這次一家長者小孩共7人出行，計劃在庫車住2天，在攜程上先訂了1天3間不同的房型：花園景觀房、泳池景觀房、還有獨立庭院房，各有特色。確認房間後，在**上看到獨立庭院房有優惠，雖然訂單顯示不能取消，但還是抱着試試的心態，電話聯繫了酒店，酒店的管家姑娘很好，立刻幫忙免費取消了訂單，我立刻又在**上訂了獨立庭院房。 🕌🕌🕌入住後，一家人都很喜歡酒店的風情，小朋友要求要續住。我們又聯繫了酒店管家姑娘，由於我們住的房型第二天都已預訂，所以管家協調第二天全都換成了獨立庭院房，還給打折優惠，在我們出遊時管家幫忙搬行李到新房間，每天下午還送了新鮮水果。🛕🛕🛕再説説酒店吧，環境、房間佈置和圖片沒有差別，拍照打卡很出片。美中不足的就是洗浴蓬頭水壓太大…酒店距離庫車王府、花帽街都很近，走路就能到。淡季酒店是沒有早餐的，不過品嚐一下當地的湯麪包子也是不錯。酒店對面的民族餐廳饢包肉、丁丁炒麪味道不錯，庫車王府門口附近的一家非遺冰激凌很好吃、推薦核桃味、桑葚味

國慶期間去唐布拉玩，發現這家寶藏酒店。其實這家酒店旺季的時候超級貴 ，趁着“淡季”訂了這家。 服務：服務已經超越五星級別了。 【入住前】預訂後馬上有小姐姐對接，問我們抵達時間。會提醒你酒店附近有什麼沒什麼，需要的話提前備好物資，還會提前開地暖迎接你入住。 【入住時】辦理入住時，贈送小飲品哦。超級貼心。 【入住後】入住後，小姐姐會詢問你房間是否滿意，物資是否充足，被子是否需要添加，明天的早餐是否需要送房間等等，入住體驗感拉滿。 環境：酒店環境超好，房間床品透氣柔軟乾淨，能讓你睡的舒適。而且這個酒店房間能直接看到雪山，實現在房間看日照金山的快樂。 設施：酒店設施齊全，餐廳，健身房，洗衣房都有。大家應該都很理解，出門在外，洗衣房給力有多重要❗️ 位置：就在孟克特古道旁邊。對於行程安排有孟克特古道的各位非常友好哦。距離服務點也很近，位置極其優越。 總之，這家酒店硬件軟件都拉滿了，閉眼選完全沒問題。特別感謝那天為我服務的小蒲美女，人特別好的小姐姐，祝你在唐布拉工作順利哦！

**Saya mendapat cadangan daripada seorang blogger yang saya ingin tinggal di Turpan selama satu malam apabila saya pergi dengan rakan-rakan saya dengan tegas dan tinggal di bilik tong yang terkenal itu persekitaran adalah yyds. Biliknya sangat bersih dan kerjanya hebat. Kakitangannya sangat bersemangat dan mereka juga membawa kami melawat kilang wain itu sangat cantik selepas hujan. amat disyorkan……

The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning. Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists. A huge thank you to Mr Mabaoming. Thanks again!

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

這次來烏魯木齊，果斷選了富力萬達文華酒店的阿勒泰特色房，體驗感超棒！房間佈置獨具巧思，滿是哈薩克民族風情，床品和各類陳設都很有特色，衣櫃裏還貼心準備了民族服裝，氛圍感直接拉滿。管家小薩的服務更是沒得挑，熱情周到又貼心，全程體驗感極佳。酒店大廳也充滿異域風情，濃郁的少數民族特色讓人眼前一亮。位置也特別合適，離機場和高鐵站都很近，還有地面、地庫兩個停車場，進出停車都特別方便，整體特別滿意！酒店的硬件和環境也無可挑剔：位置超級優越，緊鄰萬達廣場，逛街吃飯、前往景點都十分便捷，交通出行毫無壓力 ；大堂裝修充滿濃郁的異域風情，特色裝飾盡顯西域韻味，剛進門就被獨特的氛圍吸引；房間更是乾淨整潔，採光充足，乾濕分離的設計實用又衞生，床品柔軟舒適，徹底緩解了旅途疲憊，細節處盡顯五星品質。

The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.

沒想到吐魯番開了一家拉昆塔温德姆，還挺意外的。酒店樓體很美，非常的異域風情。在吐魯番這個北疆小城，莫名的多了很多南疆的感覺。 房間的床墊很舒服，裝潢也很漂亮。高卡會員的禮遇，貼心升級了房型，送了歡迎水果。 酒店公區是一個特色，挑高的大堂，非常美。非常適合拍照出片，很有特色！ 户外泳池也非常漂亮，趕時間沒來得及去游泳。 酒店的服務人員非常熱情，貼心為我介紹酒店的活動，離店的時候也非常温馨的送別。 前台小穆非常的細心！總的來説，這是一次非常好的入住體驗了。

第二次入住該酒店房間設施齊全，自動化程度高，衞生很好被褥床單很乾凈，洗漱間乾濕分離，熱水出水量大，洗漱用品質量很好。周邊環境不錯酒店有專用停車場並配有安保很安全，酒店旁邊小吃店很多吃飯很方便，酒店早餐很豐富。服務員及工作人員保安服務熱情周到每天還送上水果盤，比我八月份入住服務有了很大改覌，希望再接在勵做的更好。另提點小見意：605,603兩房能不能在洗澡間推拉門口加一5㎜左右擋水條，顧客洗澡時水從門縫流出來把門外地毯都打濕了，而且門口有水易滑倒，同型號房間可能都有類似情況，希望能夠整改！
