Lovely place to stay when in Samana.
Very good breakfast included in the price with amazing friendly service.
The check in is fast and well organized.
Would recommend this Hotel based on the free private parking in front of the hotel and the beautiful infinity pool and restaurant service.

Excelente lugar! Recomendado 10/10. Excelente servicio, habitaciones y comida. El restaurant ofrece mucha variedad de platos (pagos) muy buenos. Y el desayuno incluido es variado.

We expected a lot more for this hotel. Checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and so was the bellboy. The room was sober but clean and i have no comment on that. But, we had no warm water, even after it ran for over 15 minutes. The bartender was unfriendly and i made a comment to him directly that he had to learn to smile, that it does not cost anything. But the same went for the serving staff in the bufet restaurant. Although the hotel was only occupied for about 30% , they were very slow and unfriendly. The selection of food was very limited. Breakfast didn't include bacon, and had only one type of ham and cheese. Lunch and dinner, the same. Small selection of vegetables and speciality dish, 1 type of fish and one type of meat. No cheese, ice cream or even pudding for dessert. I realize it is low season in Samana at this moment, but i had expected more from a Wyndham hotel. Further more, driving there, you can get lost, as there ar no signs or directions to follow. Its in the middle of nowhere.

房間挺大的，大床房比雙床房舒服太多。但酒店比較老，設施比較舊了。空調衹能製冷不能制熱，剛好碰到那幾天很冷，很難受。另外酒店可以寄存很長一段時間，很方便，所以一直住。

Me gustó muy amplia la habitación con 2 dormitorios y una cocina muy bien dotada. Los desayunos distintos opciones para escoger. Rosa super amable. Es un poco ruidoso por estar sobre la avenida donde transitan muchas motos.

Generally ok and I did extend my trip a couple of days. The food was good and the entertainment team were great. The front desk however are a bit full of themselves. When I arrived at 14h30 they told me the room would be ready by 15h15. When I went back at 15h30 they said 16h30… it was because they were still painting it! When I went in the room I lent against the wall and got covered in paint. I contacted the front desk who seemed very inconvenienced by the issue and said ‘I suppose you will want to change room’. Well yes… did they offer to help me clean off the paint, move my luggage to the new room, bring the new keys to me? No No No - had to do it all myself. So service recovery skills there non existent. They also messed up the new keys when I extended the stay so I had to go back. There is a club area on the beach but it is so badly signposted that people would drift in there and sit down and then get into a fight (literally) with the club guests. The signage needs to be made a lot clearer. I don’t really want to listen to that on my vacation and I expect people who go in there by accident want to be humiliated either. But I did like the hotel and particularly the beach was great for swimming.

Buena ubicación. Buen trato por parte del personal de recepción, pero las personas que trabajan en el restaurante de la playa lo hacen con mucha parsimonia, lentitud y descuido: había que pedirles que te atendieran o que preparasen las cosas porque nunca tenían nada listo.
El desayuno estaba incluido (ver foto), pero era muy básico y sin ningún tipo de variedad.
Precios del restaurante caros y también del masaje (€60/hora).
A nuestra habitación no llegaba el wifi, el desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado, supuestamente lo arreglaron pero seguía igual. Tampoco llegaba agua caliente al baño y tuvimos todos los días que ducharnos con agua fría. Las mallas de mosquitera estaban rotas con lo cual de todos modos entraban los mosquitos.
El hotel es bonito y las habitaciones amplias, pero había tantas cosas que no fueron bien, que salí con un sabor agridulce con toques amargos.
