The location was super convenient and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained despite its age. Would recommend other travellers also visiting Ürümqi.

We expected the usual no hassle smooth check in from a Marriot group hotel. We arrived late at night and the two staff at the reception wanted so many trivial informations, not to mention the slow service. This was our 8th hotel for the Xinjiang Trip and the most irritating check in process. They could have the courtesy to let us go to the already paid rooms while checking thru the details or at least offer us a welcome drink The dining place is huge but so is the number of guests omg. There were not enough table, coffee machines were trickling slow We expected a nice stay at Marriot but we were disappointed.

We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).

Good location, excellent service, and a very peaceful atmosphere. It’s within walking distance of many tourist attractions, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and even allowed me to have a late check-out at no extra cost. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler in Kuqa.

大使升級到了開放套，房間挺大，但是床品的舒適度比較一般，一共住了6晚，腰部的承託幾乎沒有，都必須在腿部墊枕頭才能勉強讓腰落平，這在這個等級的酒店裡還是比較讓人失望的，睡的舒適應該是酒店的第一要素吧。早飯和隔壁逸衡共享，人實在太多了，送的早餐衹去了一次，菜品的口味也普普通通，缸子肉老的都咬不動，羊湯的話和手抓羊肉的湯都差不多，沒什麼味兒，也不香，和那拉提英迪格的差遠了，連烏魯木齊希爾頓的都比不上。 房間的整體設計還是挺在線的，有自己的風格，軟硬裝細節也很棒，隔音也還不錯，旁邊正好是熱門景點，基本上每天晚上都是一大堆人，春節期間還是大型活動，周邊路都堵上了，房間內的噪音也過濾的基本可接受。大部份的工作人員都很專業和熱情，不管是幫助辦理入住、續住的前台，禮賓部和頂樓餐廳的工作人員，都令人印象深刻。唯一一個就是負一樓的中餐廳，晚上去問是否開業時，一位胖胖的，可能是經理類的工作人員語氣隨意的打發了我們，和其他的工作人員形成了對比，更讓我印象深刻。

Шикарный отель в парке. Выходя можно сразу войти в парк для прогулок. Номер с видом на парковую зону. Большое спасибо что чтотзаселили нас раньше это нас очень порадовало.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.

此次行程依次住了賽湖AC、拈花灣、柏睿營地等，沒想到晚上睡的最踏實的在逸衡，房間可以開窗透氣，不悶也不熱，剛剛好。客服經理提前一天就與我聯繫，問清楚到店時間和入住偏好等，安排了我想要的高樓層安靜房間。説實話，這個價格的酒店真的超值，我也是看了某書介紹想着過渡一晚試試看，結果真的很不錯。淡季是在洲際共享早餐，在新疆的第十天早上終於喝到了我喜歡的鮮榨果汁吃到了煎蛋卷，不容易。有一説一，麪味道就一般了，提高空間可以很大的。特別感謝Mily 和苗經理，納下的衣服第一時間聯繫我還給我寄出來了，謝謝你們啦。房間裏的瑜伽球坐着很舒服，挺放鬆。值得推薦的酒店💕
