that in the next couple of years they are doing a renovation to the rooms, this will be very exciting and we can't wait to come stay again. The best part of this resort was the location, location, location! This resort has the perfect location, walkable to the shops and stores. We could have spent all 7 days doing just that, it was perfect. The shops at Pinon Pointe are right on site and a great way to spend the day. We did rent a car to do all the sightseeing, but it's not needed if your staying local. The location of this resort is WHY we are coming back, perfect, just perfect! Our room was nice, the location was PERFECT... so why the 4 star review? The timeshare front desk team. We stayed here under a timeshare and I want to help others understand that this is a timeshare resort that comes with pressures to do a ”sales pitch”. I am disappointed with the timeshare sales front desk team here at Hyatt. The actual timeshare sales representative we had was very nice and a 5 star review goes to him! I am talking about the front desk team, the ones who call you to schedule your appointment and present your ”offers”. Long, long story short we had a timeshare pitch scheduled with one of the front desk reps, we had called to inquire about

Room was very clean. Nice view from the room. Beautiful pool on the top floor. Gym, sauna, fully equipped kitchen... Great facilities. However, customer service could respond faster. No email customer service in the night for immediate questions.
