The environment is absolutely fantastic! It's a riverside campsite, and you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, with clever touches everywhere. We unfortunately spent too much time at the attractions and arrived quite late. The campsite offers a bonfire, BBQ, and Uighur girls dancing. On the way to the river, there's also a splash pad for kids, so we really should have arrived earlier. The only minor thing is the gravel path at the entrance, which seems intentionally designed. You can contact the camp beforehand to have staff help with your luggage, as it's a bit difficult to drag suitcases yourself. Also, the soundproofing in the tents isn't the best, but that's to be expected when choosing a campsite. Overall, it's a great camp, and the breakfast selection is very rich. You can also request an oxygen machine.

Even in Yining, Xinjiang, the Intercontinental Hualuxe maintains the consistent high standards of an IHG brand hotel. We traveled a long way with our friends, arriving in Yining from Urumqi after 4 PM. The lovely manager at the front desk (a Uyghur lady) immediately helped us check in. Seeing that we were a family of three with a lot of luggage, she even upgraded us to a deluxe twin room and gave us a complimentary breakfast 🍳. The hospitality of the Xinjiang people was truly evident. That evening, being unfamiliar with the area, we decided to dine at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. They offered a blend of Xinjiang and Cantonese cuisine. As someone from Guangdong, I was delighted to find an authentic 'Yang Zhi Gan Lu' (mango pomelo sago) dessert 🍨 – it was absolutely five-star amazing! We will definitely choose to stay at the Intercontinental Hualuxe again when we return from the grasslands and canyons! ~👍

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Complimentary beverages were provided in the fridge, along with plenty of bottled water. The room and the bathroom were very well equipped, including a high-quality Dyson hairdryer. I had requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel made sure to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were both excellent, smooth, and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relationship Manager, Refat, who provided excellent service during my stay. He was very considerate and made sure everything went well. Thank you, Refat, for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to mention Cathy, who left a very good impression on me. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and reliable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, especially as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would happily choose this hotel again for my next stay and would definitely recommend it.

This was a stay where every detail was taken care of, so I absolutely have to write a positive review. My stay at the Radisson Hotel was originally just a normal trip. My requirements for a hotel were simply cleanliness, convenience, and a good night's rest. However, I didn't expect that from check-in to check-out, a few minor service incidents would completely win me over. That's why I want to write a detailed, long review. The first incident happened during check-in. We arrived quite early, had a lot of luggage, and were traveling with elderly family members and a child. As soon as we got out of the car, a bellhop proactively came to help with our bags, and the front desk immediately offered us bottled water, asking us to wait a moment. I thought we'd have to wait a long time, but the front desk quickly arranged a room and specifically assigned us a quiet room close to the elevator, explaining it would be convenient for the seniors and child. During the check-in process, the staff also thoughtfully provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, and mentioned the children's favorite pet park. They even prepared vegetables for feeding the animals and reminded us about breakfast times and elevator locations. Honestly, these things weren't groundbreaking, but that feeling of 'they've already thought of it before you even asked' was a huge plus. The second incident occurred in the room that evening. My child accidentally spilled juice on the carpet, and I was a bit embarrassed when I called housekeeping. To my surprise, an attendant arrived in a few minutes, and as she cleaned, she comforted me, saying, 'It's okay, these things happen when you're traveling with children.' After cleaning, she even gave a small lamb toy to my child and reminded us not to let the child step on the wet area. In that moment, it really felt like the hotel's service wasn't just a cold, impersonal process, but that someone genuinely cared about our experience. The third incident was at breakfast the next day. The server was very attentive. When they overheard my elderly family member mentioning that their teeth weren't very good, they proactively recommended porridge and steamed egg, and even helped warm up milk. It wasn't an over-the-top kind of enthusiasm, but rather very natural and well-judged. Besides these service details, the hotel's cleanliness, bedding, soundproofing, environment, facilities, breakfast, and location were all good, making for a very comfortable stay. But what truly made me want to give a five-star rating were the people here. The front desk, housekeeping, bellhop, and restaurant staff – everyone was patient and had a strong service awareness. It wasn't a formulaic smile; it was that when you genuinely needed help, they were right there and willing to go the extra mile. In summary, I was extremely satisfied with this stay and have already recommended it to friends. I will definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again next time I visit. This hotel truly deserves its spot as one of the top 50 scenic hotels in the country! Shuiyunshan Wild Luxury is definitely the ultimate family-friendly resort in Xinjiang, and the entire experience was impeccable. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift of fresh fruit and nuts. The views and ambiance were absolutely stunning. In the afternoon, we enjoyed afternoon tea in the outdoor sunlit seating area, with panoramic views of snow-capped mountains and spruce trees – incredibly therapeutic. What truly stood out was the exceptionally warm service from everyone. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, and they even offered to wash our self-driving car for free. The outdoor activities were abundant and fun: we rode horses across the grasslands, fed adorable fluffy lambs, and saw lively marmots everywhere along the way. The kids were cheering non-stop throughout! And the three dogs – Oreo, Pipi, and Chocolate – were super cuddly and loved interacting with us. The evening bonfire party was full of atmosphere, with adults and children sitting around, laughing and chatting. The mountain wilderness romance was truly maximized. Facilities, scenery, service, and family-friendly experiences were all top-notch. It's our first choice for traveling with kids and has already made it onto our 'revisit' list!

The indescribable beauty can be said to be the most beautiful yard in Kazan. No matter from the health or the environment, the children are too cute, let alone send the local breakfast, the experience is full, the back is too big, will definitely go again, next time I go to live for a few more days. My biggest impression from this stay at the Conrad Urumqi was how effortless the entire trip felt. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around, whether it's for dining, shopping, or planning a day's itinerary. Upon returning, I could quickly switch into a calm and relaxed state. I really appreciate this balance of 'lively and serene.' What truly stood out to me this time was the overall service at the hotel. The staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient. Any request was usually met and resolved quickly, and the service experience wasn't negatively impacted by a large number of guests. During my stay, Kevin from the concierge team helped me many times. Whether it was retrieving and transporting luggage or later needing help with sending a package, he was very patient and handled everything with diligence and efficiency. He was always friendly and welcoming whenever we met, which made me feel very comfortable. While many of these tasks might seem small, having someone readily available to assist during a trip truly makes things much easier. I also want to extend a big thank you to Russel. Since I had his WeChat contact from a previous stay, I primarily communicated with him directly for anything I needed during this visit. He always responded to messages promptly and diligently followed up on every matter, big or small. Any coordination or arrangements needed were handled perfectly, making the entire check-in process much smoother. This kind of service, where you can always reach someone and receive prompt, effective assistance, is a huge plus for guests. Overall, my entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was very smooth. The hotel's facilities are high-quality, and the team's service is warm and efficient. I particularly want to thank Kevin and Russel for their help and care over the past few days, which added a wonderful lodging experience to my trip to Urumqi.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness. I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious. Areas for improvement: The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.
