The hotel's design aesthetic is truly impressive. The lobby breaks away from the conventional, rigid hotel feel, using a sophisticated color palette, fluid lines, and perfectly balanced lighting to create an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. The subtle, pleasant scent in the air immediately helped to soothe away my travel fatigue. The guest room was an absolute highlight – the layout was well-thought-out, and attention to detail shone through everywhere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The smart lighting control system was convenient and easy to adjust to my preferences. The overall cleanliness was impeccable; all fixtures looked brand new, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful interior, a rare find when balancing tranquility with a central location.

I really loved this hotel; I stayed for three nights because I was so satisfied. It's truly a value-for-money king, and the transportation is convenient with a subway exit right outside. The front desk service was excellent, and they upgraded me to a deluxe king room. Next time I'm in Urumqi, this will be my first choice. The Pomegranate restaurant downstairs is also highly recommended. I really enjoyed this city.

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

We stayed at Korla Marriott for seeing the populus tree. Marriott made our trip and stay so convenient and easy. As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful! The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall. We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom. All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food.

I had a really good experience here. The hotel's location is excellent; even though it's in a commercial district, the room was surprisingly quiet, so I wasn't disturbed at night. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very polite and friendly. Sara, in particular, provided exceptional service; she was always prompt in helping with any issues, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The room was larger than I expected, with great natural light. When you open the floor-to-ceiling windows, the room becomes very bright. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were just the right softness. The bathroom was a wet/dry separation, so showering and using the toilet didn't interfere with each other. Hot water came on quickly and had stable temperature, making for a very pleasant shower. The toiletries had a pleasant, non-irritating scent and were quite good to use. Mineral water and tea bags were also provided in the room, showing a nice attention to detail. The room size was also quite generous. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel's location, environment, and service. The price is also reasonable, offering great value for money. Next time I visit Urumqi, I'll definitely prioritize staying here again.

Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟 It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep. The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.

Environment: The hotel is located on the riverfront, and the views from higher floors are fantastic. The area around Binhe Road is relatively open, so while not busy, it's quiet and comfortable. Park your car at the hotel and call a taxi wherever you go, which is very affordable. You don't have to find your way around or worry about parking. The hotel parking lot is clean, bright, and has plenty of space! There are also some parking spaces on the grounds. Cleanliness: The public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable, large, and comfortable. Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive, and the housekeeper is always happy to help with anything you need. Service: The service is thoughtful and attentive, down to the last detail. Check-in and check-out are super fast, and the housekeeper even contacts you in advance! One thing I have to say is that the air conditioning could be better. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including Chinese congee, freshly cooked noodles, Western bread, local naan, and milk tea. The ingredients are fresh, especially the freshly made wontons with three soup bases to choose from. Excellent! I have always liked InterContinental and have stayed in hotels under the same group. I was very satisfied with them all. The quality and appearance are all online. The design of the hotel in Yining this time was very thoughtful, high-end, and stylish. I checked one by one and found out that it was designed by a Hong Kong team. I liked it very much. The experience was great!

Completely satisfied with the first stop in Urumqi, the toilet is heated, and the lady at the front desk was still there to receive guests when I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel is right next to the park. After breakfast, I went out to have fun. The snow scenery is invincible. I will come back to stay after traveling around Northern Xinjiang! The bed is a little soft.

Although it's an established hotel, it has a great location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance of nearby restaurants. The front desk lady, Ms. Aiman, is beautiful and friendly! 🌹I love her so much! 🌹She upgraded me to a junior suite, which was quiet, safe, and comfortable. It was amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The housekeeper was a senior employee and a beautiful young woman, equally attentive and enthusiastic. This made my stay feel safe and secure during this trip, and it was a very pleasant stay! The hotel has a very high occupancy rate, and it would be even better if the breakfast menu featured more Xinjiang specialties. Overall, it's very good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Newly opened, and with many promotional coupons available this year, it was quite cost-effective. New hotels have been opening frequently in Xinjiang recently, with InterContinental brands being the most active. The Yiheng in Yining is quite interesting, with a sports theme. Each room has a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a yoga ball, and there's even a bike charging station in the lobby lounge. It's right next to the InterContinental, with shared public areas. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Breakfast was at the InterContinental Riverside Restaurant, featuring naan (a type of steamed bun) and freshly baked buns. The pilaf and stewed pork are also highly recommended! Other dishes were plentiful, meeting InterContinental standards, and catering to diverse tastes according to group standards, such as the kimchi soup… The front desk service was very warm and attentive, a very good level of service in Xinjiang. The hotel's surrounding environment is also very nice, with a beautiful courtyard. The gym and laundry room are self-service; I finally got to wash my dirty clothes after a trip around Altay. I highly recommend the Yiheng – newer hotels are better than older ones. Also, the aromatherapy in the lobby and rooms smelled wonderful.
