This was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

The environment is absolutely fantastic! It's a riverside campsite, and you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, with clever touches everywhere. We unfortunately spent too much time at the attractions and arrived quite late. The campsite offers a bonfire, BBQ, and Uighur girls dancing. On the way to the river, there's also a splash pad for kids, so we really should have arrived earlier. The only minor thing is the gravel path at the entrance, which seems intentionally designed. You can contact the camp beforehand to have staff help with your luggage, as it's a bit difficult to drag suitcases yourself. Also, the soundproofing in the tents isn't the best, but that's to be expected when choosing a campsite. Overall, it's a great camp, and the breakfast selection is very rich. You can also request an oxygen machine.

Even in Yining, Xinjiang, the Intercontinental Hualuxe maintains the consistent high standards of an IHG brand hotel. We traveled a long way with our friends, arriving in Yining from Urumqi after 4 PM. The lovely manager at the front desk (a Uyghur lady) immediately helped us check in. Seeing that we were a family of three with a lot of luggage, she even upgraded us to a deluxe twin room and gave us a complimentary breakfast 🍳. The hospitality of the Xinjiang people was truly evident. That evening, being unfamiliar with the area, we decided to dine at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. They offered a blend of Xinjiang and Cantonese cuisine. As someone from Guangdong, I was delighted to find an authentic 'Yang Zhi Gan Lu' (mango pomelo sago) dessert 🍨 – it was absolutely five-star amazing! We will definitely choose to stay at the Intercontinental Hualuxe again when we return from the grasslands and canyons! ~👍

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Complimentary beverages were provided in the fridge, along with plenty of bottled water. The room and the bathroom were very well equipped, including a high-quality Dyson hairdryer. I had requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel made sure to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were both excellent, smooth, and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relationship Manager, Refat, who provided excellent service during my stay. He was very considerate and made sure everything went well. Thank you, Refat, for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to mention Cathy, who left a very good impression on me. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and reliable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, especially as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would happily choose this hotel again for my next stay and would definitely recommend it.

This time I stayed at a five-star hotel that's been open for about 12 years. Overall, it was decent and met expectations, but the price was really good, offering excellent value for money. The location is also convenient; it's not far from the ancient city, Abakh Hoja Mausoleum, and other attractions. Finding food, getting taxis, and shopping nearby are all easy, making travel hassle-free. All the necessary facilities are available: a spacious lobby, appropriately sized rooms, comfortable bedding, and complete amenities like hot water, air conditioning, a restaurant, gym, laundry, and parking. It was a very worry-free stay. The cleanliness was spot-on; the room was cleaned promptly every day, the sheets and towels were clean, the bathroom had no odor, and even the corners were tidied up, making me feel very reassured. The biggest plus was the service: Rita at the front desk handled check-in quickly, my luggage was assisted, and she was very patient when I asked about attractions and routes. Housekeeping was also responsive, and the restaurant staff were enthusiastic. It wasn't one of those cold, impersonal five-star hotels, but rather a place where I felt truly secure and comfortable. Although the hotel is 12 years old, the maintenance and service are truly impeccable; everything was perfect.

This hotel truly deserves its spot as one of the top 50 scenic hotels in the country! Shuiyunshan Wild Luxury is definitely the ultimate family-friendly resort in Xinjiang, and the entire experience was impeccable. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift of fresh fruit and nuts. The views and ambiance were absolutely stunning. In the afternoon, we enjoyed afternoon tea in the outdoor sunlit seating area, with panoramic views of snow-capped mountains and spruce trees – incredibly therapeutic. What truly stood out was the exceptionally warm service from everyone. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, and they even offered to wash our self-driving car for free. The outdoor activities were abundant and fun: we rode horses across the grasslands, fed adorable fluffy lambs, and saw lively marmots everywhere along the way. The kids were cheering non-stop throughout! And the three dogs – Oreo, Pipi, and Chocolate – were super cuddly and loved interacting with us. The evening bonfire party was full of atmosphere, with adults and children sitting around, laughing and chatting. The mountain wilderness romance was truly maximized. Facilities, scenery, service, and family-friendly experiences were all top-notch. It's our first choice for traveling with kids and has already made it onto our 'revisit' list!

My stay at Conrad Urumqi was exceptionally comfortable, and I absolutely have to commend Bettie at the front desk. I arrived at the hotel feeling a bit tired from my journey, but Bettie greeted me with such a warm smile during check-in. She was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and her tone of voice was so pleasant and approachable. The check-in process was smooth; she was very efficient and took the time to thoroughly explain all the hotel information, covering every detail thoughtfully. I genuinely feel that her sincere smile and thoughtful service are truly rare and instantly melted away my travel fatigue, leaving a wonderful impression of this trip. I'm very grateful for Bettie's dedicated care and highly recommend everyone to experience it!

Staying at Guanlan Mountain Grape Stream was more than just a comfortable visit — it was a wonderful cultural experience of Turpan. The staff are authentic and warm - always ready to help and share their vast knowledge of the area. It is welcoming, and peaceful, giving us a real sense of Grape Valley’s charm and hospitality. And everything is spotless & clean - the staff take a great deal of care to make the rooms extremely comfortable and the surroundings ready to welcome you. The location was perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet ideally situated close to all the attractions. It was easy to enjoy Gaochang, Jiohe, Kerez and many more while still having a calm retreat to return to. One of the highlights was the outdoor sitting area, which was a cool respite during the day under the shade of beautiful 100+ year-old elm trees. In the evening, it became the perfect place to enjoy dinner under the stars s💫 A true 5-star 💎💎💎💎💎 experience and so much more!

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

This is definitely my top choice for hotels in Kuqa! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and looked after. The staff immediately helped with my luggage and made sure everything was prepared for my check-in. Any issues I had were smoothly communicated and resolved. The environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's incredibly quiet at night, and I even got to relax by the pool when I had some downtime.
