Over all stay was good, but the room was not cleaned properly and there was old urine on the back of the toilet seat

It was very cold so it as great to stay at the ******. Our request to be on a high floor was granted and I enjoyed our view. Overall everything was very good. The machines could have let me win a little more!

The AC hotel was very nice and clean and the service was ok only thing was bad when the lights went out in the whole area but other than that it was so peaceful

為了趕飛機離機場近換的這家酒店，前一天晚上再三確認第二天早上5點需要去機場，前台說肯定可以，已經安排了，但第二天早上5點到了前台，司機不在，前台說她也不知道司機在哪兒，說她再聯繫司機，衹發信息不打電話，等了很久也沒有消息，很無語，衹能自己約了個Uber的車去機場，一點兒歉意都沒有！酒店周邊啥都沒有～

Room service was listed as an option on the in room TV guide, however, when we called for room service we were told they did not offer it. The pool temp was cold. The pool deck and steps were VERY slippery. The room was clean. The check in staff and evening reception staff were very nice. However, lines were very long due to there only being one of them.

Perfect, but without taxi around

The ladies that work this weekend where great from start to finish. You will be my permanent hotel when we all go to the beach.

It was a good place to stay and the beds were so comfortable

We passed by along the way, the location of the hotel is in front of the city, so it is very convenient, and there are many restaurants to eat around.

One of the best check in experiences and conversations from the young man who’s name I can’t remember , told us the history of charlottes basketball team in 2 mins , really close to great bars and restaurants and very clean and grab and go coffee and fruit for pre breakfast check out , very nice hotel
