The servants at the desk were super friendly and helpful I was guided to my room. I usually wouldnt usually have a problem with that but I wasn’t sure what level to go to and it took me a while to find out how to turn the lights/power on. Other than that everything was great. The beds are huge and there’s a lot to watch on tv

Hotel war allgemein gut. Ein bisschen weiter vom Zentrum/geschehen Miraflores weg als gedacht. Leider war die Rooftop Bar wegen maintenance geschlossen, das war allerdings nirgendwo geschrieben und erst auf Nachfrage bekannt gegeben worden.

Нам дали номер 103. Отличный номер, просторный. Емеется душевая зона с горячефй довой. Достаточное количество полотенец.
На 7 этаже подается отличный завтрак, и имеется большое общественное пространство и видом на город.
Месторасположение очень хорошее.

Llegué y no habían habitaciones, me enviaron a otro hotel diciéndome que iba con un upgrade como compensación, sin embargo el otro hotel no tenía variedad de desayuno, gimnasio y la habitación era la misma.

Had a great stay, loved the rooftop heated pool and comfy rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There’s a small grocery store and shops right below and the location couldn’t be more central. Uber pulls up right to the front, highly recommend!

SShaneThe location of the hotel is very good, in mira flores, walk two or three minutes to the seaside love park, you can take the most famous seaside cliff scenery. A few hundred meters from the hotel, there is the world's first restaurant
But the sea view room is not facing the sea, you can not book a sea view room.  The hotel as a whole is more like a boutique hotel than a luxury hotel, small and exquisite.
In addition, the booking price on the same day is four or five hundred cheaper than the advance booking, which is a big bug.

AAnonymous UserThe breakfast was plentiful, with fresh vegetables and freshly squeezed juice. However, the room itself was quite average and felt rather dim. To make matters worse, there was no heating, so it was absolutely freezing, and the street-facing room was unbearably noisy. For this price, we would have been better off staying at Melia... Luckily, we switched to Melia for our last night.

1107709****The hotel was clearly recently renovated, with beautiful colors, nice rooms, and a decent breakfast. It's located in a safe area of Miraflores and has many Chinese guests. The only downside was that check-in wasn't until 3 PM. We arrived at 2 PM and waited a long time in the lobby on the third floor, with the staff repeatedly saying the rooms weren't cleaned properly. Otherwise, it was fine, and the price wasn't too expensive.

SS_KKWe stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores

However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown.
If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

GGuest UserSlippers were provided, and the room facilities were quite good. There were many restaurants nearby, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the cliffside restaurant and cliffside sea view. The Inca Market was also about a 10-minute walk away. The only downside was that although there were floor-to-ceiling windows, the room didn't feel very well-ventilated.

NNabilaZion876I had a great stay at Dazzler by Wyndham in San Isidro. The hotel was very clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the strong police presence in the neighborhood—it gave a real sense of safety and peace of mind. The food at the hotel was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

AA.Lo25The hotel is good, but the second night we felt the room a little bit cold and they had no extra blankets. They leave coffee and cookies to have at anytime in the hall and the breakfast food is pretty complete. The only problem with breakfast is that on the first day we went one hour before closing and they were not paying attention on missing stuff like bowls, milk, hot water, spoons, glasses, so we had to ask for those everytime instead of them just renewing it. They were nice and happy to bring them to us but the fact that we (and others at the same time) had to do it was pretty annoying.

GGuest UserThe location is next to a shopping mall. THe lobby has been renovated since last visit led in Nov 2023 but th room was a bit dated. The sound proofing has to be better. We could hear the traffic from the busy street below.
