The hotel is located in the centre of Mestia and is very cozy, with comfortable rooms. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a nice restaurant with variety of delicious food. We were a group of friends visiting Svaneti for the first time, thank you for an amazing experience and unforgettable moments, definitely gonna come back to your place! Good luck

The hotel somehow is being renovated so the sign and the name from the outside is not so obvious and the reception counter is not done renovated but the room we stayed was ok except you can hear people talking from the hallway.

Very good hotel in location and the owner especially the lady how is cooking the food she is hospitable person and excellent chef how can make MaMa food They have restaurant underground and Bar They provide breakfast and dinner as half board my advice to have the half board break fast and dinner you will enjoy it the balcony and the terrace gives wonderful views

We had a very nice stay here. It is a new and comfortable, modern hotel. The food is really good so we ate here most nights. The view from our room over the river to the Mestia towers is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The design is nice and the room is quiet except for the sound of the river :) As it is a new hotel, there are some small improvements they can make: for a 4 star hotel it needs a higher cleaning standard. Bathroom and floor were a bit shabby and didn’t feel properly cleaned after the previous guest. Room listed a tv but it was missing (just a bracket on the wall). Bedside lamps are needed - only one main ceiling light which is too bright for relaxing and reading in the evening. Otherwise a great stay! I would stay here again.

호텔 간판이나 안내 표지판이 없어서 찾는데 조금 애를 먹었습니다. 방에 티비, 냉장고, 물, 컵, 슬리퍼 없습니다. 샴푸와 샤워젤은 있습니다. 헤어드라이어는 프론트에 이야기 하면 빌릴 수 있습니다. 아침 조식은 괜찮았습니다. 중심가에서 좀 많이 멀리 있습니다.
